I needed my water heater pilot to be replaced. Was told by other plumbers I need to replace the entire pilot unit, which would have cost me over $300.00. I called Tromborg and they knew how to replace the pilot without replacing the entire unit. Saved me over $150!

Advanced Plumbing and Drain was great.  I was having trouble with my water heater and also had a leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to send someone the same day I called. Mo Salem was very professional and helpful. He identified the cause of the leak under the sink and was able to fix it right away. Mo provided me with options to either fix or replace the water heater. I decided to replace the whole unit and Mo was able to come back the next day to install a new water heater. I was very appreciative of the efficient and professional service Mo provided.

Multiple drains in my house were taking forever to drain. Stumbled upon this company, and Joven was available to come on short notice on a Saturday (within 30 minutes)! So glad I found him because he was professional, quick, and efficient. He was honest with his pricing and did not overcharge me. I wanted to give him a nice tip and but he refused. Always happy to support local and small businesses and good people with good work ethic. Will call Joven again should I have any other issues.

Brian was fantastic. Within 2 hours of calling he was draining our broken hot water tank.  He came back the next day with a new water heater. He removed the old one as well as installing a new supply line, gas valve, flex line and proper earthquake straps. All for a reasonable price.

Did a fantastic job replacing an old tankless water heater. Often you're concerned about what you don't know when doing a job like this, Edguardo was patient, professional and did a great job. His price was competitive and he arrived, did the job , cleaned up and was ready to leave. Super happy with this and wild use them again.

I needed to find someone to mount a 4'x8' painting on my wall because I certainly wasn't going to do it! Bedr and Rabah were professional, courteous, and extremely mindful of how we wanted it to be mounted. They even called us over to see an inscription on the back that the artist had written to us before it was going to be impossible to see!

I'm always a little weary letting strangers into my home, especially during COVID. But while these two always had their masks on, their kind demeanor definitely put me at ease.

We recently had plumbing repair under our kitchen sink, and with older homes, one problem seems to cascade into a bunch of new problems. The dishwasher had been disconnected during the fix, and upon re-connection, we found out the hard way- waking up to a kitchen floor pond this morning- that the shutoff valve under the sink was aggressively dripping. Our plumber was away, so had no way to call him back.
I called Jac, and instead of coming out to do an expensive shutoff replacement, she coached me on the phone and via text to simply tighten a nut behind the shutoff to adjust it.
And Voila! Fixed.
After some horrifying contractor experiences over the years, its *so* nice to tell a good story, about a contractor with integrity.

I've used United Plumbing several times and I'm impressed with their appointment scheduling, being on time, technical knowledge, and their estimates. I highly recommend United Plumbing.

Ben totally saved the day!

We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

We had water dripping called them and they where able to get here earlier then expected and fixed the problem.

I used Alansi's Plumbing to fix a gas leak in the garage identified by PG&E.  Of the three plumbers I contacted, Alansi's was able to help fix the problem.  Ivan bought replacement parts, and was familiar with turning on and off the gas lines and the water heaters.  He also had a meter that help reconfirm and identify the leak before he started and after to make sure the leak was fixed.  All in all in took 3 hours to pick up parts and repair the leak.  Yaz at the office was also helpful in scheduling and getting me the quote and invoice for my files.  I will use them again for future plumbing issues.

This plumbing company is great a very nice lady answered my call and was able to give me an appointment for that same day. Two gentlemen came named Fernando & Eddie they arrived on time and were able to finish the job that same day.
They were able to change my water heater and unclogged my shower.
I strongly recommend this company and this two young gentlemen.

I have used Advanced two times, the first time was a standard sewer inspection for my home purchase in Pleasant Hill and everything was easy, simple and straight forward had a great experience.
The second time i used them was at my elderly parents home in concord. I stepped in after a contractor charged my parent $200.00 dollars for a estimate for a sewer lateral replacement. I called Trenchless and two other reputable companies for quotes, Trehchless price came in the best, but even better was the customer service they provided along with a modern approach to business. They installed a HDPE lateral and did a fantastic job, the site was clean the asphalt patch looked good we could barely tell they were there.

Called Heises plumbing to come look at the sewage back up in the basement. It was easy to schedule and the plumber(Sergio) came on time. He was professional and diagnosed the issue. However, he didn't want to fix the problem and said they are very busy and contact another company to come fix it. They can only come back 2 weeks later. Quite a ridiculous to expect sewage to back up for 2 weeks.
Called another plumber, came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour.
Got a call from Dave and said he's going to send me an invoice for an hour. I'm quite disappointed and so he has agreed to halve the visit charge to 30 mins (which is the time plumber spent here) .
I'm quite disappointed by this particular plumber, maybe the company is good but I felt he didn't want to get into the mess.

I've had Frank and his team help me with three jobs. The biggest job was installing a new water heater in a small closet- not an ideal place but the only option. He also fixed a broken toilet and a very nasty clog in our kitchen sink. If you have a plumbing need this is your guy. It's very easy working with this company. Prices are fair - they charge you for the service and not by the hour. You know what you'll be paying upfront without any hidden extra costs.
