I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty of this company. They could have easily made costly recommendations and I wouldn't have been the wiser! But they explained my situation and made their recommendations. I was impressed that I was provided with options and I was not pressured in my decision making. I felt very confident about my final decision and I haven't had anymore issues. I will definitely call them again with any future plumbing needs.

Martin, and John were very friendly, professional, thorough, and fast!  Thank you for wearing masks. Instead of using the cheap parts my plumber friend bought, they got a higher quality which will last longer, no extra cost.  Usually I worry about being charged too much but Blue Lion's rate was actually less than what a local handyman was going to charge me!! And Blue Lion has Master plumbers. I'm so extremely happy with how awesome the new kitchen faucet looks. Now I have my plumbing company for life! :) THANK YOU TEAM BLUE LION!

I am so happy to have a new plumber. Brad came through right on time and walked through every in house plumbing question I had. He addressed each concern with honesty and a professional disposition. His work was very well done and his rate is fair, he charges by the hour, not by the job, and he doesn't waste time. Water heater wasn't working.  They came out same day fixed the issue (caused by the recent storm) and saved the water heater.  Outstanding customer service.  Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber!

Backed up sink after New Years Eve, and stuff I was buying At Lowe's or Home Depot was not working. I needed my sink & kitchen back. After 2 days of me trying to fix it I finally gave in and called a professional. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded to my distress call and showed up the very next morning. Very professional, very informative, showed me what the problem was and Very reasonable. Having A plumbing problem didn't create a financial problem. I've used EZ Flow twice now and both times have been impressed. The first was during the option period of buying our house. We suspected a leak somewhere in the house and they came out the next day to take a look. Luckily there was no running leak to be found. The second time was just the other day. Our upstairs guest toilet seemed to be leaking all of a sudden and it ruined the downstairs bathroom ceiling. They came out the same day to take a look and diagnosed the issue quickly. Both times they gave an upfront cost before doing anything with no surprises at the end. We ended up replacing the toilet that leaked (thanks to a no wax ring that let half the flushed water out) and they told us exactly what to do so we could do it ourselves to save some money. They even gave us some new bolts for the toilet that were better than the ones that came it. Will need a new water heater soon and these guys will be my first call!

Gilbert came out quickly and took care of all the little plumbing projects listed from a home inspection report.  He was courteous and even saved the life of a gecko that was in a bathroom drain!  I'd call Gilbert again without hesitation!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

It's very hard to find an honest plumber with fair prices. Pete and his team have proven several times to be a group of plumbers who are knowledgeable, prompt to provide service within the day or day after, and with fair prices. And that is very hard to find with plumbers. Also what I love is that Pete gives you a fair set price before hand without any last minute surprises like other plumbers do.

The plumber never showed up.  He called and told me to send a photo of the required part and I did so.  He suggested I find the part then he would install.  Never followed up. If I could give negative stars I would!

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

We had an unexpected recent water leak from a pipe to our hot water tank and needed quick remediation as we were due to leave town the next few days. The staff at the office could not have been more accommodating, understanding and kind to send Travis out within two hours of my call and finding this active leak. Travis professionally found the issue and offered an immediate repair and arranged his day to do this. We so appreciate the timelines, great price and peace of mind that this was solved and back in order! We always use their services for the last 8 years or so and we can't be more pleased with this friendly, trusting company! Thank you!!

I have used AAA Auger since I moved to San Antonio in 2002.  Their service has always been timely as well as professional and priced very fair.  The plumbers are always neatly dressed, very courteous, and keep you advised throughout the repair process as to what they find and how they will resolve the issues.  In addition, their prices are quite competitive as well as transparent.  They give you an up front price as to what the repair will cost and there's never any surprises.  Today, Rudy from AAA Auger came out and cleared a sewer line blockage for me.  Not only did he clear the blockage, he ran a camera through the sewer line (at no charge) to ensure there were no other problems with the line--in addition, he recommended a periodic maintenance plan to ensure that I have no blockages in the future.  Bottom Line:  I count on AAA Auger for all my plumbing needs and I implicitly trust them--they're that good, honest, and reliable.

Had an appointment scheduled between 8-12, only to get a call saying its more like 2. I had to call back at 2 only to find out, o wait ur looking at more like 6pm. No apolgizes just we're running behind do u want to keep the appointment or not. Theres running behind then theres running 6-8hrs a whole day behind. If u were running that far behind that should of been something acknowledged way before hand, and just asked to reschedule..or at least a call back after a 2 hr push back window was now going to have added another 4 hr window. People take off work or give up their day off to wait for an appointment you guys scheduled and cant even keep or apolgize for.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
