This contractor really is as good as it gets. Brian is knowledgeable in construction as well as HVAC, and goes far and beyond to make things work. Damon and Trish do a great job, together, and their estimates are fair and clear. Even when the job takes longer than expected or is more complicated, they do not increase the price. Roberto is creative and has good solutions, too. I'm happy with Berkeley Home Repair and look forward to the next project with them on my home.

Rudy and Gammy were great to work with.  We had our 60 year old Air conditioning and heating units replaced in 2 days. Professional, efficient and thorough.

My experience using Bayshore Plumbers was a refreshing change from other plumbers I've used.  At 4pm I came home to a leak in my garage ceiling and called Bayshore Plumbers.  By 7pm two of their plumbers, Manuel and Baldo, had been here, fixed the problem, cleaned-up and were gone.  To my uneducated eye the repair looks good but more important for me was that Manuel and Baldo told me exactly what the problem was, what repairs were needed, why and what it would cost.  They were professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.  I certainly will use them again for any of my plumbing needs and will tell friends about them.

Called Reliable Handyman to see if someone could install my expensive ceiling fan and flood lights in my kitchen.   The owner Han responded instantaneously, and my items were installed without any issues.  Clean install and cleaned up afterwards.  Wife is happy; happy wife, happy life!   *Highly recommend* Thanks again, Han!!

Took care of a small task, as we couldn't get to it. Responsive, was a tad late but contacted me right away. I appreciate anyone who does this versus having me wait and not knowing. Good attitude and took care of job. Another person met him and they were impressed and will hire him for another job.

We recommend Marin for any task you need done and we will use him again ourselves. No fuss no drama, just got on with the list we gave him. He came with his own large bag of tools and knows what additional items are needed to complete the job. So far we have asked him back 3 times in the last 6 months, to disassemble a Cal King wooden bed, disassemble a large 8' IKEA wardrobe, moved furniture to our friends' places, sweep the roof, fix doors that scrape the wooden floor, and most recently fix a non-working USB outlet and replace a bathroom fan.

They showed up the same day that I called. The technician wore a mask and abided by our no shoes policy. He fixed the problem. Was polite and answered all my questions.
