Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in San Francisco CA

I just went through a sewer pipe hell. Just finding a conractor who would talk about specifics, options and strategies with me was very difficult. One company sent out a guy with the wrong tools even though I specifically told his dispatcher what to bring. Anyway, Mr. Rooter (Berkeley location) was highly recommended to me by my favorite plumber, and they did not disappoint. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my problem and gave me a lower bid than the competition on some follow-up work. I wouldn't call anyone else for drain cleaning services.

After calling two other plumbing companies (both too slow to respond!), I called Tromborg and spoke with Hurschel.  I told him about our clogged drain (this was just before New Year's Day), and Hurschel sent out his plumber the next day.  The plumber was courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and the problem was solved!  I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off, and the plumber went out, purchased the new faucet and installed it an hour later.  All this done the same day and no waiting.  I recommend Tromborg.

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

I called the office at 930am and Jared showed up sometime before noon. I'm still waiting to hear back from the other guys -

The hardware on the shower was 50 years old and it started leaking last night, made me crazy to be wasting this water so getting someone here fast was a priority.

Ask for Jared, this guy was fast, knowledgeable,  he had to do many workarounds with the generic store bought fixtures I provided to make everything fit, knew exactly what he was doing.

By the way, Home Depot was a mess, a total sh-show in their bath fixture dept, every box of hardware was open so I wouldn't risk buying an incomplete kit, good ole Goodman's to the rescue.

Look, I had a great experience with these guys and would absolutely call them again.

Edgar is punctual, a true professional, quick, and worth every penny. Other professionals who have worked in our house have commented on how skillfully his work was done.
Let me explain:
We had a tough job which required running new pipes in a small space. I would imagine other plumbers not even wanting to deal with it, but he did. He installed a sink, a wall hung toilet tank, and bowl, and made sure all of them worked. Part of the job required him to build a copper drain pipe (from the toilet tank to the bowl) on sight, and so I decided to try and match my sink faucet to the pipe. Even though my faucet looks totally out of place (no one ever told me oil rubbed bronze is code for black metal!) Edgar took the time to try and match all of the valves, even the p trap! He didn't have the trap in his truck, so he installed a chrome one, so we could excitedly use our new sink, and then searched on line to fine a bronze looking one. Once the new trap arrived, he came and installed it. That's attention to detail!

This was the worst plumber we ever hired.  We first called them to replace our water heater.  We suffered cold water three days after the installation while waiting for someone to come out again to correct the mistakes made by the initial installer.

We later (and foolishly) used them again to fix a broken flow restrictor valve.  They sent the same guy who screwed up all water heater, and he went 2 for 2, this time installing the flow restrictor backwards.   He obviously didn't even try a simple 1 minute test that would have shown the problem.  

We would NEVER use Harry Clark plumbing again!!!!

I called Heise originally on a Monday and was told that a technician would call me later that day...no return phone call. I called the next day to ask for an estimate for an approximately $500.00 job. The appointment was scheduled, and then was changed at the last minute.

More importantly, after Dave Heise did show up, he said he would get back to me with an official estimate....that was over 3 weeks ago!  I guess business is so good they can afford to blow people off????

I had my sink repaired by these guys and in less than a year it broke down again and needed repair. Most places offer to service it, especially if it's within 1 year and If needed just charge for the parts.

They wanted to charge me the same amount to do the SAME work that should have been completed and fixed the first time. Not only that, but the owner was being incredibly rude and argumentative when I brought up my concerns.. this is just bad service overall.

They were hard to reach in the first place when I needed a follow up- it took me calling multiple times to get them to come out again to check on the sink and then charging the FULL price of the sink all over again was just shocking and very bad service. I do not recommend these guys.

We were introduced to Leo and Paul by our contractor. They did excellent work installing new and improved pipes in the bottom floor of the house as part of another project. So when our toilet started leaking from the bottom of the tank last night, we knew who to call. Leo came out the next day right on time and it turned out that there were actually several issues that required going to get some parts because the toilet in our rental might be as old as the house (super old) and the parts are hard to find. Not only did he fix that issue, but we forgot to tell him that the toilet has never flushed properly since we moved in and he fixed that too! He also took the time to show us where the main water shutoff valve is in the garage. Paul and Leo are super professional, nice guys who charge reasonable rates. They are definitely our go-to plumbing team.

Ken & Justin are just the nicest guys.  You never feel like you are being taken for a ride with them.  We live in a brand new housing development & our tankless water heater system is complicated, yet they know how to fix & address the various problems we've had with it!

Wow.  What can I say.  I phoned the boss (Jorge) at 10AM to see if he could send someone over to fix a slowly draining shower.  This was NOT an emergency by any stretch of the imagination.  He sent the lovely Mike, at 10.30AM who fixed the shower in about 10 minutes.

We needed a wall-mount faucet installed to replace an original fixture.  Two other plumbers had walked away and said wait to you renovate kitchen.   But we aren't going to renovate the kitchen for a while and we needed it replaced now.  Carlos did it!!  They also replaced our gas meter shut-off valve with an earthquake-sensitive unit.  

I would definitely use Arch Plumbing again. Quick to respond, well-priced, nice guys, good work.  A Plus!

These guys came in and did major work on a pipe burst under my kitchen. They were extremely nice and did a fantastic and timely job. The cost was very reasonable. They completely cleaned up everything when finished and I'm now as good as new!

Hmmm, I'm not sure what to think.  My Rinnai tankless water heater was making a loud noise whenever I turned on the hot water, so I called Martin, since I saw he was a licensed Rinnai installer and repairman.  He said it sounded like a problem with the fan, but immediately tried to sell me a new water heater, because he said my heater was old at 10 years, and that a new heater would be cheaper than doing ongoing maintenance on the existing one.  I looked up the lifespan of the water heater, and it is supposed to last for 20 years.  So I am a little suspicious of this.  Most of the people who have left such positive reviews here seem to be men.  So I don't know if this is a case of trying to rip off a woman who he assumes doesn't know any better.  Imagine if your car had a problem at 70,000 miles, and the repairman told you to just buy a new car from him rather than doing maintenance.  Maybe he's right?  I don't know, but it seems pretty suspicious to me.

Ivan Rojas and his brother came to my house with one day notice. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Both of my bathrooms were backing up. These young gentleman were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They had the proper equipment and made sure the job was cleaned up after everything was working properly.  was properly invoiced and fairly charged. We had a clogged kitchen sink, response was great , he answered my questions, I told him I will call him back because I wanted to get a couple more people to respond. After a couple more responds from other companies, I look up his reviews and compares with other companies. The decision was with him. He came and snaked the drain, which opened up another problem, corrosion, he suggested that we repair and even place a clean out, so snaking the drain next time will be much easier. I was very happy that he could have the repairs done in a short period of time . Two days. Job was well done and everything seems to be working fine. I like how everything looks.
He is very trustworthy and very helpful.

Victor did a great job and was responsive and fast. I needed him to install a faucet over the Thanksgiving holiday and he made himself available. Was very pleased.

He was was familiar with tankless water heaters (somewhat of a rarity), and promptly got the unit working. He saved us hundreds of dollars by not completely replacing it. He also referred us to another company to get some additional sheet metal work done. They also did a follow up call to rate their work.
