Best Electric Furnace Installation in San Diego CA

I received multiple  bids for toilet installation through yelp and went with this business because it was most reasonably priced and for its great reviews. Fred was super prompt to respond on Yelp and offered to pick up the home depot ordered toilet for installation. Pricing was straightforward  and no fancy marketing and mark up of labor compared to other plumbers.  Despite being away from home he promptly arrived at the scheduled time window, communicated ahead and got the job done in short  time. I was informed all through the process. I trusted him to deliver as promised and he did despite not being present for installation. Thank you Fred for the super prompt service at a superb price. Will definitely  call him for future upgrades/ issues.

If I could give these guys more stars, I would. I bought a new dishwasher that needed installing. However, since the old one was hard wired, I was told that I needed an electrician to disconnect the old one & make certain the electrical was working properly before new dishwasher got installed. The electrician came & discovered that additional work would be needed on the plumbing side as well (very old house). Long story short - I had to have both electrical & plumbing crews come back another day to get both jobs done correctly & make certain all was compatible. Ideal scheduled everything perfectly, both crews worked together, & the job got done in less time than I thought. The guys were professional, prompt, & very nice. The schedulers that work their phones are also very nice and helpful. It was not inexpensive but it was done right.

My house has been torn up since July 3rd, We had a flood, very slow response our building manager called them out. First they could not fix the leak then as they tried they made it worst Drying equipment was set up but they did not do any removal of drywall and flooring for two days. We had the machines running for more than a week, Now over 30 days later my kitchen is unusable, no cabinets have been replaced, the ceiling is open to above. They come and go as they please, in and out of my house with no warning....

One star for the price, but you get what you pay for and it ain't enough to meet code. He did ask for a 50% deposit but California law stipulates that a contractor can only take 10% or $1,000 upfront whichever is less. He said they would start the next morning but didn't arrive until later in the morning a day after. They worked for a hour or a few then disappeared to other jobs, it took 6 days for a 2 day job. I'm going to have to assume that most of the other reviews here are bogus.

The founder Paul was incredibly thorough and did CFM tests before making any recommendations, something no other contractor did during the complimentary estimate inspection. The team gave me multiple options and we got an amazingly quiet Bosch heat pump installed!

Immediate response. The job was done without doing any holes, but very expensive to get it done. Told them the issue and they did it with positive result, didn't have to wait for a specialist to bring a camera, they knew what needed to be done. You talk straight to them, Didn't have to deal with appointments .

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning. We've been having some trouble they came out asap and Troy was a tremendous help fixing the problem. I can't say enough good things about the company. I totally recommend Same Day Heating and Air-Conditioning!

Our toilet backed up when I was washing a load of clothes. I called and they were able to come out within an hour. Ed was our plumber. He knew exactly what the problem was. Ed quickly washed out the back flow. He was very friendly and had the area looking cleaner than when he came. I highly recommend them and was so thankful that Ed was so professional.

We has a copper pipe leak and Myles form Jerry's plumbing came over the same day. Fixed at a reasonable rate. A plumber who knows his stuff.

Some back story: My spouse received our bi-monthly water bill, which happened to be $200 higher than it usually is--at $362. Needless to say I was alarmed! I instantly ran out of the house to turn the water off at the city valve to our home--and fortunately saw the leak right there but on our end of the city valve! It was blowing about 1 HCF (hundred cubic foot) per day by my calculations from the bill cycle, maybe more. The city water meter reader had to have looked through 4-5 inches of water to read the meter and the leak was bubbling right next to it; I'm surprised they did not notify us!

I immediately called Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air--after normal business hours mind you, and was greeted by a great receptionist/operator (I believe their name was Ashley, I could be wrong on this). They listened intently to my issue and concern, gave me a few details on the business (Women owned and operated-dope!) and advised me they could have a tech out within about 36 hours to inspect the issue. I immediately booked the inspection and was advised I would get a call prior to the tech's arrival. I received a few emails shortly after confirming the call, as well as anticipated date of appointment and an email the day before as a reminder.

The morning of the inspection, I received the call (I do not recall their name, but they were great) to inform me the tech was on their way, as well as a text and email with additional information to introduce me to the tech, Justin M. The text/email was cool as it put a name to a face immediately and introduced me to them on a personal level.

Justin arrived as expected and was extremely professional and personable. I showed him where the issue was and gave him some space to complete his diagnoses and show me the financial damage. After 15-20 minutes he had cleaned out the area of the leak and called me out to confirm what I knew on the leak, and give me the low down. It wasn't pretty, but it may not be ugly.

He quoted me on getting into the pipe area to do the repair and advised me if the access wouldn't be sufficient to repair it that he may need to remove concrete (which would be more expensive and labor intensive), but he would take a look and for everyones benefit try to get it done the easier route--as long as the repair was to spec. It wasn't as cheap as I thought it would be for a 3-5 piece or pipe repair (double what I assumed, but I didn't get other quotes so who knows) but it is what it is and we needed it done and wanted it behind us.

With abated breath I gave him his space and let him go to town on the repair. About 30-45 minutes later I heard a torch click on (I think) and let out a sigh of relief--he had to be sweating the pipes and cleaning it up! I waited for him to call me out and came outside and SUCCESS! He was able to repair it without invasive and more costly work.

Justin cleaned up his tools and work site and had us turn a hose on to blow debris out and then a few faucets on to blow out the air in the lines, and we were back in business. I paid for the service and was promptly sent an invoice.

I even received a follow up call from Craig, which I unfortunately missed, to check to see how their level of service and my experience went.

5/5-would recommend and use again.

Mike quickly diagnosed our drain problem and had things flowing again in no time. A good experience from beginning to end.

Call Someone Else.

THA came out to check on my older A/C unit. They determined it was low on refrigerant gas and would be fine once it was filled. First problem was the high price for the R-22 gas ($70/lb) but, I wanted an immediate solution so I agreed. The tech stated it could take more than 2 lbs and sure enough as we got to 2lbs and not quite half full I asked if they would offer a discount on the price. He agreed to $65/lb and continued filling. He then ran the A/C for 30 seconds and proclaimed it cooling. After paying (and the tech driving off) I noticed the price was not the agreed discounted price. I called and spoke with the THA office manager who stated she would look into it and call me back. That's the last I heard.  I am not giving 1 star just for the pricing issue but, because they did a poor job in evaluating my system.  I did not need to run the A/C for 2 weeks after their service. Once I did, a valve on the refrigerant line next to the blower (furnace) in my house leaked and condensation/water caused damage in the furnace closet. I called another firm who quickly corrected the problem and did a thorough job evaluating the system for any other potential problems. That is another review coming in Yelp.

J.R. and Jeff were out today to add an HVAC air intake vent in the living room at my request.  They are excellent.  The vent grate was installed after they cut into the sheetrock.  Fine job.  The system seems to run quieter.  They also installed a cover plate for my new Nest thermostat and that looks great.  They even vacuumed after.    I also must mention the two guys who installed the new HVAC system in one day: Victor and Alfredo.  They were pleasant, hard-working, and surprised me by getting a BIG job done in one day.  Excellent.    Also, I would like to say that Randy was easy to talk to about the sales prices of different systems and didn't bug me.  I recommend him.    I also liked big Jeff (PA) for doing the full HVAC inspection, cleaning, and service.  He also keeps the customer informed via phone.  Last, I can't remember his name--a shorter, Latino guy of about 28 years of age.  He is a talker, friendly, and originally was my point of contact with Sherlock.  This was about 4-8 weeks ago.  He did an inspection and service.  I like Sherlock.  I like my prices.
