Best Water Purification System Repair in San Diego CA

Dave assisted me with some items I hadn't even called about.  Super friendly, professional and responsive.  I'll never use a different plumber.

I had a problem with a leaky toilet. Black Mountain Plumbing was able to get me in same day, luckily. I was kept in the loop of e.t.a. of plumber and his name via text and an e-mail confirmation. Daniel showed up right when he said he would. He was very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. He was in and out in about 1/2 an hr.
Fantastic first experience with this company.

I would never use this person for plumbing! He is crude & unprofessional.

When driving on the freeway, he was in the right lane (slow lane out of 2 lanes only) on the I8 freeway & I was in the left lane (the fast lane) I was going faster than the slow lane as it was a little backup up. He was in between 2 slower trucks. I saw him put his blinker on to come over & then slightly swerve to come over (looking as if he wanted to get out from in between the 2 slow trucks), so I stepped slightly on my breaks to allow him to come over, as he was pretty close to me coming up, but then he all of a sudden swerved back into his lane as if he saw me & didn't want to cut me off since I was going faster (as with all the other cars in my lane- I was going with the traffic). I thought he was being thoughtful to not cut me off, which I appreciated so I didn't have to slam on my breaks, so therefore I continued going, thinking he was just being considerate.

Boy was I wrong! He proceeded to come into the fast lane behind me right when I passed speeding up on me aggressively & flipping me off for a good 10 seconds, continuing to ride me until we both got off on the same exit.

I was scared thinking he was going to run me off the road or follow me home. He was extremely crude & unprofessional & very aggressive on the freeway. If someone acts like this on the freeway I would never let him in my house. I could only imagine what he would do.

Very positive experience with this company. We had a kitchen remodel so needed somebody to remove & reinstall our system. Extremely polite, professional & knowledgeable. On time, didn't rush to get the job done, and did a fantastic job reinstalling & replacing our filters. They have a new customer for life & I highly recommend WPS!

Drayton Rowe came to our home and was professional and able to repair our water filter on the spot. We continue to love our Rayne filter system in the house and water deionizer for washing our cars.

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Just had one of Sherlocks service technicians, Jared come out to give a second opinion on our a/c that another company had said was dead in the water. After doing an inspection the good news is that there in nothing wrong with our heating and air that  a good tune up would not hurt. Just have to say that Sherlock heating and air conditioning and the service tech Jared were very professional, up front and straight forward. Its been along time since this kind of customer service has showed up at my front door. Thanks again Jared !!!
