Highly recommend Bel-mar plumbing for several reasons:  Debbie, in the office, is great and quick to communicate.  Tommy and Ricky came out on three different occasions, due to parts they needed, which they kindly let me know I could replace under warranty.   They were really patient in waiting for the parts to come in.   They were just really nice guys, and fixed all of my issues.  The price they charged was more than fair.   I had previously had one of those big name/ billboard plumbers out and felt they just jacked up the price of everything.  Also, the other plumbing company never mentioned that I could replace parts through my manufacturer warranty.

I used  Blue Sky to remodel 2 bathrooms in my home that were very outdated, and they did an outstanding  job. Their level of customer  service,  responsiveness, attention to detail, timeliness  and pricing is just awesome. Diego and Ishmael are THE BEST!!!!

Highly recommend Eric York & James from Radle Rooter if you need a drain cleared, camera inspection and honest answers about your plumbing.   They won't try to upsell you like other companies, because they do not do some of the more costly types of major plumbing work.  I consulted with many companies and found this team to have the best pricing and most comprehensive advice and guidance as a home owner how to care for my plumbing and handle minor clogs with my new cleanout myself in the future. They also ran my washer on speed cycle, rank the sinks, flushed the toilet and tested everything with me before leaving my property.  A huge difference in the high level of communication and services from the prior experiences I have had over the last few weeks of exploring all my options.  Also, after digging up the yard to find the plumbing problem and to build the new cleanout, the yard was cleaned up to perfection back to its original state.  Can't say enough good about this positive experience - a major relief during a very stressful time.

Max and his team are reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and communicative throughout whatever repair needs to be made. They give you up front quotes and deliver results as expectations dictate, no matter the problem. We've used them for everything from clogs, to major pipe replacement, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for plumbing repairs both in my house, and in the rental property I manage. I've referred them to multiple friends, who've been equally impressed!

I got quoted 700 to 1000 to fix an elbow copper supply line. I went to home Depot and fixed it with 40 worth in parts. GOOD Luck with these guys.

Chad from peace of mind plumbing is awesome! I cannot recommend him highly enough. We had a problem in our villa in Sarasota. He helped us so much reasonable friendly. Problem fixed and he taught us how to fix it in the future including locating the secret reset button. Highly recommended!!

Quality work done efficiently. I had a leaky overflow that was replaced along with my drain. The technician assessed the rest of the tub and shower head and did some sealing around the downspout.

Shower pipe broke *in the wall* on an occupied rental property on Friday night. Not a good thing! Saturday AM called Christie's and got a quick callback from plumber (John) who arrived in a few minutes (faster than Domino's Pizza!). Shower pipe had corroded at connection and he fixed it in about 20 minutes. $90 including the new pipe.

Christie's has been on Anna Maria Island forever. Trustworthy and reliable.

Had our garbage disposal quit working and contacted Choice Plumbing for a repair in Dunedin, FL.  Receptionist was friendly and courteous and was able to book us our choice of am/pm appt within two days. Service tech Jason was prompt and gave us a 30 minute courtesy call of his arrival time that day within the four hour time frame.  Jason was efficient, personable,  and quickly replaced the disposal after going out to get a new disposal which came with a two year warranty.  We will definitely use them again if we have any other plumbing needs.  Pricing was reasonable for plumbing services and there were no hidden charges or service fees.

Ok, so this time the owner comes to install my kitchen sink.  For the 3 HOURS it took, he spent an hour of that time walking back & forth from his truck to get tools, while having multiple conversations on his phone.  When you're charging ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR, you don't spend even a minute on your phone!  The job was not complete, but I told him he's off the clock & paid him.   To be fair, none of the fittings leak & he ONLY charged me $200 plus parts totaling $45 for I don't know what.  Never using this company again.

On Monday evening February 20, 2023 in the Del Webb subdivision my neighbors air conditioning needed service. Cool today parks in front of my home and the fire hydrant to walk across my yard to service my neighbors air conditioner! When I told the young man that he needed to move the Cool today vehicle he didn't understand why? Maybe he was trained to disrespect other people's homes and my neighbor is more important than I. Well it turned out that I must have pushed this young man's buttons, because when I went out of my house this morning Tuesday February 21,2023 the nice young man left my neighbors garbage under my kitchen window! Thank you for letting me know what your company is all about. I'll be sure to tell my other neighbors and family about the attitude of the workers of Cool today. If you hate yourself call this company to work on your house!

Literally was ghosted by this plumber. From the start the communication with them was terrible. Had an appointment and asked many times if they could give me an estimated time frame as I had to have a family member come over for it. The day of the appointment they were going to be much later than expected so we rescheduled for the next MORNING and again asking for an eta to no response. The next day, first thing I asked about a time for the third time. No response for three hours and then saying it would be after 2pm. My sister was already waiting at my house as we assumed morning meant yeah know, before noon. Anyway they did the service (overpriced in my opinion). They also needed to order a part for me for my toilet. Was told it would take a week to 10 days. Seems a little excessive but whatever so was patient enough to wait but then just never heard back!! Our service was July 18th. It is August 3rd! I called and left a message two days ago which their voicemail says they will call you back in five min (which I understand is dumb but I would appreciate 24 hours) and absolutely nothing. So now I have had a broken toilet that could have been fixed many days ago by a much more competent professional. Def do not recommend. Overpriced and unprofessional.
