Quick service. Problem fixed within about 4 hour of the initial call. Spencer was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything he was about to do, and later informed us of the results. When he was done he noticed that our shower has low water pressure, and said he might be able to fix that. Success! Would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone who is having plumbing problems, especially in an emergency.

Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace!  It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. We will recommend them again and again!

He communicated clearly he would arrive at 7:30AM the following morning to clear our blocked drain, it was really blocked.

He quickly looked at all locations, asked clear questions to understand the problem, and ended up going onto the roof to clear the drain block through a plumbing vent pipe.

Luis quickly fixed the problem, and got our drain cleared.

Ramnar is a great person with which to work.  He is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done.  We have a new house along the coast and needed to finish it off and the radiant system/house domestic boiler was the last thing.  Our general contractor was inefficient and their plumbing sub had passed away.  We contacted Ramnar and he immediately checked things out and made recommendations.  It was obvious that he specializes in radiant and water heaters.   We literally gave him the key to the property and he got things done, with no problems.  He also made recommendations for the latest thermostats and configured them for us.

When our other plumbers could not find the time to install a gas line for a PG&E meter drop, Ramnar was courteous enough to match their price and get the work done (which included a gas run to a deck fire pit).

Ramnar is trustworthy, smart and a friendly person who gets things done.  He's never too busy to talk on the phone, email or text.  In a world of flaky contractors, Ramnar is very dependable and genuinely a super nice person.  He deserves the highest ratings and all these fine examples on Yelp are honest.  If you are considering building a house or installing radiant, use a specialist like Ramnar (he's been all over the world installing and is settled in Northern California).  Many plumbers do not specialize like he does.  If you are a general contractor, he would be my go to guy for anything radiant and/or domestic boilers.  He's the only call to make for our next house, remodel or upgrade (we plan on using him again!)

Called them to fix a toilet that was running. The work seemed okay, but the repair guy was there less than a half hour and charged almost $400 ($393.66 to be exact).  When I asked them for a breakdown of parts and labor, they refused to give me one, and said that everything was by the job --- which leads me to wonder how it came down to EXACTLY 66 cents... (guess they are trying to make it seem like there was actually some calculation involved in determining the price).  I know everything is expensive these days, but this really seemed excessive and felt very ripped off.  Would never call them again and do NOT recommend.

I had Edgar out to the house to upgrade some kitchen plumbing recently. Outstanding quality work, on time for appointments, and informative.

Harry Clark Plumbing & Heating installed my furnace over 20 years ago and they have done the maintenance on it since then, and they've always been responsive and helpful, including on the rare occasion minor repairs were needed.  A couple of weeks ago, my water heater started leaking suddenly and needed immediate replacement.  I called at 9:00 am and Harry Clark had  a new water heater installed and everything cleaned up before 3:00 p.m. that day.  All with very friendly, good service at a reasonable price.  I'ver appreciated the great service over the years, and so glad I knew who to call in an emergency!

Love Dave and Heise's! I'm a General Contractor and refer clients to them all the time when it's work beyond my level of expertise. Their prices are reasonable and they do good work. All of my clients like them and thank me for the referral.

Our kitchen sink was backing up into our bathtub, and we couldn't get it unclogged. I put out a few requests for service via Yelp, and Wally from Plumbing Guys was the first to respond. A couple quick calls later and they were at our house, only 3 hrs after I had submitted the request. They showed up on time, pulled out a gigantic hair ball (with a wife and two daughters all with long hair, and an old house with old plumbing, this is an inevitability). Couldn't ask for more in a plumber!

Expert Plumbing Solutions did a fantastic and efficient job for reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Would most certainly not recommend. Used them twice: First time went fine. Not great, but got the job done at what seemed a fair price. Second time was a complete disaster. Did not get the job done, left the shower unusable (I'm assuming by design so as to require further work by them), and charged at least 150% above market rate. Not populated by the sharpest tools in the shed... but definitely populated by tools. Your milage may vary, but I wouldn't risk it.

Update: Hi Patrick. Thank you for responding. I would have preferred to have a more solution-oriented response when I spoke to you and your plumber on the phone, but I guess you feel a Yelp response is better suited to your needs rather than actually addressing the issue. Also, it seems unusual that as part of a diagnosis you would actually remove parts from a shower so that it no longer works.

Great Plumber! Came out diagnosed and corrected the problem. I would recommend.

These guys are super responsive.  I needed a new toilet installed and the old one hauled away - they came exactly when promised, made sure that everything was working, and did the job for a lot less that I had feared.  I will use them for all my plumbing work from now on.

Friday night we noticed our 15-year old (!) water heater had sprung a leak. The next morning I called a Big Box store first, and did not like the sales pitch. I went to Yelp for additional ideas, and ended up calling Plumbing Care. Glad I did! Tyler showed up within the 10 am - noon window promised, wearing a mask; he inspected the job, and quickly talked me through the options. I made my choice and he left for about an hour to pick up the new unit. By about 3 pm, we had hot water again. I don't anticipate any problems when the inspector reviews it, everything looks shipshape and up to code. I would definitely call Plumbing Care again.

I am a return customer. Ivan did a great work to fix my shower leaking in 2017 and water heater replacement in 2018.

This time I got water flooding in my laundry room because the sewage pump under sink did not work as expected. Ivan's name appeared in my head immediately. He came and found the problem quickly - something stuck at the bottom of pump. Eventually we got a new pump because the old one cannot work consistently even cleaning the pump bottom but I appreciate his effort not to just replace the existing pump with a new one without trying to find the root cause. That will probably the easiest thing for him to get work done.

Now it works perfectly for three weeks. Many thanks to his professional work with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My kitchen sink got clogged on a Sunday and Aldolfo was able to come out to  fix it later in the day.  I knew that the line from the sink to the main sewer was going to be replaced and that might require a few hours of work.  Over the phone when we first chatted Aldolfo gave me a price of $1000 and thought it would take 3 hours for 2 people.  Ok, I thought that was high, but It was a Sunday and we needed it done asap.

To get the job done, I had to cut a 20 x 20 hole in the floor of the kitchen to make it possible for Alolfo to get the length of pipe into the crawl space.  With that being done, Aldolfo and his worker were able to do the job in half the time he thought, but unfortunately, not half the price.  He still charged me $1000 for 1.5 hours of work and a 14' length of pipe and a few connectors.    

So, Adolfo did the work reliably and responded quickly....and so far the drain  is all good.  However, he got paid very well for it!!  I would have felt better if he had adjusted his price to reflect the time it actually took to do the job.  
That was $666 per hour for two people, $333 per hour per person!!  Yikes!  Hence my story here on Yelp.

I have used Drummer Plummer twice, arrived on time, knew what he was doing, made me happy, reasonably priced , I'll call him again

Victor was able to help me out last minute with a clogged toilet. He was very efficient and professional. He explained things well and was even available for follow up questions. Super friendly. I was lucky he was available. I will definitely be calling him again for my plumbing issues.

What a life saver! I'm on my own for the first time in years and when it comes to most things I can handle it.  However my kitchen sink got majorly back up and after several attempts of trying to clear it, I started panicking that it was bigger than I thought.  I contacted my friend Alan and he sent Tyler to my house. Tyler was fast, efficient, and thorough. My sink runs so well now! And he cleaned and disinfected the area after he was done!  He learned from the best!
