These guys have done several jobs for me. Always on time, no back talk or attitude, just really nice guys. I let them into my house when I am not home and never worry, they are honest and leave the house like they were never there.  The workers are uniformed and clean, I see them VIA my security cameras in my home, so I know who they are. Pricing is competitive and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend them to my friends.

Big success. Scott Ferguson of Mr Rooter was prompt, friendly, thoughtful and good. Upstairs tub not draining in 100 year old house. Prior attempts to snake unsuccessfully as would go up vent. Scott checked the roof vent (not easily accessible) then carefully located and accessed / snaked the separate tub drain line from where entered our main sewer. No walls damaged. Very happy!

I'm always impressed with their professionalism! Nick, Gabriel and Jill make an excellent team. Recently our water heater broke down. Jill promptly got Gabriel (who was out sick) on the phone and walked us through instructions to turn it off. They ordered a new heater right away and installed it within 3 days. Nick and his team installed the new one and hauled the old heater up 3 flights of stairs. They cleaned up and patched the scratches on the walls. I needed to have a handheld shower installed in a bathtub for my elderly mother, and Joven came out very quickly and did a fantastic job. I have so many good things to say about this company.First of all, I have to state that I have already hired many people to fix my clogged toilet but so far this is the only one company that successfully did the job. My toilet got clogged on and off very frequently and no one that I contacted was able to fix it....
Finally I found this company  ... I am very pleased to say that the technician was very professional and very highly skilled. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend calling this company if you ever need any help. I guarantee it is worth every penny.

Everything you read about this company is true, Edgar is the real deal.  We had dueling leaks under the kitchen sink shortly after installing a new garbage disposal.  My solution was to prop the drooping pipework with a tall can of Lysol and two pieces of 2 x 4.  Sort of worked, but still some leaking.  Finally decided to get it fixed before the leak ruined the cabinet.  Checked Yelp, picked Pipe Arts...perfect.

Edgar & his partner were in and out in an hour flat.  Completely reconfigured the pipes under the sink to what they should have been.  Tidy work.  He liked our dog.  Like I say, perfect.  He even had enough time to fix a toilet that ran intermittently and had defied many attempts by me & others to troubleshoot & repair.

We had Excalibur do a complete repiping job on our home in Alameda.  They filed for the permits and got to work within a few days to do the work.  They showed up on time with a good sized crew and worked though to the evening.  All of the major work was completed in that first phase and it was done professionally and efficiently.  They will return in a few days, after some other work is complete, to do the finishing touches.  Their communication has been excellent and we've been nothing but impressed with their work.

I originally found Bedr on the Apps but he is now my go-to handyman and there isn't anything I wouldn't trust him with! He has helped me install shelves twice and a ceiling lamp (built into the ceiling, required electrician knowledge).

He is incredibly meticulous and precise with his work, doesn't rush, and stays until you are satisfied with the job. I will gladly refer him to anyone who needs a handyman.

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

You might think calling the biggest and the best could be both expensive and risky.  Like those big casinos.  How did they get so big? Not true.  Harry Clark has been the turn to plumbing and HVAC guy I've turned to for work.  They do the job, they explain what they are doing, and they fix what was broke and they offer maintenence that will avoid future emergencies.  Prior to calling Harry Clark I called another company for a heating pump that was not working.  They said that they would need to check it out and make their evaluation, then tell me the next step.  So the inspection alone was being charged then they would have to order the pump then install it.  By the time I hung up on them, it was already a $300.-$500.00 bill.  I hung up.  
I called Harry Clark.  Told them my pump didn't work.  RON arrived at the time scheduled. They (RON) came in with the pump and did make the inspection.  It was fried.  Replaced it snap.  Checked for gas leak.  FOUND a leak in the pipe fitting.  Fixed it.  All good.  Harry Clark.  Worth the peace of mind.  
 By the way.  They charged me $99.00 for the pump which you can buy online for $64.00. That's pretty fair if you asked me.  And I know it was exactly perfect for the job.

Very appreciate of the excellent service I received from Mo of Wizard Plumbing.  Mo came out to my property yesterday and today to attend to two plumbing issue, a flushed rag in the toilet and a backup in the main sewer line running to the street.  He was super cordial and professional.  He was also knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions (of which I always have many!!).  I look forward to working with him again.  Thank you, Mo!

Always courteous, neat and punctual. They do the job quickly and clean up the mess. Complete satisfaction.  Culturally competent.  I don't know what plumbers are supposed to charge but I haven't felt overcharged by them. Happy repeat customer.  I hope I don't have more plumbing problems but if I do I will call Alansi.

Jose came out to replace the piping on our shower and bath. When I called, the lady who answered the phone said it would take a whole day and when Jose arrived, he said he thought the job was for replumbing the whole bathroom. We had stripped the shower down to the studs so everything was all visible and ready for him to work on. He was here 2 hours and installed new piping along with our new shower head and faucet. The price for the work was EXPENSIVE. I called other plumbers after Jose left and they quoted half of what he charged. I called the office to ask about the pricing and they promised to call me back but never did. So, to sum up, Jose did excellent work but I'm very disappointed that they took advantage of us.

These guys are fantastic!  Two other companies couldn't fix our problem snd this company knew the issue right away.  It was a huge project snd they could have really taken advantage.  They came back a second time to scope the line and decided it could be repaired in a less invasive manor -  1/2 the original estimate.  When they finished - in only 2 days - our driveway and street looked cleaner than it ever has!  The crew were all very friendly and polite.

I discovered a leak in one of my water pipes and did some on-line research on plumbers.  F&A Plumbing had great reviews so I went with F&A Plumbing.  Frank showed up at the scheduled time, crawled under my house, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote that I agreed to and he promptly changed out the leaking  piece of pipe. Frank was polite and courteous.  He knew what he was doing and I would recommend his services to anyone!
