We had a leak at the base of our toilet so we needed to reseal and fix the caulking. Scott was the service man and I was so impressed by his efficiency, knowledge, and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and more importantly, I'm glad I have a plumber I can trust for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

Shockingly good service. Timely, communicated well throughout and were just great guys to work with.

Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.

Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.

We had a clogged sewer drain and contacted Excalibur based on the Yelp reviews that recommended  them.  Those reviews are completely accurate.  Luis arrived within two hours of our call and resolved the problem in no time.  He and his crew were as efficient as they were professional.  Gotta say, given our situation, they were our heroes!  Nobody ever expects problems like these and it's nice to know that when they happen, there's someone out there one can count on.

Ramnar is a great person with which to work.  He is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done.  We have a new house along the coast and needed to finish it off and the radiant system/house domestic boiler was the last thing.  Our general contractor was inefficient and their plumbing sub had passed away.  We contacted Ramnar and he immediately checked things out and made recommendations.  It was obvious that he specializes in radiant and water heaters.   We literally gave him the key to the property and he got things done, with no problems.  He also made recommendations for the latest thermostats and configured them for us.

When our other plumbers could not find the time to install a gas line for a PG&E meter drop, Ramnar was courteous enough to match their price and get the work done (which included a gas run to a deck fire pit).

Ramnar is trustworthy, smart and a friendly person who gets things done.  He's never too busy to talk on the phone, email or text.  In a world of flaky contractors, Ramnar is very dependable and genuinely a super nice person.  He deserves the highest ratings and all these fine examples on Yelp are honest.  If you are considering building a house or installing radiant, use a specialist like Ramnar (he's been all over the world installing and is settled in Northern California).  Many plumbers do not specialize like he does.  If you are a general contractor, he would be my go to guy for anything radiant and/or domestic boilers.  He's the only call to make for our next house, remodel or upgrade (we plan on using him again!)

This is an absolute solid 5 star rated business. We have used Gotelli Plumbing for over a year now. Frank Gotelli runs a tight, honest ship.  He and his employees work quickly to diagnose and solve plumbing issues. They are thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Tom and Joey have both come to our home to solve plumbing issues. They are both easy going, proactive and point out any preventative issues. I have in the past had stressful experiences with plumbing companies and am happy and relieved to say that I love my plumber. They treat us like family.

The toilet in our back bathroom stopped flushing.  We tried unclogging it w/ a plunger and put dish soap in the bowl, all the things we usually do, but to no avail.  My diagnosis was that the mechanism was broken, based on the difference in the sound and the way the handle was working.  I called Michael Your Plumber and his outgoing message said the he'd not been well and while he's better, encouraged new customers to call a friend of his.  Established customers were invited to leave a message but the mailbox was full.  I like Michael a lot, so this worried me and I have to get in touch w/ him to see how he is.  But we needed our toilet fixed, so I checked Yelp and found Pipe Arts.

I called Sunday evening and left a message.  The next day I received a call back and we scheduled an appointment for Edgar to come out between 5:30 and 6:00 the following day.  He and his helper came out at 4:30 yesterday, an hour early, which we really appreciated.  They took a look at the toilet and the diagnosis was a blockage, not a malfunction, although he did notice that the flap was worn and replaced it w/o charge.  They snaked it and it resumed functioning.  Edgar advised that there were calcium buildups in the pipes and recommended either getting a hydrochloric acid cleaner or replacing the toilet.  He described how to use the cleaner and where to get it and we will do that.  The toilet is a Toto and only about 6 1/2 years old, too new and too expensive to be replaced.  My first loyalty remains to Michael, but if he's not available and I need a plumber, I will definitely call Edgar at Pipe Arts.

She was very apologetic about how the plumbers handled the situation and very eager to help us resolve our leaking faucet issue. She was quick to respond back to us after I posted my review, and she was able to send Brad out from the management team to personally stop by to take a look at our bathroom sink. He was very quick, pleasant, and professional. He sent us a quote for the replacement of the faucet right away, and we are now in the process of scheduling the install.

