We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

We had a few issues in our place after *years* of neglect and called APD; they had nearly immediate availability and sent Brian Russell, who was just great: kind, professional, generous with his time, and he took care of everything in less time than we'd have believed. (For those concerned about these things: he wore shoe covers and was masked the whole time).

He said it was all minor work and I'm sure it was, but his diligence and friendliness and affordability were such that if we ever have major work, he's the person we'll seek out. Highly recommended!

Joven is our go-to whenever we have plumbing problems.  One call and he is there when you need him.  He recently installed a water heater for us.  This was a rush job and on the weekend!  He even came by the next day to make sure that the temperature set for the water heater was set properly.  I highly recommend On-Call.

Saul is my go-to for all of my plumbing needs. From fixing a leaky faucet for my tenant to replacing the main sewer line at my house and everything in between, Saul and team always come through. He's dependable, upfront with costs and options, and simply does good work. He always picks up the phone even on Christmas Eve or Thanksgiving (true stories). Highly recommended!

Yup, yelp was right! Pipearts deserves it's great rating. Edgar came with his helper to fix a water line under the house (over the water)... what a good sport. He jumped on the barge, didn't flinch about the odd circumstance and made sure I was happy with all his work before he left. I wish every trade had a guy that good, reliable, and talented! Good job! Wasn't cheap, but he did what no other had done... we had at least three come out from the chin-see home warranty. No one else even tried to get the job done...way to go Edgar!@

Luis was extremely prompt throughout our communication. He completed the job which involved moving over the water outlet from one wall to another cleanly and professionally! In addition, he helped fix some other problems that we asked him to help with. He was very reasonable with his charges and was willing to answer all our questions when on the job!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

I needed to replace my 24-year-old furnace in 1000sq foot house.  I got four bids for an 80% efficient unit and a 95% efficient unit.  The optional brands were Bryant, Carrier, and York from 44,000BTU to 66,000BTU.  All would likely enough or more than enough for the house.  The bids ranged from Aarvaks Heating and Air Conditioning at $9,980 to $3,190 from Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating, and the same $3,200 from Apple Heating.  Albert Nahman Plumbing came in at $5,500. Please note: These estimates cannot be directly compared because the amount of optional redoing of duct work, city permits, and furnace cost of different brands varied.  I went with Harry Clark and a 95% efficient unit because Bobby at Apple did not get back to me as soon as he promised.  (It was a very busy season, and his company is small.)  Harry Clark Plumbing has been family-owned for decades, and Don was very knowledgeable and offered options.  My installation was not complicated; he worked me into his schedule.  I went with the York brand because Don said that the unit is dependable; the style is10 years old and has no bells and whistles.  In general, York got a bad review Consumers' Reports presumably because the company comes out with innovative styles that are unreliable.  All the heating companies liked Bryant presumably because there is a good distributor in the area.  Bryant and Carrier were ranked very good by Consumers' Report.  We'll see how long York lasts with it's 10 year warranty on parts and lifetime on heat exchanger.

this was one yelp review that was no bull... everyone's glowing praise set me up for high expectations that were actually exceeded.  Jac was very good and you can tell - she loves her job.  She actually said I love plumbing!  I do not love plumbing, and my assessments of minor problems actually turned out to be tricky little issues which she handled with great care.  
Hands down, I would recommend her to anyone with plumbing issues.

These have been our go to plumbing guys for years now. Just wanted to give a shout out to Mo on the great job he did on fixing our drains and sewer lines. It started with our dishwasher backing up that led to snaking out the kitchen drain. This then caused sewage to come up in our downstairs bathroom. It turned out our main sewer line was clogged that Mo quickly diagnosed. He snaked out our main sewer line and got us up an running again. It's one of those things that looks routine but only if you know what your doing. Mo knows what he's doing. Much more positives to list as well. My family thanks you!

Our shower was leaking into our crawl space...ugh.  They did a great job, on time, clean, and professional.  Reasonable prices.  Couldn't ask for anything more.

I have to give Advanced Trenchless 5 stars even though technically I haven't paid for their services (hang on, Yelp QC, I swear this is legit). I made an appointment for a free quote on having a sewer lateral replaced in Kentfield, not wholly sure if the lateral actually needed to be replaced (it seemed that previous owners may have done so, but there was no record of a pressure test). Advanced Trenchless was able to come in immediately, and Ryan (the technician) was great about calling me on his way to the appointment. Here's the best part, though: Ryan was able to tell that the lateral had been replaced, and he even went the extra step of calling the Ross Valley Sanitary District to ascertain that we were all good. So yes, I didn't pay anything, but I saved a lot thanks to his diligence and honesty. You can bet I will call Advanced Trenchless for any future plumbing/lateral needs.

Called on Thursday, got an appointment for Friday. Gilberto texted me when he was enroute, arrived early (great by me) installed new faucet, new liquid dish detergent dispenser, checked lines on purified water faucet to make sure they were clean. Efficient, great job, took packaging away with him (like that!). Professional and competent. I've used Heise's many times. Always on time and always do a good job.

The fastest most efficient pluming Ive ever had!!!!!! Frank came out within the hour of calling, gave me the estimate much cheaper than the others and was done fast.! Very friendly and A-1 service!
