Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in San Antonio TX
The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

After my water heater went belly up last night, the first thing I had to do this morning was to find a decent plumber. I consulted yelp and read many of the 5 star reviews for BG Plumbing. It seems everybody loves this company and its hardworking and honest owner who does all the work himself. I called and received an appointment for that morning. Sure enough he arrived on time as all reviews had claimed and did a first class job quickly and professionally. Thank you Yelp and all the people who reviewed BG Plumbing, you saved me a lot of headache. I can't write a better review then the ones I've read they where all absolutely correct. I highly recommend BG Plumbing to anyone looking for a skilled and honest plumber. Thanks Tsanko (owner and first rate plumber) for your professional work, great job!

We had an emergency leak that was causing damage to the drywall. Andrea was the most responsive and communicative, came out quickly to assess the situation and provide their recommendations. We didn't compare any others since we needed to get this fixed asap but the cost seemed reasonable.

Just had Blue Lion out to install a water softener I purchased. He was fast and explained the work well. He was very professional and cleaned up after work was done. I would definitely use them again.

So, David and Steven of First Choice Plumbing did a fantastic job of hooking up my gas dryer and replacing the shut off valve because it wasn't to code. They were timely, polite and very experienced. They also gave me a great quote for hooking up a gas line outside for our grill. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All those stars on Yelp are obviously well deserved and I'm happy to add to them.

My 6 year old grandson took a hammer to an exposed waterline in our backyard... After calling our home warranty and several other plumbing companies, I called CMC Plumbing and they were able to squeeze me in that same day!! Chris arrived as scheduled and took his time to explain my options. He completed the repair for less than any of the other quotes I received! He even checked our water softener!! I definitely recommend CMC Plumbing Solutions and they will be my only call next time!

Upon moving into our new home, we realized we didn't know how to connect the washer drain line into the existing standpipe, as it seemed to be occupied already by the water softener drain line. Google let me down so I turned to Yelp for some quotes. Aaron at Mr. Rooter replied immediately, and instead of launching right into a sales pitch or giving an abrupt need to see if first reply, he actually engaged me in conversation, looked at the provided photo, and helped me to understand what was going on. He arranged for someone to come to my home on my preferred date with a two-hour window.
Peter arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and professional. He took one look at our situation and fixed it in about two seconds. Granted, it was an easy enough fix, and I felt a little silly having called anyone at all, but he then asked if we had anything else going on he could look at. He and his associate Tanner enthusiastically checked our water pressure, fixed a slow toilet, and affirmed that I could safely use the jacuzzi tub in my new home. All in about fifteen minutes! What started as a quick need for a fast turnaround on a simple issue turned into us very likely finding our forever plumber.
Thanks Aaron, Peter, and Tanner for being efficient and professional and treating us like people instead of invoices!

Garbage disposal was leaking under the sink. Called A&T at 9:50am and left a voicemail. Got a call back by 10:30am and was scheduled for service between 12:30-1:00pm. Erick texted when he was en route and was actually early! He checked out the sink and realized it just needed to be tightened. Fixed it all up, cleaned up under the sink and was out within 10 minutes. Oh, and NO CHARGE!!! Wow, you can't get that kind of customer service these days. We love A&T Plumbing, customers for life now!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

Christmas Ripoff-My wife, daughter and I woke up this Christmas morning to a very brisk 57 degrees in our house. After doing what I know how to do to my HVAC limits (which is very little) we called several different companies to come out to fix our system as soon as possible, mostly because south Texas was still in a freeze that only comes once in a decade and I didn't want a whole additional problem to ruin our Christmas with pipes bursting etc. We were able to get ahold of Goettl Heating and Air of San Antonio which stated that we needed to either pay up front a fee of $189 + taxes, or we could sign up for a yearly maintenance plan for $12/month and only pay a $49 fee today. Well the deal sounded as if it would make sense once they were able to come in a fix the problem, and quite frankly we should have had a maintenance plan already so I signed up. They stated that someone could be here around 11am. We received a text stating Jeremy was on his way. Not wanting to helicopter over the top of the guy, I explained the problem we had and showed him where the furnace was and then left him be to troubleshoot.
After about 15 minutes he surfaced and asked to show me something. I went upstairs to see what he had found and he immediately stated that the vent system with electronic dampeners are no good, and that there was a lot of dirt in my system, probably a blocked intake or vent causing the system to overload essentially. He then said it was likely that we needed to replace the system altogether!! My house was built 5 years ago by a reputable builder and system installed brand new as well so this is puzzling and very concerning to me. The tech then proceed to get his boss Billy on speaker phone who says that the tech should take me outside to the A/C compressor and check the LRA and see if that could be the potential problem. We returned inside and he called Billy back again who then proceeded to explain to me that the system was about to fail anyway and needed replaced because it was pulling to hard, and that we had better get it taken care of before the first of the year since prices will be going up 20-30% due to new government regulations. The whole thing sounded just a little to pushy and smarmy, like a used car salesman saying if you don't buy now your dream car will be gone by morning! The technician was then sent back upstairs by Billy to continue evaluating the system and spends nearly another hour up in my attic and then comes down to say that he basically cannot get my heat back on today, but he has the quotes for all the parts we need to provide a bandaid .... $5200!!! FOR A BANDAID??? He said not only was my motherboard on the furnace shot, but the blower motor, and Capacitor replacement + a hard start kit with relay!
But they would put together a full replacement quote and send it to me once they figured out what all the prices were. Which did I want to do? I told them I would wait to see what their time frame was for the parts, before we move forward with any agreement to fix things for either price quotes. The tech then left and they charged me the $49.
My wife and I sat down and stressed over the thought of immediately after Christmas having to fork over a minimum of $5200, and the added stress of not knowing how long it would be before we even had heat! It ruined our Christmas this year for sure. We did our level best for our little one to put on a smiley face and get through, but it was an absolute devastating blow to our spirit of Christmas.
My wife called Airtron on Tuesday morning to check the status of a possible warranty we might have had from when the system was installed new 5 years prior. They stated that they would have someone out there that afternoon and ended up coming out early. The guy went through the whole system, we did not tell him anything about Goettl coming out and their amazing findings, but he figured out the problem all on his own. We had a single blower motor that went out!! Just a blower motor that they would have to order but they were going to make every attempt to install a temporary fix and get our heat up and running! Repairs quote came back for all of it....less than $800 but we had signed up for their maintenance plan and got a $500 credit so the whole thing was less than $300 for us! They installed a temporary blower until the one made for this system arrives and they can install it. Within a few hours we had heat back in our home.
Airtron took care of us and will be our provider for Heating & A/C for the foreseeable future! Stay away from Goettl! This group of guys was simply doing all they could to rip us off, just because they pulled up to a neighborhood judged a house and said they can afford to get screwed!! Luckily we did our due diligence or this Christmas could have cost us much more than it should have because