I had to really think about how many stars I would give this review, but the security issue is why it earns a one vs two: they left the door open on two separate occasions in SF.  Two visits also warrants the lower rating.  There is nothing more irritating than a go-back.  Go backs are a complete waste of valuable time.  We hired Heise to install two hot water heaters.  The response time for a returned call was less than adequate, the plumber tried to reschedule last minute and then ended up late.  When he left, the street door was left open to the downstairs!  Then we had no hot water to the washer.  The pipe also needed to be straightened out so they had to fix that on visit #2.  They had to partially drain the hot water to do fix the pipe adding to our expense for electricity and water. They got water all over the floor which was plywood and didn't have a blower in the truck to dry it, so they left it.  I had a gut feeling about the door so I circled back and as predicted, he left the door open again.  I texted a picture of the open door and didn't even get a sorry.  I was late picking up my son as a result because I had to go back inside and check the back door which was closed, but unlocked.  Sloppy and expensive.

I came home to find my kitchen leaking water from an unknown source. The water from my kitchen drained to my bathroom, down to my bedroom, and into the garage. The first plumbers I hired misdiagnosed the problem in a rush, and my floors continued to sustain damage from leaking water from an unknown source. I eventually hired new plumbers, the Plumbing Guys and they cut open my bedroom ceiling and immediately found the culprit, leaking copper pipes. Manuel didn't rush, and made sure that there were no other sources of leaking water. The first plumbers made my leak sound like no big deal (even though my house was flooded and my ceiling, bed, and personal property were all destroyed). Manuel + Yaya at the Plumbing Guys were patient and compassionate and also helped me navigate the insurance industrial complex. I will only use the Plumbing Guys from now on!

If you are a project manager/management company and/or have a large amount of money invested in your home I do not recommend joining forcing with this crew. I work comfortably with many plumbing companies whom I can trust with multi-million dollar assets which makes my life 10x easier.

I can't tell you how many times I've spoken to the owner Alfredo about 1. Work that was done unauthorized 2. Work that was not completed 3. Work that was not thoroughly thought out so they could not distinguish any given issue up or down. 4. Their employees who do not take ownership of email threads with specific guidance to interprets to technicians (I've had to read my share of email out loud to remind them of what was said). All in all, major drain (no pun intended).

I felt compelled to make this review, specifically because of a summary I needed for an entire building but they sent me one for 1 home....not the building. Save yourself the hassle if your work ethic is superior. They're still learning. Find yourself a pro! & if you're in need, I'll gladly recommend an alternative.

As a long distance landlord, I rely (or used to rely on Yelp) to base my referrals on.

I recently had a tenant complain about low water pressure in the shower.  I called Z and Z Plumbing, and their rates are quite competitive and happened to be available at the earliest appointment date.  I decided to switch out the shower head with a rain shower head as a desirable upgrade.

I was quoted that the diverter needed to be replaced.

Two days later, the tenant noticed water seeping out through under the carpet and into the common corridor.  The diverter was obviously leaking and the culprit I suspect was Z and Z Plumbing and their sub par workmanship.

I have hired other plumbers as a long distance landlord, granted they might be more expensive, but have not experienced such a negative response.  Although they fixed the leak free of charge, the water and moisture remediation, including removing and patching and repair portions of the drywall exceeded about 4k dollars! all for replacing a shower head and diverter.

I will not be calling Z and Z Plumbing ever again due to this negative experience.

Our house developed a water leak in the crawlspace on a Friday afternoon.  I called a lot of plumbers, none of whom would take the job on a weekend. Finally Pluming Care said someone could come the following afternoon.

That next morning, Dmitry called me and asked if he could come early! Imagine, a plumber being ahead of schedule on a weekend! He came over and bravely crawled through our tiny crawlspace and found the leak.  Unfortunately I can't fix it now he said, and I figured it would be 4 days later.  I have to come back between 4 and 6pm.

Around 5pm Dmitry and Boris came and worked under the house.  They were done with the whole repair in about 1.5 hours.  Through the entire time they were polite, with a can-do attitude.  The price was fair, given that it required 2 guys to shimmy through a 2.5 foot crawlspace for 30 feet and lie in a puddle of water while they try to fix the pipes!

Rojas Plumbing is a family business that was our lifesaver. Agustin responded to my plea for help on Nextdoor on Saturday. All the work was done by Tuesday morning. He took care of us by installing a gas line to our dryer and removing and installing a new toilet. Agustin responded quickly throughout the process and gave us a very fair price. I definitely recommend!
