Highly recommend! We were looking to install a hardwired LED vanity mirror and a light fixture in our bathroom. Natalie came in, ran wiring through the walls with surgical precision so the mirror and vanity light would operate independently as opposed to being powered by one switch. After having talked to multiple electricians who pushed for us to have one switch operate both fixtures, we absolutely made the right decision in going with Natalie who spent some time examining options and ultimately helped land the best solution.
Fair quote, impeccable work, excellent customer service and someone we will work with on future projects.

I called Electric Tay for two separate jobs. Byron Tay responded promptly for a free estimate, came on time both times, and quoted a reasonable price.
The second time, he came to give me a quote to fix a broken bathroom heated sub-flooring. He spent quite some time narrowing down the issue and took care of some other items in order to eliminate potential causes. For instance, he of the burnt-out floor heating thermostat.
In the end, he concluded that the issue is in the electric flooring itself, for which he doesn't have the required equipment. Since this was an estimate- appointment, he didn't charge me for the time spent investigating and fixing the thermostat.
I really appreciated his honesty and patience. He definitely has all my future business. Byron is solid and dependable, and I'd happy to recommend him to family and friends.

I recently had three matching lampshades made at Meteor Lights and the results were spectacular, my once drab living room now glows and the awesome lampshades are the 1st thing people comment on when they come inside. The old Target lampshades are now marked free on the curb were they belong.
The shades are very high quality and the attention to detail is very high. The customer service is also exceptional. If everything isn't perfect they will work with you to make sure you get the perfect shade(s). No hassles, no attitude... Meteor Lights always goes with the customer is always right way of doing business.
I will be back there next time I need lampshades for sure!

All of his guys who work with him were top notch as well. He had excellent opinions and suggestions. Valery was more than fair with us always. I would only use Valery and his team to do any electrical work. Thank you Valery for making such a big project easy, simple and fun! I am glad to know Valery and his team!

I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.
I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.
Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.
No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.
6 stars out of 5!

I thought I had a fuse blown in my apartment, 70% of outlets in my apartment weren't working. Josephine from Sierra made me realize it's a simpler fix than what I thought I needed, she walked me through steps over the phone, I checked everything she asked me to and viola we discovered that one of the circuit breakers had tripped. This saved me a lot of money and time for her. I really appreciate the quick support... and her willingness to help me over the phone, not everyone is solution minded like her. Thanks again, Josephine!

I've done a lot of electrical work through Randy and his team - outlets, voltage and amp upgrades, wiring, etc. I first used them for inspecting the property when I was bidding on the house. Then brought them back to do some upgrades. They are very responsive (his wife is awesome) and they do good work. Very knowledgeable about code, and I appreciate that they will give me their opinion on possible solutions. At times, I think they can bite off more than they can chew which makes logistics a bit tricky. But they are honest and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

I've been talking to Sid about installing an outlet for an electrical vehicle at my apartment. He has been very helpful and walked me through my options. He is very professional, and it was great to talk to someone who was willing to explain things to someone who is new to this sort of thing. Definitely recommend calling them!

In my opinion, you cannot trust positive reviews if the company's lawyers threaten to sue people who post negative reviews. (See photos)
First and foremost ; we did not hire DiLuzio... Our electrical contractor said that they had subcontracted Di Luzio to complete the programming of complicated lighting system in our home.
Anecdotally, it appears that the Contractor State License Board was also told by our contractor that DiLuzio was subcontracted.
We have no way of determining if, or what kind,of contract existed.
For two days during normal business hours Greg , a technician (well complemented on this site), worked in our home.
He arrived in a DiLuzio branded van, wore a DiLuzio uniform, and identified himself as representing DiLuzio. He admitted that he was not licensed, but was working under DiLuzo's license.
Greg did what he could, given the fact that the job had been badly botched by our electrical contractor.
Both Greg and our contractor agreed that Greg would return one last time when our lights arrived from storage... He appeared competent and was a delightful person. Several other tradesmen and contractors were present while Greg was here.
We will share emails from our contractor acknowledging Greg's presence and the fact that he was expected to return.
When things fell through with our electrical contractor, I contacted the offices of DiLuzuo.
I offered, in writing, to pay Greg to come back to our home and finish what he had started. He was the only one who knew what was going on with the programming.
The receptionist was well aware that Greg had been to our home, and told me she would consult with Stephen, who was responsible for Greg's scheduling.
Later, I got a call from Mr. Anthony DiLuzio himself. Anthony DiLuzio told me that he had no written contract and would investigate.
I recapped our phone conversation in a somewhat rambling text.
Early the next morning, I wrote a professional business recap of our conversation, once again putting in writing that I was very willing to pay
DiLuzio to come back and finished their part of the job. (Documentation available upon request)
Within 48 hours I had received a threatening letter from Anthony DiLuzio's attorney. He claimed that I was demanding free electrical services, despite my written letter offering to pay.(Documentation available upon request)
He indicated that Greg might not have been in our home.
He said that Greg was working entirely on his own, and the DiLuzio was not responsible for this.
I have been assured by the Contractor's State License Board and several legal entities that the employer is in fact responsible for the actions of his representative.
He threatened to sue us if we posted any negative reviews.
I have no indication that DiLuzio isn't capable of producing fine quality electric work with a competent staff.
Nevertheless, In my opinion, one can't trust all these positive reviews if we don't know whether or not others have been threatened with lawsuits for posting negative reviews.
Here is my opinion on how this might affect you if you come in contact with DiLuzio representatives who have been contracted to your home or property:
- If your contractor subcontracts DiLuzio to do electrical work in your home, absolutely demand a copy of the contract. This can protect you if they later claim there was no contract.
- Demand ( and photograph or copy) photo identification of any DiLuzio employee entering your property.
If you were threatened with a lawsuit, you may need to prove that the person was actually there.
-Determine if the employee is licensed, and under whose license they are working .
- After the initial visit, keep a log and make the employees sign in and out of your home or property. I have learned that this is a good practice; you have a right to know who is in your home or property and when and for how long. Should there be a problem, these logs will be indispensable for you.
- Be familiar with what the ramifications would be if an employee, representing themselves from DiLuzio,a company were to be injured on your property. YOU COULD BE SUED, and unlicensed subcontractors may not be covered by your homeowner's insurance.
It is difficult to believe that DiLuzio allows his staff to do side work, for cash - without contracts, using his vehicles and uniforms.
The actions of any individual will determine his reputation , Mr. DiLuzio. I can only imagine how proud your grandfather and dad are of your business practices.
Imagine being a victimized consumer and then have to deal with the legal threats from subcontractors.
This post is meant entirely to provide consumers information that might be useful should there be a problem with their job with DiLuzio representatives or any subcontractor.

