Best Water Purification System Installation in San Diego CA

Had a drain snake that got stuck in our shower drain. Really worried that we'd have to go through a wall and cut a pipe to release it. But the True Plumbing person arrived on time as scheduled. He was able to remove the drain snake with his industrial drum type drain snake. He offered to clean up a bit but I just took care of it myself. He was respectful of our home by covering the wood floor beside the shower. He wore a mask while inside the house because of the Covid-19 pandemic (this was in June 2020). He was polite and I even got a follow up call from the True Plumbing office a couple weeks later. Good service and fair price. I've programmed them in to my phone just in case we ever need them again.

Preface - I have not paid for any services from Black Mountain Plumbing - this only relates to my experience in trying to get a quote.

I was looking for a quote for a main line sewer replacement.  Like others whose houses were built in the 60's we have a cast iron sewer line than is reaching the end of its usable life.  I have 4 other vendors coming out to take a look - all to bid on the job.  Only Black Mountain Plumbing said that coming for an estimate was billable work at $230 per hour.  This fee, they said could be applied to the work if we chose them as a vendor.

They were cordial and friendly but happy to pass on the potential work. I was happy to pass on paying a vendor who charges service fees to create a quote for a multi-thousand dollar job.

Called Happy Plumbing to get a gas line clamped and moved into the wall as it was no longer being used and get a quote on some plumbing work. Was told there was someone available same day which worked  for us. Got a call from Jake when he was on his way, he arrived promptly as scheduled.

Jake quoted the gas line on the spot, and said he could get the job done there and then as long as he had the parts he needed, which he did. Work was done, quickly and efficiently, despite an unforseen hiccup (no fault of his- xray vision into the wall would have come in handy!).

Drywall damage was as expected.

Jake was super polite and open to me asking questions to apease my curiosity on the process as he went along. He cleaned up on the way out. Price was comparable to other quotes we got.

Looking forward to reviewing the estimates on the other plumbing we had him look at.

Eddie at WPS was on time, made installation easy & was very friendly and informative with no pressure. We wanted to rent a reverse osmosis water filter system for our kitchen sink. They had the best price, a great contract and since it included maintenance & installation: it was a no-brainer. It was all taken care of within a few hours... We'll never use Culligan again! We're understanding now why they get such great reviews and we're very happy now with our delicious, ultra-pure drinking water!

I had a clogged drain in the master bathroom and called Powers Plumbing to fix the problem. When the plumber (AND his assistant?!) arrived they told me the service charge would be $89/hour and $45/hour, respectively. This seemed reasonable to me and they began the work to fix my drain. After 25 minutes, they were not able to clear the stoppage through the clean out. Next, they tell me they have to drive BACK to the shop to pick up a DIFFERENT machine. When they returned an hour later, they had a larger gadget (snake? I dunno) and ran it through the main line and then thru the roof vent. This fixed the problem and my drains were working again. The TOTAL time spent at my house was 1 hour tops!!!  Well, a new problem arose...the BILLING!!! They charged me $335 dollars (I was thinking more like $134.00). Apparently, I was also charged for the time the plumbers drove BACK to the shop for another tool. SERIOUSLY?!!  Does Powers Plumbing really expect their customers to fully know what the precise PROBLEM is with the pipes, what TOOLS plumbers should have to DO the job, and to have the tools in their van BEFORE they arrive at the customer's house? Give me a break! After complaining to Powers Plumbing, they were nice enough to knock off a half hour of their service time.

Family business that treats you like a valued customer. Responsive and knowledgeable, they take the time to explain things, so you are sure exactly what needs to be done, and how they will do it.

We suddenly had no hot water on a Saturday and I couldn't get the pilot to light the gas.  I reached out to four plumbers on Yelp and of the two that got back to me only C&C offered to come right away.  The plumber who came to our house, whose first name was Irish, examined our water heater and explained that we could repair or replace and the pluses and minuses of both options.  We decided to replace the water heater and Irish ran into some problems with that because they were different brands with different connections, but he literally fabricated solutions on the spot.  He completed the job in under four hours and we had hot water again.  In addition, when he removed the old water heater we saw it had extensive rust on the bottom and it even with the new ignitor it would have failed shortly.  Grateful that Irish gave me good advice and we now have hot water again and no problems about to happen.  I recommend C&C Plumbing and Irish and I will use them in the future.

Pristine was excellent with communication. Within minutes, they replied to my request to fix a clogged sink. Elías arrived a couple hours later, assessed the problem and provided a fair price. He was nice, courteous, and careful not to leave a mess. He did a great job!

Very helpful on the phone and scheduled appointment for the same day.  Good communication and fair pricing.  Finally a company that comes when they say they will.  I appreciate the professionalism!

I can't recommend Jacob and Trusted Water Systems ENOUGH!! Absolute lifesaver!! I was not getting hot water in my house for over 3 months and had even installed a brand new shower valve to remedy the issue. Several individuals came and spent 8 hour days here, couldn't figure out the problem, and wanted to cut my walls and inspect piping. I contacted Jacob and he went straight to diagnosing I had a crossover, narrowed it to my new valve, found the defective component, replaced it - and I HAD HOT WATER!! Beyond ecstatic and thankful. Our bathroom sink began to flood in our apartment and immediately we called our project manager who then called John Padilla Plumbing and Randy and Danny were there within the hour to fix the issue. They were able to identify the problem, assess the damage, and fix everything with ease and in a timely manner. Randy and Danny even were able to install a new vanity within the visit since the previous one was completely water logged. What I thought was going to be a weeks worth of maintenance was able to be resolved in a day. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the service from Rayne Water Conditioning. They came and spent a lot of time with my husband Tom explaining their services. We felt the serviceman was very knowledgeable and honest. They installed a new system for us at a reasonable cost and continue to maintain it. We highly recommend this family owned business. Sandy
