Best Thermostat Repair in San Diego CA

I made an appointment to have my central a/c checked since it stopped working. Fred was able to look at it the next day. He was right on time and while testing it, the system seemed to be working again. Despite this, he checked the entire system anyway to be sure everything was okay. Thirty minutes after he left, the a/c stopped working again. I called him again, and without hesitation he came right back to see what was going on. He ended up re-wiring some of the connections and it has been working fine ever since. Very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I understood.

We could not get our kitchen sink to drain.  Ideal plumbing was able to perform same day service.  They were professional, fixed the problem, and showed us additional trouble shooting techniques we can perform if something similar happens in the future.  The price was $148, which is probably on the higher end; however, like in most cases, you get what you pay for.  We paid more and received a good service.

We called them to repair a leak under our house.  It was a pin size hole in a copper pipe.  He told me they would need to cut out a foot long section and weld a new one in place. They quoted us $500 and wanted to charge us for cat litter to soak up the dampness under the house.  There were no puddles, just moisture.  We ended up going with someone else who had the job done in 40 minutes and no issues with the dampness for $135.00.  I know now to never call this company again.

Second time using Jeff-n-Carl. I've had Carl both times and he's been a pleasure. Honest, straightforward, gives you options, with no pressure. Highly recommend.

Art came out on time for the installation of our hot water heater. He was professional, neat and clean work, and just an all round nice guy! Very responsive when I called on a Sunday morning and were at the house by noon! Great pricing for a Sunday!  Thanks again Art for your help!

My tech, Alecko, was extremely informative and detailed about our system.  He documented everything in detail and stayed longer to make sure everything was working properly.  He even had treats for my dog! Highly recommend same day as they have always had excellent service!

Troy Abbott from Pacific Drain and Plumbing demonstated quick and reliable service and was very accomidating from start to finish. He taylored the arrival time to fit our day and his professionalism was evenly paired with a friendly persona that made us feel that we had a friend working on our pipes, not an unknown plumber. He was quick to solve our dilemma and offered to clean up the mess WE created without question. Very satisfied with Mr. Troy.

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

Do not call this company!  They are extremely overpriced and promise to fix your air conditioner for a price they quote you over the phone and then tell you a completely different story before they even see it.  This is the second time I have  been duped by them.  They came out four months ago for a duct replacement and gave me a quote for $1800.00 when all the other estimates were in the $600.00- $800.00 range.  They also complained about my review and sent me a nasty text about this review.  Very unprofessional.

My hot water heater broke at 6:30pm on a weekday.  To be fair, the repairman came promptly.  but to replace a $20 valve was $467.00!!!!!.  They offered to replace my water tank also for around $1800 (standard service) or $2200 (Deluxe service) .  I ended up with a local plumber installing a new tank the next day for half ($900).  I feel as though I had be gouged on pricing.  I expect people to make money but come on.  Will never call them again.

Way overpriced! Do your research! Needed a water heater replacement and was quoted 7,000!

Highly recommend this company, had them come out to replace two toilets and check for leaks. Had a really friendly young man named Oliver working with us, was extremely polite and hard working. He replaced our toilets and explained what was causing the rising prices in our water bill. I would gladly call THA again for any future work, and would be happy to have Oliver come out to help us again. Thank you!

This review is for my Mom since she does not have a YELP account. Mom (Lena) decided after 40 years she wanted her furnace to be replaced as it was better to be safe than sorry. This was a really nice experience for her. Neil Nath has been very helpful and patient with the entire process. He knew she was not good with the computer and made a special trip for her to sign papers, being both professional and approachable.  Our technicians Gregory Goulding and Anthony Torres were very patient in explaining each process, keeping her informed all of the way. They kept the work area clean and were considerate in showing her how everything worked (If you know my mother, you know that this task can take awhile, haha).  Everytime she called the office, Geoffrey Cira was always helpful in answering her questions and any concerns she may have. She had a great experience with Sherlock! You can tell that all of their employees take great pride in their job.