I live in an old house in Marin and had a bunch of things going wrong at once, which made me worried that what seemed like a simple breaker flipping and furnace not lighting/ blower stuck might be a bigger issue with shorts in the system. I called Marin SF on a Saturday and Len came out within an hour. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was communicative and great to work with.

Our porch light at our doorstep stopped working. We live in the foggy outer sunset in San Francisco, so a working light is very necessary. Especially for later evening grocery and Amazon deliveries. We found Micheal Fairholm here on yelp. He was very warm and friendly. He fixed our porch light and made it so that the light switch only control the porch light and not our ceiling fan. He and is apprentice was very professional and wore covered booties while in part of the house. Super awesome service. I am hoping he will be available for other small electrical needs. Super awesome!

I found AV Druids/ Cham on Yelp. After having some of my friends help me install my speaker, A/V, wireless system a year ago -- it turns out I had so many issues along the way which caused problems all the way down to the wireless. When I had a company come out to help me with my wireless (which meant remotes dependent on wireless, etc), it was a disaster. 4 hours and 320$ later -- the wireless was almost completely broken. I called Cham the next morning (saturday) and he actually made time to come out to my house that afternoon. He helped me get to the point where i could function until he could get me a list of items that he felt were much more simple and widely used (Sonos) that would get me everything I needed vs. the complicated/antiquated system i had from just a year before. I ordered everything (ps, he told me about a bunch of different technology options not just Sonos so he let me chose and explained the diff) and when it was delivered,he came and knocked everything out in one day. He scheduled to come out the following weekend to finish it up and go through a tutorial with me. It is amazing...i can't explain it. To further explain how amazing it is -- the reason i had my friend's help a year ago was b/c I contacted another company that quoted me 38K for one system and a 2nd one was 23K. With AV Druids, had I contacted them a year ago, I would have had a simple, low cost solution that was in today's technology and delivered what I needed in my house. Next step for him is to now hook up wii U for the front room, apple TV and an outdoor seamless system by re-deploying the existing sonos controller and control music in the backyard. You can not go wrong with them, I live to tell. THANK YOU CHAM!!!!!

I had called in on Friday afternoon to have someone come out and install an outlet. First thing Monday morning Daniel was here to do the job, but I wasn't because I forgot about the early meeting. Daniel was here at 8:00 and I didn't get here until 9:00. I gave him a call back when I got in, figuring he had already left, but he didn't! He was still downstairs waiting to be let up! I felt so bad, but he reassured me that it was okay and got right to work. He was unbelievably nice and so understanding. Plus he did a fabulous job! I HIGHLY recommend Well's and really appreciate the great people they employ! Great job guys and keep up the good work!

This review should be taken with a grain of salt because I didn't have any actual electrical work done, but I had a phenomenally helpful phone call. I'm looking at buying a house, but it needs some old electrical equipment replaced. The seller tried to convince me it's going to cost $5000, but Allen (at Pierce Electric) gave me a lot of very helpful information and explained that to make the house safe from electrical fires will be much more expensive. The one phone call I made to Pierce Electric may well have just saved me from $20,000 in expenses and months of legal battles after I bought my house.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Robert did an amazing job installing my home audio and video. He set up surround sound in my huge living room, safely mounted my TV on the wall and sourced the best Audio for me to use. He went so far as to connect everything seamlessly, and even gave me a full lesson on how to run it all! He was very communicative, thoughtful, considerate and mindful when working with me on how I wanted to approach this project. He left the job done with out a mess and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Bulterman Electric over all others in the Bay Area!
