Best Faucet Repair in San Francisco CA

I had a broken valve on the wall were the refrigerator is hooked up and I could not unhook the Ice Maker/ Water line with out water spraying everywhere. I called Tuesday  and Spoke with Romnie and explained the issue and sent pictures. I was able to get a quick appointment  Thursday Carl came out to assess and fix the problem. Carl noticed science the Valve was broke water had been dripping in the wall so he cut out the wet sheet rock and replaced it.. awesome service Efficient and clean and made sure the problem was fixed properly.. Definitely a 5 Star recommendation.

These guys saved the day! I had a clogged toilet in my rental unit. They came within an hour, were considerate and professional - and fixed the problem quickly and reasonably. I will call them with the next (inevitable) plumbing emergency.

We bought our home in 2006 and the previous owners of 30+ years highly recommended them for any plumbing and heating problems with the house.   My water heater gave up 2 years ago and Luis came out and banged out the job.  Recently I had a issue with the pilot light and no hot water, called Tromborg (7pm) and they were here no less than 15 minutes assessed the issue, replaced the faulty part all within 45 minutes.  Family owned business and they treated me like family, these guys are AWESOME!  If you are not using Tromborg for your heating and plumbing then you probably paid too much and got crappy service.  Do yourself a favor and call them NOW if you have any plumbing or heating issues.

We had a very complicated plumbing problem in our basement sink.  Our house was built in 1932, and that concrete sink was probably original.  The faucets leaked, and there was no shut off valve for those faucets.  To shut the water off to them, my husband had to shut off the water to the whole house.  It was frustrating.  He called Nick late afternoon and Nick said he'd stop by on his way home before 5:00.  He was true to his word.  Showed up before 5:00; looked at the pipes and faucets, proposed a couple of ways to fix it, and gave us a price.  Said he'd start the next morning between 7:30 and 8.  At 7:30, his helper, Gabriel, and he were here putting in copper pipes and new faucets and clearing up the cluttered mess.  We warned him that our street is permit parking and it's 2 hours only without a permit.  He said he'd be finished in 2 hours.  I had difficulty imagining it, but sure enough, they completed the job in 2 hours.  Gabriel admitted he loved his job!  I could tell they not only excelled in plumbing problems but really enjoyed the challenge.  We feel so lucky to have found Advanced Plumbing and will call Nick whenever we need an excellent plumber.

Joven was recommended to me by my realtor over 10 years ago. He does solid work, always reliable and kind. He does quality work for a reasonable price. He's our go-to-guy for plumbing.

Bedr came by to help with the faucet and got it to work in no time at all. I ran into the problem last minute, and he was able to stop by on short notice. Very responsive and efficient.

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

About 20 min after talking on the phone and giving me another company, she texted with some things to look into that would save me money, depending on the issue the other company found. Wow! I needed an executive chair assembled, toilet seat changed, horizontal blinds changed in one window, hinges adjusted on kitchen cabinet doors.  Ben responded quickly to my request to schedule and came the next morning to do the work.  He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, efficient.  His rates were reasonable.  Great experience.  He's a wonderful find.  So glad I took a chance on him.

I live in a 2 story home and woke up on Wed morning to water leaking through roof (2nd story) to the 1st floor.  I called Wizard Plumbing based on all the great reviews and had the best experience ever.  Mark showed up at my door about 45 min after I called (earlier then the original estimated time slot).  After reviewing the situation he recommended replacing the broken water heater - it was 15 yrs old. Since i have 2 water heaters in the house both the same age, I decide to have him replace both. I then assumed he would have to order the parts and come back to install in a few days BUT to my pleasant surprise he told me he could do all the work right way.  He called his guys and within 20 minutes the 2 heaters showed up.  Mark and his crew are VERY professional and super friendly! All the work was done within 3-4 hrs. of my initial call! :) I'm and very happy customer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I have used Alansi's plumbing for several issues.  They are professional, knowledgeable and address the issues.  They unclogged my drain and replaced a part that was incorrectly installed by my previous contractor.  I had mentioned that this was the second time this year this sink had gotten a clog and they took extra care to ensure the area was cleared.

Will from Oakland Rooter was excellent. He was knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, trustworthy, and kind. He fixed our water heater during the flooding in our basement and also came at moment's notice to help consult other issues with flooding. We highly recommend Will and this company!

Ryan and Mike replaced the sewer lines  for several houses on our street.  We needed to coordinate with the major repairs the city was making on the roadbed (to save about $900/house on street repairs that would have been required otherwise.  Plus the new road looks great - not all cut up by repairs after the roadwork.).  Advanced did the job with no further effort from us - permits, scheduling, etc.  

The price was easily the best because Advanced specializes - more than 50% off of proposals from regular plumbers (we did not look at other sewer specialists).  

Better yet, when the job was done, my better half said, I can't even tell that they were here.

18mo later, our sewer functions better than ever.  The tree root problem is gone, and no clogs.  Everyone else is just as happy too.

Professional, complete service, excellent work, great value, and they left no loose ends/ trash/ breakage that too many contractors so often leave behind.

If you are a Yelper, then there is probably about a 100% chance you are familiar with terms like: Old School Standards, High Standards, Craftsmanship, etc. Those are only a FEW to describe Heise's Plumbing! In fact, I find myself scrambling between the time I telephone the office to the time of arrival!

Why?

Because WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT; THEY ARE ON TIME! PERIOD! If anything, the Three out of Seven (3 of 7) occasions I have had them in my buildings they weren't on-time in that they were a few minutes EARLY! How much better do you get than that? Not to mention contractors' are generally late and AT BEST are a little behind. Still haven't even covered the quality of work...
...Well anywhere from work habits right on up to material... I'd say an A is at MINIMUM credit due. Though realistically an A+ or better is more like like it!

We needed an angle valve and supply line changed on our toilet. I know, it can be a do it yourself job but we are relatively new home owners and I'm still learning about how to be a mr fix it.

Frank was very professional on the phone and easy to set up at time with. He also comes out to give free estimates, unlike others who charge a fee just to go to see what the problem is. That said, he was also willing to give me an idea of how much it would be over the phone.

He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, took a look at what needed to be changed, let me know potential issues just so there wouldn't be any surprises, and finished up the job quickly and with no mess.

It can be a challenge finding great people to come and fix things in Pacifica so it's great that we found Frank. His prices are more than fair (someone else quoted me $275 to do the same job).
