Once again I needed plumbing assistance...over memorial weekend!!. Yikes!  This time for my leaking and out of code water tank. The whole tank and system had to be replaced. And....once again... all american plumbing did an excellent job. Sean P. was the primary plumber for this service. He was polite, knowledgeable,  and kept me up to date on what he inspected. Great job Sean! You did a great job. We thank you again.

I found a leak under my kitchen sink this afternoon & called a couple plumbing companies for estimates. Another company came by first & told me I needed to get a new faucet.  Then Manny came by for my free estimate, (and surprise!) the problem was actually just a loose connection of the tubing.  Thank you Manny for a crisis averted!

I needed a quality plumber at a competitive price and i searched yelp and i found these guys. A+. Great service and quality work. Had a bathroom sink that was clogged and needed my shower tub re-caulked and Plumbing Tree did a great job. Spoke to Miguel on the phone and he was upfront on cost and was able to send out a plumber in a timely fashion. Plumber was on time and professional and finished job in a little under 2 hours. Caleed Miguel a week later to see if he could have a plumber re-check the work only because i noticed a very small hairline crease in the caulking. Turned out to be nothing but Miguel sent out a plumber (Mickey) at NO cost to me. Mickey showed up on time and examined the issue and assured me the hairline crease  was normal and nothing to be concerned about. Thanks to Plumbing Tree and specifically Miguel and Mickey. I will be calling you guys for my future plumbing needs.

My neighbor hired this company about 2 weeks ago to clean their yard drains after all the rain we had. When they left the sediment was left in the street and piled in front of my driveway. I spoke to Pete who claimed to be a stand up guy and mentioned he would take care of it as I could be a potential customer one day. I texted him so pictures and then I spoke to my neighbor and he said he would be charged $200/hr to have this company come clean up the sediment that they left. It was suggested that my neighbor get a shovel and take care of it himself. I told him not to worry and I took care of it myself.

I admit I contacted them 2 weeks later but given what's going on with the pandemic and raising twins I just didn't have time.

It's all in front of my driveway and house and in my garage and being tracked into my house. I have 11 month old twins who are crawling and now I need to hire professional cleaners to clean my floors to make sure my twins are safe.

Claiming to be a stand up guy and wanting to resolve the issue and then wanting to charge my neighbor $200 to finish what they started is poor customer service. He also wanted me to take a garden hose and flush it myself. So spend my money and my water?  He clearly didn't want to spend his companies time and money to send someone back to a job site from San Diego to Orange County to finish what they should have done before they left.

Just a heads up I will be filing a complaint with the CSLB!

Touchdown Plumbing earned a 5-star review after work completed yesterday.  After kicking out another company because they wanted over $1,000 to pull a toilet and run a snake and replace, TD plumbing countered with a very competitive offer and was able to complete the work in 2 hours.  The technician was a nice guy, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and they stuck to their quote.  Very satisfied, and I will use them again in the future.

E drains was hired to repair a portion of sewer pipe due to a clog. They gave a year warranty. The property owner and me(tenant)were satisfied. Once I took over the business it started getting clogged again. They came out and power jet it. I thought it was good. It clogged again and they came out and showed me the NEW clog 2 foot where they replaced the pipe.he said it would cost a extra 5k to repair that clog. Wait! We paid 6k then i need to pay another 5k? I had a plumber I used before see it. He ran a camera and a cutting device to remove a plastic lid, credit cards, coins, bolts. Looked like from many years of build up. The entire line needs to be replaced. Hire a plumber with experience because e-drains lacks experience and will just take your money.

Excellent customer service, very professional, timely response and reasonable prices.  Josh was amazing!! So appreciative for his help.  Hoping not to experience any further plumbing issues, but if it happens, PIC will be my first call.

Perry Plumbing was recommended to me by several other condo owners in the Case de Alvarado complex.  The service was excellent from beginning to end.  I believe it was Tiffany who I talked with several times, and Alex did the actual work (I hope I am not forgetting anyone:).  Alex stayed in close communication, was very clear and understandable in his explanations.  He was very friendly, professional. and patient, as I am new to condo management and not too savvy at this point (that is an understatement, LOL).  He was also very courteous to my tenants and worked with their schedules.

First off I gotta say these guys are very friendly and respectful of their clients. The first thing they did was to lay down protection product to protect the floors.  Communication was key, they kept me informed each step of the way of them replacing the galvanized pipe with copper. Also had them replace and install 2 new toilets and kitchen faucet. They kept the area nice and tidy and were always punctual and engaging with us. Water pressure in the house was a problem they fixed and now it runs amazing. I highly recommend.

