Great service.  Prompt, efficient, friendly with very fair pricing. It's great to have a local company that you can depend on for great service, especially when the weather can be a little demanding.  Highly recommended and will definitely get a call back should we require any HVAC attention.

Had an incident with one of their workers, but ideal made sure to give me the best service possible. They repaired everything free of charge and made sure it was easy and painless for me. Very well ran company with great people behind it.

A lot went right with this service call; on time, done right, fair price. But what I really want to write about, and what earned Bill Howe Plumbing a 5 star rating, is the professionalism of technician (Austin Postel 2064). Austin is very knowledgeable. Better still, Austin diagnosed our water heater as old but in great running condition. Austin did not take advantage of us and sell us a newer product that we didn't need. Customer service at its finest.

These guys are the real deal. They arrived on time, removed the blockage in our drains quickly, and charged the (reasonable) price they quoted. If we need help with plumbing problems in the future, they will be the first ones we call.
Plus, they are courteous, and good about explaining the problem as they correct it.

Guy came in and as soon as he saw the old furnace he already gave me a price -which is way higher than all other quotes I received. He was in and out in about less than 2 mins. Great company with great service and work.  I have been working with Pacific Drain/Arrow Pipeline for several years.  I am a real estate agent and many times during the escrow period, an inspection is required for the sewer line.  Brandon Wheeler is their field expert in sewer camera inspections.  He provides quick service and is trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing.  I have also recommended their repair services to my clients and their work has always been top notch.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

We are on a maintenance contract with Anderson plumbing.  The first scheduled maintenance was to check our sewer main.  We have had issues with root balls in the past and the snake bit showed no signs of root cuttings.  Jorge did the main check,  truly a professional who represents the company well!  The maintenance contract is well worth the money especially on older homes where heating, air and plumbing are potential problems.  We have been with Anderson Plumbing for several years now and highly recommend their service!  All of the technicians sent out have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We needed a new thermostat and Anderson sent Josh Thomson to inspect the heating/cooling unit. Josh was possibly the best technician I have ever met. He went beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him and congratulate Anderson for having him in their company.

Our 30 year-old furnace finally died and based on reviews and the fact that they are a local Vista company we had Sherlock install a new furnace and add AC.  Everyone that came out was a Sherlock employee, no contractors, and they were all very courteous and helpful throughout the process.  They completed the install quickly and did a very tidy, professional looking job.  We had a couple challenges that popped up along the way and they went above and beyond to make us happy.  The furnace is awesome and I can't wait for summer to try out the new AC!
