Our Hot Water Heater was leaking, slowly, so i scheduled them to come take a look. The scheduling lady on the phone set up the appointment, but never noted there was a minumim $50 charge just for coming out.  It's really my fault for not asking, but i felt she should have at least let me know since it seems so many companies are offering free quotes and such.  The Tech, Soloman, was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable, and he was a local too.  The ballpark estimate he gave seemed pretty high. I ultimately went elsewhere since we were able to use the home warranty we had in place (that i'd forgotten about before scheduling BMP, oops), but i wanted to try a local spot first since we live in SR.  Ultimately the 3 star rating because it seemed a little pricey and I wasn't trilled to pay the $50 charge just for the quote; but i share in the responsibility for not having asked. I would recommend the operator note it in the future, but the company seemed pretty good all things considered.

Had an issue with a leak from my toilet hose. Scheduled appointment quickly and for the same day. This was my second time using Happy Plumbing. Efren came out and was very friendly. Provided estimate and also took a look at another issue I was having with my shower. Amazing service. Will definitely be using them again in the future if the need arises.

Did a great job installing a reverse osmosis system at our office! I also had them hired to install a reverse Osmosis system at our house. Highly recommended!

$186 for 20 minutes of service and could not resolve problem. Worth it? I think not.

Although it was an after hours call, I was not informed that it would cost even more after 8pm!
Janet was helpful on the phone, but Matt did not seem able to figure anything out about the leak, apart from saying you need to take up the floor!

Make sure you know that billing time starts from the time they leave their office until the time they get back to their office. Wish my job worked like that.

The next day I called Welby Construction and Ed came out immediately and was able to locate the problem within 20 minutes. Had nothing to do with the floor as the leak was in a pipe in the ceiling. How wrong was Powers Plumbing.

Would not use this company again.

After accidentally drilling into a water pipe late on a Saturday night (hooray, home renovations!), we needed someone to come out immediately. We called two companies prior to getting a hold of Plumbing Plus and confirming someone could get to us that night. Isaiah came to our rescue and was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Definitely recommend these guys! We'll be keeping them on call for any future plumbing work.

I had a leaky faucet that was dripping quite rapidly and needed repair right away.  I called a couple of handymen who I had references for and none of them answered (or ever called me back!).  After seeing a referral for Pristine Plumbing on the Next Door website, I called and spoke with a woman who so nice and was able to schedule a plumber for that very day.  They even sent me the plumber's name and picture so I would know who to expect and he arrived at the exact time he was schedule for.  Sergio was a great guy, very helpful, explained everything to me.  Although he didn't have the right part to repair it that afternoon, he was able to get the part the next day and came back to install it at a time that was convenient for me.  He even checked on other issues for me and answered all my questions.  The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the price they charged was quite expensive (especially after I looked up the replacement parts on Home Depot and saw they cost only about $20).  But I'm grateful that they were so accommodating and were able to assist me immediately.  Thank you, Pristine Plumbing staff!

I had some issues with the internal components but didn't have time to do it myself. I had 3 companies come out that all had good reviews but Julio Valle was the clear choice. A message was sent so I knew who was arriving. He correctly diagnosed the issues without a bunch of bs about the water connectors or a new toilet being needed. He got the work done efficiently and sent me pictures afterwards which I appreciated. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again for sure. Good, fair price as well as a 30 day warranty.

Eric from Pipeline is the man!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing/water heater repair.  I called several other local area plumbers and I found Eric to be the most friendly and cordial over the phone.  I'm a firefighter and had been stuck on-duty for 3 weeks when my wife called and informed me our water heater wasn't working. We tried re-igniting the pilot light to no avail! When I called Eric and told him of the problem, he seemed to already have an idea of what was wrong with it. And as it turned out, his hunch was correct. Eric was also very flexible and worked around my stubborn wife's schedule, I had to change the appointment time a few times, at no fault of Eric.  (He seemed to have sympathetic understanding of my predicament).  After getting my father-in-law to come to my house to give Eric at Pipeline access to my home, Eric came in and handled business like a Boss!  He showed up on time in the 2-hour window he quoted. According to my father-in-law, he made the repair in a short amount of time. Eric called me on the phone when he was all done and gave me the run down of the repair. He allowed me to handle payment over the phone since my wife and I were both at work. He was even kind enough to give me a firefighter discount.  I will absolutely use Pipeline Plumbing again and highly recommend him to anybody in search of a good plumber / water heater repair in the Menifee / Temecula area! Eric is the man!!

Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Sherlock has probably the friendliest most polite employees I've ever met but if you have a problem from new installation Rich the manager talks his way out of it being their problem.

We bought a high end  furnace and a tankless water heater for $14,000.00.

The day the water heater was installed we got a pin hole leak in our pipe they didn't fix it we had to hire a Plummer to fix it. Then our water pressure has never been the same. We even installed a new regulator and still no pressure. 5 plumbers have told me it's the water heater but Sherlock still won't take responsibility.

Eddie came out for a yearly furnace check and I mentioned our water problem. He clearly saw there was a terrible problem and went above the manager Rich to the owner to try and fix this problem. Because it was still under warranty the owner allowed Eddie to give it a try. Eddie is truly an amazing employee who goes above and beyond every one else and treats it like his own business. He did what he could to try and get our pressure but he was limited to the boundaries of the warranty. I'm thankful for his efforts. He pushed as hard as he could to get our problem fixed.

Water pressure is still not fixed and we will probably have to purchase a new water heater from a new company.