Nathan came out to my residence fix my problems. Great customer service, gets the job done right the first time! Great prices for all the service he completed. I recommend Plumbing 101 gets the job done,called him on Sunday night the job was completed by Monday morning!

Very quick response from Jeff, one of the owners. They give a 10% discount for military, first responders etc. An employee, Joe arrived within two hours. We had a clog in our kitchen sink. Joe called prior to arrival, was personable and professional. Got the clog cleared out and was on his way. A little pricer than advertisements on TV for clogged drains but worth the quick response and did not get oversold on anything. I would use them again.

Bob Hauer Plumbing came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I called for a quote.  He came out and, most importantly, made friends with my dogs.  :)  He provided a quote, and got me on the schedule as soon as I accepted.  He accommodated my request for early morning, which is a huge help.
I had him installing a whole home water purification system that I had purchased independently.  He told me it would take just about all day, which surprised me.  However, once you see the finished product, it is a beautiful sight to behold.  
He used copped piping as we discussed.  He placed the system where we discussed, and it is oddly nice looking.  
He took additional steps I noticed along the way - like tying back my plants to both hold them out of his way, and to protect them.  It looked like pigtails and ponytails!  

Once he got going, he worked steadily and was chipper, kind of singing along to some 90s jams as he worked, and he sounded like he was in a great mood!  I work from home, so it was a nice touch nice having a cheerful person to hear in the background, just going about his business happily.

Now - my 1968 house ALWAYS brings complications and surprises.  This time was no exception, unfortunately.  Twice it foiled him - temporarily.  

When this happened, he would work until he could not - always leavi g me with working, running water, and cleaned up pristinely.  

Now, I know we all EXPECT co tractors to clean up.  Its part of the gig.  I dont think I have ever ever seen a cleaner site.  Each time he left, it may have been cleaner than when he got there.  No exaggeration, we all have trees and yard debris.  It has been a rainy, windy winter in San Diego - I think he swept up some of my leaves in addition.  

Bob was always pleasant, calm, personable, and sweet.  Even when he ran in to surprises that necessitated extra time or supplies, he informed me with a smile.  When he told me about one of the complications, and I replied Can that be done??  He replied I can do anything  with a smile.  

I would wholeheartedly recommend his plumbing services.

Ruben and Jacob with Pristine Plumbing did a superb job with the repair and maintenance of my tankless water heater. Ruben was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem as well as suggest upgrades with other plumbing work, which I opted with.  I now have an electronic anti-scale system which greatly minimizes any maintenance of my tankless water heater while eliminating the need for anti-scale filter and routine annual descaling.  Overall, I'm very satisfied with the excellent service and repair provided.

Jesse was great!! He was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our water regulator. When the price was a little higher than we hoped, he offered to replace our busted hose nozzle for free! We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call Jesse for sure.

This is our second AC unit with this company. We used them in 2008. We upgraded and had our second heating and air system with them this year. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the installation technicians were great.  THA is a wonderful company because they pay attention to all the customer's concerns.  It was an expensive project for us, and we had lots of questions. We did our research and checked other companies. But again we chose them. We are very happy with our unit and feel confident that these people back their product and their work.

I must say......you CANT go wrong with BDP services! This company is everything and more. I have a gas water heater and was give a price quote for both gas and tankless and I just had to go with a tankless water heater thanks to the knowledge and expertise of this company.

After twenty years of different local plumbers I've finally hit on a keeper. Miguel made it out to my place, assessed the problem, told me his plan and carried it out. Genesis worked me with to fit into my schedule and really came through for my family. They're the only number I need for plumbing.

We had 2 toilets backed up on a weekend, were stressed out cuz Monday was a holiday & of course you pay extra for emergency... but we sucked it up and paid the extra fees... and we got an extra amazing plumber, Brandon, to come to the rescue from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. Brandon was calm and smart and knew exactly what he was doing to provide the best service and the most cost-effective fix to our problem. I felt he was trustworthy and didn't feel like he would try to sell us services (like the rooter company that came the day before) that weren't necessary. He took time to answer my many questions without rushing me. He went the extra mile, and I have already given his name to a few neighbors and friends. At some point we all need an excellent plumber, and I will not hesitate to call again when needed.

I called yesterday and they came out today and hydro-jetted my very obstructed outside drains. Carlos Martinez was very professional and personable. His associate was hard working as well. I had called other companies and was quoted much (much!) more than CM Jetting Services. And the best thing is that jetting is all they do.. it's their expertise! I highly recommend them.contact info
