The kitchen in my house has double-sinks and they share a one handle faucet with pullup sprayer. My problem was that the faucet handle was broken after 14 years of use. I was asking for help to either repair the faucet handle or replace the faucet if the handle cannot be repaired. Justin and his mom told me that the faucet was still covered under warranty even after 14 years of use. They helped me to identify the manufacturer and gave me the manufacturer's support phone number. Calling the phone number, I got the free parts for the faucet handle from the manufacturer. I would like to recommend Five Star Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I have used Eastlake Plumbing for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service.
This week they came out the next day after my call and replaced my water heater. Martin was very good and did a great job! Definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

I tried out the Yelp request a quote and was put in touch with Troy Plumbing. The customer service was absolutely on point. I appreciate the level of communication provided to ensure that my needs were met and the expectations were made clear. My kitchen pipe was corroded and the faucets needed to be replaced. They were punctual, professional and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend Troy Plumbing again.

Very responsive. Price is reasonable. I wanted kitchen drain snaked but they recommended water jet, good thing I listened. I am having my drain snaked every 6mos to 1 year, but it's been 5 years since they water jet and it's been good so far.

We've used True Plumbing twice and both times were VERY pleased. Tony is great! He called to confirm exactly when he would show up, is friendly and efficient. Really knows his stuff! They are very reasonably priced and I highly recommend them.

Our plumber told us we have a slab leak so we called Acculine Leak Detection. They were able to make it out the same day. Chris the technician found our leak in the hallway, and was actually very thorough with the whole detection process.

The best and most efficient plumbers I've encountered!
The owner was quick to answer my late night phone call to help me through everything with a huge clog in my house. He walked me through how to exactly check what was wrong over the phone. This was a very convenient and efficient way to get a diagnosis so I wouldn't have to worry through the night.
They really try and work with your schedule and are very quick! They came the very next day and gave me a time frame of when they could make it over since I had work.
What I absolutely love about this, is that they answered their phones! What great customer service! Thank you so much for all the hard work!
They are a a little pricey, but what plumber company isn't. It's pretty standard for pricing from what I've seen.

I wish I could give this company negative stars but no option for that. Had them do a simple faucet and filtration system install. Ended up 6 days later with 2 of water throughout my kitchen into the dining and living areas. Now sitting in a ruined kithchen and no follow-up after initial damage control. Only ppl willing to contact me have been the flood repair and inspectors. Cancelled first lead and asbestos inspection trying to hold out that a drenched kitchen could be salvaged. After 48 hrs of hearing nothing from drainhelp, forced to call after hours and got the worst customer service from an operator since I've been able to use a phone. Could not give me any vital information or even the insurance company that bears the responsibility to cover this outfit.
Funny that all your negative ratings have a response and you do find the time to respond to throw shade at your paying customers.... even if that were the case it would have no bearing on your employees ability to do his job. Plus throwing shade on ppl who just want to do good business should pay huge dividends for you going forward. Anytime you have a bad review you have an excuse or reason the customers was at fault and not you. Take ownership and responsibility for the workmanship your company has put forth. I await your response as I am sure you are not at fault since you already hinted to the fact that the leak was not your fault, instead an unknown source was the culprit. I am sure san diego wants to allow you in their homes so you can tell your side of the story and try to air out dirty laundry. My house was completely opened up to try and dry out, if your employee smelled an odor from the neighborhood that gives him no excuse to leave. Luckily for you the restoration and flood repair have made the only efforts to contact us, and do the work that needs to be done. If you would give your customers as much attention as you do to social media, that would be a start to becoming a reputable company.

I would highly recommend this company. Eric was on time, very professional, thorough and so kind. He turned a dire situation into a good experience. Definitely five stars are deserved.

Alejandro was awesome to work with. He relocated some cabinets in my garage to make room for a home gym. Also helped with a few other pop ups that came up throughout the job. Great to work with, good communication, showed up on time, professional quality work.

I had a leaky shower for about a month, and on my day off I decided to call All City Plumbing to schedule an estimate. They were the only company that offered to come the same day, plus the estimate was free! Paul was friendly and prompt. He gave me a quote (which we negotiated down a bit after doing some research), and he came back the next morning and fixed my annoying shower within 1.5 hours. They are a little pricey, but they do a great job! I will call them for future plumbing needs.

