Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace!  It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. We will recommend them again and again!

My water main was leaking 20000 gal of water a month, it was a real nightmare situation. Two leak finder companies (both ridiculously expensive and useless) failed to identify the location of the leak. In the end I hired Excalibur to replace the line, and they brought an army of people to do it as fast as possible. They did 60 feet of 1.25 soldered copper piping, plus excavation in rocky clay soil and backfilling in about 6 hours. It was extremely impressive and I've had no issues with the job over the last 11 months. They have excellent plumbers and laborers on staff and the prices are quite reasonable.

I will begin by saying that there is nothing better in winter than radiant heat, I mean the whole house is warm to the touch and no dry air blowing on you. So when my radiant heat boiler died last winter, we were very sad, so this summer I had three companies bid on the work to replace it. All three bids were competitive, but Innovative seemed to be the most complete, a great price, and we just liked Ramnar in general. He came right on time when scheduled and quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Now as it turns out, there was a leak in one of the pipes in the floor, so he recommended a specialist to find it. The specialist came out and put an 'X' on the floor like a treasure map. Ramnar came out the next Monday and jack-hammered to find and replace the leaky section of pipe. Again, he was fast, efficient, clean, and the fix worked perfectly. He patiently had me test the system and now it works as it should. I am waiting for winter to start and set it for 70 degrees and forget it until next spring. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative, as they are friendly when you call, fast to respond, and their work is really excellent. On a side note, they even installed a few sink fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen I had been meaning to do, and at a great price. For anything related to radiant heating, this should be your first and last call.

I have used Pipe Arts several times now, as have friends of mine. We have found Mr. Amaya to be friendly, efficient, reasonable and down to earth. I couldn't be happier with the assistance he has given me every time he has come. I especially appreciated this last job he did for me, a broken hot water heater. Mr. Amaya came out on a Friday night, after working elsewhere,  so that we wouldn't have to go through another weekend with no hot water. I highly recommend Pipe Arts and will hire Mr. Amaya for all my plumbing issues!

I have had great results with Harry Clark Plumbing. They did such a great job from the 2000's until present day (yesterday- my old sump pump finally gave out) The sump pump well they installed has gotten compliments from drainage consultant to electrician working in that area of the crawl space- anyone who happens to be working in that area of my house has commented that they did a very nice job on that pump well. Yes, it's true I'm sump pump proud. Thank you Harry Clark! On time, responsive, communicative, dependable, great work!

Very bad experience.  Paid for work to be done that wasn't required.  (at quite an extraordinary sum) I used the service due to its reputation and will not make that mistake again.  Steer clear here and save yourself a headache, money, etc.

I had a clogged Drain in our clawfoot tub, with the tub full of water. On a Thurs night by 9:30pm, I had called 4 different plumbers with no one available for Friday. Since I work long weekends, I was looking at standing water showers for the next 4-5 days if I couldn't get any one for Friday.

My last call was to the Plumbing Guys, not only did someone answer right away, but it was Wally, who was immediately friendly and understanding and let me know they could even come that night!! (Open till 12 midnight).
We set a time for midday Friday, since they ran out of time with the job they were on (they informed me as it went along).
They called when they were on the way, right when they said they would. Ignacio who showed up was friendly, professional, right away informed me of the possibilities. Within 15 minutes of agreeing to go forward, the clog was free. The rate was as quoted with and extremely reasonable!

I am really happy with their services and would refer them without question, and again for future issues!

This company is a scam. They came out to resolve our plumbing issues and did absolutely nothing and took our parts. DO NOT USE!!!

Courteous, punctual and professional. They replaced a wax ring for our toilet and snaked the drain to get everything moving smoothly again.
Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I hired these guys to replace my garbage disposal unit in October 2010 and just had a massive leak a few days ago (July 6th) because the main pipe basically came completely undone!  When I called them back in to fix it, the owner said he needed to charge me for the labor again because the work was outside their 30-day warranty period (either pay it or I can leave...)!  After I agreed to this he proceeded to explain how some of his plumbers haven't been doing a quality job in the recent past and he had let them go.

