These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I just moved into an older home and the electricity went out in two rooms that were built in addition to the house. I called Evenflow Plumbing and Electrical and spoke with George. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.  He was able to guide me through the process of locating the circuit breaker panel to fix the tripped breaker.  He saved me a lot of money and time by helping me over the phone. I truly appreciate his good work ethic and integrity.  Something that is not very common these days.

If I could give them a 0 I would have. Un professional business and bogus company.
After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

I had a breaker that needed replacing, and tried Yelp to find a service provider. Simon's was close to my house, and there were no red flags in the review, so I tried them. Big mistake.
They required a $100 trip charge in advance,, sent a person with whom I couldn't communicate (he spoke Spanish only) and he didn't have the supplies to do the fix. When I called them, they apologized and made another appt with another repairman for the following day. So, one more afternoon off work to replace a breaker. The guy come in, fixed the breaker and left another bill for $74. When he gave me the final invoice, I saw my card was charged $103 instead of $100, obviously to cover the bank charge. They didn't mention it when they were taking the payment, though, and then referred me to the invoice I JUST GOT to explain to me the $100 was actually $103.
I drafted a payment through online banking and before it cleared (less than a week later), they were calling me to check on payment.
Avoid this firm if you can.

Okay so - we have a really old house. Its an original 1969 home and came with all the original bells and whistles. Needless to say we have some modernizes to do and we are pretty pick about who does the work. We are all about quality for the money.

After comparing all the big and a few small players in Austin we were referred by a friend to Blanco AC -they won the bid. They were the second least expensive but in our estimation of the highest quality.

They just finished their install and it was seamless. The crew was super professional and we couldn't be happier.  Thanks Blanco - I look forward to trying your plumbing and electrical services in the future.

I've always been really happy with Kerrville Plumbing. They are knowledgeable and reasonable with their pricing; however, I will say I was a little disappointed with the last job.  It took way to long for them to fix the leak in the yard.  I know the house is vacant, but they requested the water to be turned off for the yard, which we did.  It was about 2 weeks before they went back to fix the problem and that was with me calling to follow up a few times.  Not good on the St. Augustine and trees with this heat.  The other problem is the way they left the yard.  It was a nice flat grass covered yard, but now there is a big, uneven area of big clumps of dirt/mud they left.  It would have been nice if they could have semi flattened it back out so the grass could cover it where it would look nice.  It's going to take some work to get it back smooth again.  I will call them again in the future, just hope their response to finalize the job is a little quicker and the clean up a little better.

I can no longer recommend this company.  Seems like there is a lack of leadership, care, trust, and commitment.