A couple months ago I sent out a couple messages to unclog our sink, they were the one of the first to respond! They came by to help us unclog our sink, turns out it was far deeper than we realized and a simple snake would do. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and Alex actually went all the way back home to get the supplies he needed to basically power wash it all the way through to unclog it. Like I said this was a couple months ago, and we haven't had any problems since! And after he even helped me locate where our pipes were (we live in a condo), he definitely didn't need to do it especially because it was already late, but we really appreciated it! Great customer service!
Edit: Almost forgot to add, we ask everyone to take off their shoes when they enter and we also have shoe covers we give out, but they actually brought their own! Very well prepared.

I tried to work with this company to get an estimate for removing and replacing cast iron drain pipes in a building I own. They were very responsive which was nice but unfortunately I backed out of having them actually come give me the estimate when I heard they charge for it (I think it was $95). Now mind you they say they will waive that fee if you use them... But that puts the customer in quite a bind. My advice is skip places that make use of this practice and give your money to business that believe enough in their service to not feel they need to trap potential customers. I

The sinks in my master bath were draining slowly. My home warranty sent a plumber who ultimately said problem couldn't be fixed without drilling into the dry wall and installing a clean out. My sinks went from draining slowly to not draining at all. After seeing all the great Yelp reviews on R&R, I immediately called and was able to get a Saturday appointment which worked great given my work schedule. David Starr tried snaking the pipes and immediately was able to tell me why it was a more complicated blockage. He ultimately tried another method that cleared the blockage the snake couldn't get. Best of all I didn't end up with any holes in my wall. I would definitely use this company again although I hope I don't have to!

I have known the Owner of Waterside Landscape, Jorge Sanchez, for 20 years now. I have watched his business grow over the years, yet as a residential homeowner, he is incredibly responsive to any concerns that may come up. The current team at my location, led by Noe, is fantastic. The team is very eager to do the best job possible. Jorge has several family members involved with the business, and the pride taken to make sure a consistent professional job is always evident.

I wrote a one-star review earlier today because of back-to-back late and/or rescheduled service calls. I'd like to amend my earlier review because Erin, the public relations manager called me immediately after reading my review and apologized for both instances. She said that kind of service was unacceptable and shouldn't have happened and she refunded the fee I had already paid for my yearly VIP membership! Very few companies will go that far, and I appreciate it very much. Raul, the technician who came to check my air conditioner today, did an excellent job on the yearly maintenance and he included an upgrade for no charge, as instructed by Erin. 5 stars for both Erin and Raul and for the company as well. My faith has been restored!

The toilet was running and we knew it needed a flapper. Anderson sent someone who first wanted to sell us a new toilet for$2000+, one that was far inferior to our one piece Kohler toilet. Then, when we refused he new toilet, he told us that, in addition to the flapper we needed to replace another part. When we asked him to just replace the flapper, after 10 minutes, he called us into the bathroom and showed us that there was another piece of the toilet mechanism that was broken. He gave us an estimate of over $800 to replace the two pieces. Has said he would have to order the part and would return a few days later, at 10 am. We told him that we had an appointment at 12:30 so he could not be later than 10 AM. At 11:30 he had still not shown up. I called Anderson's. they called him, then called us back to say he was having truck problems, but could come now. We told Anderson's to forget it.
We then called ace plumbing. They sent a very courteous and knowledgeable plumber, who said he would replace the flapper and also pointed out that the second toilet part that the Anderson plumber wanted to replace had been ripped out. By whom? interesting question. I have kept that part. The bill from Ace, including replacing the part that had been ripped out, was $466. We will never use Anderson's again.

I had to call Point Loma Electric six months after someone else did electrical work in my house. I was still having the same problems and needed a professional electrician, not someone that can fix my electrical at low cost. I had a feeling I got what I paid for with the previous company. Point Loma Electric came out and performed a very thorough inspection and found several problems with the previous work - some of which were very dangerous. I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise in electrical work. They were able to explain in great detail, without hesitation what exactly needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.