I had a leaky toilet in June 202. I just noticed I did not finish my review so I am completing it now. Christian from Arch Plumbing came out in the morning. He was 30 minutes late. I expressed my concern that the bolt on the side of the flange was loose. He assured me that it wasn't a problem. He did try to tighten it though. He put the wax ring in the toilet on then when he was tightening the toilet down, that bolt came loose, and he was just going to replace it again. At this point he had taken the toilet off and put it back on 4 or 5 times and I stated I was not comfortable with him proceeding. He did not charge me which seemed like the least he could do.

Later that day after contacting another company, I figured out I had an old lead attachment to the flange which meant I needed a new herco bend (pipe under the toilet that has a 90 degree bend in it). The Arch plumbing manager called me back and had come to this same conclusion. I wish Christian could have diagnosed the problem correctly in the first place. It left me scrambling to find and schedule another plumber the day before I was to have major surgery. Christian tried to blame the whole situation on me. After asking him to stop he said, it was my fault that I would not let him do his work. Initially the manager also said this all was my fault. All I can say is that I am glad I watched and expressed my concern otherwise I would have to deal with replacing the herco bend during my recovery from surgery and getting my money back from Arch which probably would have been a nightmare.

Maybe they are good at really simple things. I am not sure. I guess Christian had never seen an old lead attachment to a flange. That is the only way I can explain why he did not diagnose it correctly. But it doesn't take an expert to know if the flange is mobile replacing the wax ring will not fix the problem. I found Arch Plumbing to be unknowledgeable, unprofessional, blaming, and condescending. At least they did not charge me. I do not recommend this company.

Z & Z is way more than a plumbing company.  They are masters at concrete foundation work as well.  Clayton was referred to me by an old Carpenter friend when we were looking to do a complete foundation excavation, digging out another couple feet to get living space down there.  

We lived there through the construction process and they banged it out in a month with minimal disruption to our lives.  Awesome.

While we were at it, we decided to do a re-pipe of the whole house (100 yr old plumbing), since most of the plumbing that was exposed was going to be covered up when we finished the basement.  Clayton called in his partner Seif for that job.

While Z & Z wasn't the cheapest bid we got, it was competitive.  My wife and I decided to go with Z & Z based on the stellar recommendation and feeling of quality.

- amazing smooth concrete work on a difficult driveway slope (even other professionals remarked that it looked really good)
- quality plumbing work
- on-time and on-budget
- friendly and responsive, even to late night texts

He even agreed to leave a couple guys behind on an hourly basis to help us finish up.

Debra called me back within a few minutes and scheduled Dimitri to come out within an hour and a half!  Our water heater was leaking slowly causing damage so we needed it replaced asap.  Dimitri was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!  Thank you so much for saving the day!

NYE CRAZY RAIN/FLOODS!!! - Ivan and his Team came to the rescue! My roof was caving in from that crazy heavy rain we had recently! Not in his usual line of work but, came right away on an emergency call! Patched & Tarped my entire roof and created a better irrigation system so the water can properly drain. Additionally did some maintenance on the side of my house. The pipes were old and was causing water backup in my sink and bath tub so, it needed unclogging & replacing. Ivan and his team were very professional, in uniform, & executed everything so precisely with care! Recommend 10/10. 100% Well Rounded Company and Service!

Adolfo responded very quickly to my request for information. He was able to come handle my emergency plumbing issue the same morning.

Derek was awesome! Fun and easy to talk to, kind and understanding, quick to come out. And totally reasonable rate! Will definitely call him again :) p.s. As a solo woman weekend warrior I got nothing but praise and admiration for my attempts - absolutely no patronizing or condescension here which I GREATLY appreciate!

Victor is a plumber's plumber. He came to fix a clogged sink and toilet issue, and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly and at a fair price. But more importantly, he knows his stuff and is easy to talk with. Highly recommended.

Tyler from George Salet Plumbing did a great job repairing my Pacific Energy fireplace. He was right on time, really professional, very clean, and diagnosed the issue within the first 5 minutes. He had the replacement part with him, and minutes later everything was working as it should be.
