We had them on a project through a GC so the exact plumbing pricing was unknown to me, was a part of the entire job. Had to have them back to reverse the HOT WATER line that was connected incorrectly to the yard hose. They botched this correction, leaving a mess at the outdoor shower. That's not big enough to make a negative review, but after the subsequent job was quoted, I wondered how much we overpaid for this one.
So we had them quote for another job, and their quote was 2 1/2 time greater than others' for exact same scope of work. Be cautious as it seems extreme pricing ( gouging) is their approach. Don't be naïve.

Our toilet had a loud noisy refill and looked for a plumber to fix the refill valve. Aaron messaged me via yelp and fixed our plumbing issues very quickly. Also diagnosed some future issues and got that taken care of, happy with his work.

Replaced leaking disposal for $450. This was on a Friday so we were charged $100 after hours service fee since he didn't finish till 5:35. Two stars since he fixed the problem, but deducted 3 stars since after checking with other plumbers, at his request, I found the cost to be about 30% to 50% lower. Josh is very nice, but this to me was excessive. He was at the house for 45 minutes replacing a $120 part. This work was done last Friday and now writing review since I've not heard back from him.

We have had two separate leaks in our slab and they were right on the money as to location. They were fast, professional and accurate.
Totally would recommend them.

Excellent experience, prompt, professional; and courteous. They arrived on time, wearing masks; quickly diagnosed the problem and reviewed the repair with me to resolve the main water supply leak.
They completed the work in a short period of time, had all the required tools and materials with them, did a thorough job of cleaning up the repair area; gave us a very fair price for the work.
I would recommend them to anyone!

Recommended by John Knab at WinSupply Co. Joel was great....good communication beforehand, and he showed up when he said that he would. He installed a Toto UltraMax one-piece toilet, a new Moen kitchen sink faucet, and a new bar sink and faucet in my outdoor kitchen. He also evaluated my home for a Halo water conditioning unit.
All three work well and look super. Joel had to Sawzall the opening in the outdoor kitchen sink in order to drop the new, slightly larger sink in, but he had all the tools that he needed, and got on it. His rates are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing, so he didn't waste any time (or my money). I definitely recommend him to anyone for these kind of jobs.

There was a clog down from the outside 4 sewer clean out line. Called James owner of Dolphin Plumbing for a quote to snake the line to open the clog (4pm December 26). He said $120, need to see it first if more. At arrival (5:30 pm) No Fee was discussed again, he snaked and opened the line with no complication. Less than half an hour job. He asked for $460?!! Not Good Business. We settled on $300 to get him off my back. It was a Rip Off. Do not recommend.

Lucky to have found them. So responsive. Good people. You're getting more than just good workmanship when you choose Ricco's plumbing.

First, I have to say that Gary and his wife are very courteous and seem like fine people. I wish I could have given them four stars, but here is my history with this company.
I began to have increasingly larger water bills than usual for the past few months. I called a plumbing company, and they told me that I should call Sonar Bonar to come to my home and find my leak. Afterward, they would come out and repair the leak when it was identified and detected by Bonar Sonar. I called Bonar and they came very quickly, and Gary had all the equipment to do the job of detecting the leak. I live in a senior retirement community of mobile homes and there is crawl area under my home. Mr. Bonar went throughout my home, around the perimeter and then underneath my structure. His sonar detected what he thought was a leak and it was about eight feet under my home. He noted the location on the side of my home with a blue piece of tape for the plumbers to have an idea just where the leak was occurring and where to enter. I paid Mr. Bonar $300 and felt good about the job and confident my problem was solved. The plumbers came out that day and found the leak and did the repair. Then, they noticed my meter was still running with all valves closed inside and outside of my home. Apparently, I still had a leak problem. So, I called Sonar Bonar and told them that the plumbers said I had an additional leak somewhere in my lines. Mrs. Bonar said that her husband would come back out, but, here it comes. It would cost me an additional $300 to find another leak. She said that my initial $300 only covered one leak. Apparently, I was not made aware of this when I initially called for their service, for if I was, I would have had to reconsider and find a plumber than can repair and also detect a leak all in one service call. So, I am 79YO and decided that for $300, I would crawl under the home and find the leak myself. Well, I did, and it was about six feet down the line from the first leak that was detected. Plumbers came out and fixed that leak and it seems there is still a small leak somewhere in my system. So, today, I don my old clothes and once again go under my home on a leak detection mission.
The main jest of this is to make anyone who hires Bonar Sonar, aware of the one leak and done, on their visit. If you have more than one leak pay up or do it yourself.

