Steffan showed up to help diagnose a leaky shower head and fixed the problem right away. He also assisted with some advice regarding a possible leak outside. We had to call back a few days later as an adjustment had to be made to the original issue. Again a quick and professional response and fixed the problem completely. Would absolutely recommend BeastBay and Steffan.

The owner Spencer had followed up with me, inquiring about the service I had received. He was patient in listening to my dissatisfaction with the service I had received and I was able to explain fully what I had experienced. The owner had taken initiative in refunding me and showing me that this was a trustworthy company that takes the time in listening and caring for their customers. My review before may have been harsh and jumping to conclusions but in the end Spencer at mr. rooter had taken the time to make things right. Nowadays there are not many companies that will take time to address negative issues, because of this they have gained my trust in considering them for future work.

Tromborg came right away, assessed the work that needed to be done and made an appointment to fix our plumbing two days later.  A big section of our kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced due to a leak, corroded pipes and incorrect plumbing design (is that what you would call it?).  Anyway, it took them nearly all day to replace (it was a lot of work) plus they found a blockage in our pipes and cleared it!

Our garbage disposal broke and we found Nick on our block working another job on a Sunday. He came and replaced it in less than an hour at a great price. Would definitely recommended this plumber.

Joven responded quickly to a quote request that I sent via Yelp on a Saturday evening, and he came to do the work the following day. He was friendly and efficient, and the final price was less than the quoted estimate. We'll definitely call him again for any future work we may need.

We had a major issue with our upstairs toilets and showers.  They were blocked.  I sent a yelp message to them at 3:00 AM.  They responded immediately and were at our house early in the morning.  By the time they got here, the issues had resolved.  The team checked out everything and explained what happened.  They changed a nominal fee for the visit.  Wonderful team!

This contractor abandoned the job site after getting paid, leaving our apartment uninhabitable (no working heat). I say abandoned with full intention of the word - they literally left equipment here and never came back to finish the job.

This company was hired to fix a gas leak in our apartment (3 unit house). They worked on the gas leak and found all units were affected - and took three weeks to run new lines to all units.

When installing new gas lines they ran one across the ceiling of our room. They failed to seal the hole where the gas line runs up through the ceiling - meaning I can physically see into my upstairs neighbors apartment. The last time they were at the job site I showed them, they snapped a picture, and never returned. This was around week 3 time frame (21ish of 37 days)

Overall the work they did for the gas lines passed inspection. However the repair job they did after inspection was pretty terrible. See images of mismatched drywall work, paint, etc. They also took zero precautions in protecting our belongings in the apartment while we were displaced. We came back to find they did not do any basic protective things- like put down any drop cloths on the floor, didn't cover our furniture with plastic, etc and everything was covered in a pretty big layer of drywall dust. The couch they didn't cover was literally brand new purchased 4 days earlier. No drop cloths also meant when they spilled chemicals it stained the hardwood floors permanently.

After the gas lines were done we discovered the (gas) furnace to our unit was not working. Repeated calls to them suggested they were hunting for a fix but after no responses that made sense (our landlord said he asked them to buy a new furnace, they said they weren't ordering a new furnace but were looking for a legacy part. Lots of back and forth). We continued to have no heat for multiple weeks until finally, we hired a new plumber who replaced our heater (which they did same day).

Overall we were made homeless for 37 days for the gas leak and heat issue, and only after finding a new plumber to fix the heat were we able to move in. It was extremely stressful and we made multiple calls to our landlord and five star directly - and had been given the run around a lot.

Just to add to all of these five star reviews, Edgar is awesome. A few years ago we bought a house that needed to have a whole sewage pump and tank replaced right after we moved in. It was kind of a nightmare. I called a bunch of plumbers, Edgar was the only one who seemed like he could actually do the job and gave me a reasonable bid. It was a lot of work but it went perfectly and Edgar was very easy to work with. The whole thing didn't seem like a big deal to him at all. We've have had 0 problems with it since then.

More recently, last month I needed a crushed water pipe fixed and a new water line installed under the house for a new fridge. The crawlspace under my house is really really small and scary. I would never ever go under there unless my life depended on it. I didn't know if the work was worth Edgar's time but he agreed to do it. He came out and did it in a few hours. He was super nice and did an awesome job. He's the only guy I would call if I have another plumbing job.

Do yourself a favor: Zayah is the real deal. Totally skilled, Honest, fair pricing!! Found solution, fixed plumbing, saved me time and $$$. Adept. Win-win.

The whole team was extremely professional and delivered on their promises.
The project was completed on time and inspection with city was arranged in couple days. The city inspector approved the project with no issues (which means job was done right). Special thanks to Anton for doing a great job on laying the gas pipe.

The entire company from the people that helped schedule the jobs to the service professionals that came out to our home were fantastic.  We had a 100+ year old home in Oakland that had a gas line that was leaking in the kitchen and they were able to immediately identify the leak and replace the valve.  They also hooked up our new gas range and did all the appropriate tests to confirm proper function and no additional gas leaks in the home.  Separately we had them come out to install a new toilet in our downstairs half bath.  Within an hour the new toilet was installed and running better than we could have hoped saving us water.  Fast, efficient and fair priced for each service.  Communication was outstanding We could not be happier and highly recommend.

Discovered all our 20 year old plumbing shut off valves in the bathrooms were no longer working correctly. Mo did a great job of installing all new ones, better quality and very fast. It was a building-wide water shutoff so other neighbors asked for some help and he nicely advised or took more work. And then he tightened and. cleaned out my sink fixtures. The price was very reasonable! Highly recommended. Will definitely use them in the future!

These guys came out to my mother-in-law's house to help with some blocked drains -- great communication from first contact to scheduling to arrival. They came properly masked, were incredibly friendly, and worked very hard on a job that was far more complicated than we initially thought. Despite having to work longer than expected, and to run off to get a longer snake than they initially thought was necessary, they stayed through the end of the job, made sure everything was working properly, spent extra time to clean up the job site so that it was better than when they arrived. Their price was absolutely fair for the complexity of the job and well below other bids. Definitely plan to use them again if necessary!

Class act company from start to finish. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and polite. Being in construction myself I am still impressed at the rapid completion of the job ( just one day and sewer interruption just one hour).  At a time when having sewer issues can be stressful they made it easy. I almost hate to post this review because Kenny of STK plumbing is THE MAN and if I were a rich man I would hire him as my private plumber, overpay him, and never let him help you , alas, I am not and so I feel obliged to tell you that he is one of the most honest, reliable, and fairly priced professionals out there. He always responds, never over or under promises and if the job can be done, he will do it.