Gave Richard C. Fox plumbing a call after hours after what started as a intermittent leak in my garage roof became constant.
Left a voicemail and within a half hour had two calls back within minutes of each other. Shane and Josh both called advising they could come out. Advised it might be an A/C issue not a plumbing one but would come out and take a look. Fortunately Josh was in the area and was at the house within 20min.
Must be clairvoyant because after taking one look in the attic found it was my A/C handler leaking and not a plumbing issue at all!
Gave me a referral number of an A/C company here in town. Offered to pay the after hours fee, but was told to consider it a courtesy call at no charge.
Will definitely be keeping these folks in my contacts and know who I'm calling when I need plumbing service.
Thanks Josh and Shane!!

We had a handful of plumbing issues (dishwasher drain clogged, water filtration system improperly installed, kitchen faucet leaking into the base cabinet under it) that eventually achieved critical mass and needed to be addressed. On top of that, our home is fairly old and was not maintained well by a previous tenant, so we weren't sure what additional work might be discovered while fixing those issues.
We reached out to H.I.P and were visited by Hiram, who was clearly knowledgeable. He gave us a competitive estimate, and completed the work in a few hours on the same day.

Curtis plumbing definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We went through multiple plumbers to get someone knowledgeable and trusting to repipe our whole house and they did an amazing job. It took 3 days for them to complete the job because it was an older home, but Curtis was here everyday working along side another worker and was great at communicating with me about any complications they ran into which was only one. Above all else they repaired all the drywall where they needed to cut through and extra holes from previous issues that he saw and offered to repair, which other plumbers were trying to charge extra or didn't fix them at all. He was very honest about it all and I will definitely be using his company in the future!

I needed some sewer lines traced in my yard for a fencing crew. Gave Romo's a call and Justin came out within two hours! While there, he inspected the lines and made suggestions on how to keep the pipes in good shape. He was very professional, didn't create other problems, and was finished in no time. Hopefully I won't need a plumber for a while, but if I do, it will be Romo's.

Don took great care of us at Red Cap! Last year we purchased a new a/c system and duct work install from another company. As it happens sometimes, our job was one that got botched beyond repair! Thankfully the company was honorable and gave a full refund and removed the system. My husband and I were very cautious having a second round at this. Don was very patient with us working through the details and assured us, because of our past experience with the other company, that he would put his best guys on our job...and he did! Jose and Ras did a great job and took care to work with us through the install. Their work is clean and organized. It was especially nice to have only 2 installers to complete the entire job and completed ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with Red Cap's perfomance and quality of work. Don carefully helped us size our a/c with consideration to our future home additions and preparing our ductwork to accept additional outlets. Also, when we asked about additional components, he never oversold us on what we didn't need. I would also like to give a shout out to Roger and the techs who worked with us to move our water heater location and plumbing pipes. We look forward to being with Red Cap for our future maintenance needs!

Be aware they charge a $29.95 service charge which will go toward your service IF you decide to use them - no free estimates. The receptionist did tell us about this ridiculous charge when we made the appointment, but our past experience with them convince us to go ahead. We needed a double compartment sink replaced with a single compartment sink which we had already purchased. The estimate - $2,350!!! Naturally the plumbing needed to be disconnected and perhaps rerouted UNDER THE SINK, but $2,350? We used this company for our complete kitchen remodel eight years ago and were extremely satisfied, but we are now grateful there are other plumbing companies we can contact. EveryDayPlumber is a major rip-off in our opinbion.

I need a contractor for several jobs. I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool. Seemed simple.
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby. The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose. I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose. So they re-did it. I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min). It was worse. Very unsafe. Very poor workmanship. I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away. I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't. I asked for my money back. They said no. They do not stand by their work. They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done. I suggest to avoid BMD. They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it. It was worse. Why would I have you out a 3rd time? I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you, i had a real professional out to fix it. He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert. He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing. You caused a dangerous situation. You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled. To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
