Radle Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Radle Rooter Drain Cleaning is the Best!  We had a problem  yesterday with both toilets backing up and the backup coming into the shower as well.
This was a major problem and we were going to be having a lot of company over today.
I have used Radle Rooter over the years at my home, as well as at numerous rental properties we own in Largo.
Usually Erik or Dennis come out to resolve our various problems, especially with the tenants that pour cooking grease down the sink drains.
I called Dennis yesterday about 4:30 yesterday and he dispatched James right out to my home.
Within minutes, James had the Clean out in the front yard open and determined that the blockage was between the Clean out and the street.
James ran the camera he had with him on his truck down the line to locate the problem and found the blockage.  James then sent the power snake down the line and quickly opened the drain line to the street sewer.
We could see all the backed up water from the house rushing past the Clean out and down to the street sewer.
James again ran the camera down the line to show me how clean the formerly blocked location was now.
Then he went in the house and flushed all the toilets and ran the showers to insure everything was flowing properly.

Cant thank Dennis enough for the great job he did cleaning two clogged drains other plumbers couldn't get fixed. I guess you really do need a specialist nowadays and he has all the tools on his truck. I spent much more for another plumber who couldn't fix it. Radle fixed it right. Can do laundry again.

After a horrible experience with Besel Plumbing, we call Radle Rooter to clear a sewer drain that was not flowing well and kept clogging. Cody came out and was SUPER helpful and knowledgable. He showed us on his camera exactly what and where the problem(s) were and how to fix them. When it came time to fix them, not only was Cody their for the service but the whole gang of Dennis (owner) and Eric (nephew) joined Cody and included me in the entire process. They had to install a clean-out on my property and hydro-wash my sewer drain. The entire time they let me watch the camera and talked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what was happening and how it was going. They even included my children (4, 6, 8 years old) and showed them cool pictures of the pipes and stuff. In the end we had a much better experience and the total bill was one-sixth, yes you heard that right, ONE-SIXTH of what Besel Plumbing was charging for the same service. Great job Team Radle Rooter

I'm always a bit wary when trying new service providers in Florida as I've had a couple of bad experiences. Rest assured, Radle Rooter Sewer & Drains are a professional, family owned and operated business.

Eric gave me a call to let me know they were 10 minutes away. When they arrived they did an efficient and professional job and made sure the problem was handled. Eric also patiently answered my many questions.

These guys were awesome! They not only arrived early to the job but took care of some major blockage and gave recommendations for prevention and things to install. Super helpful and super friendly. Reasonably priced as well.

After doing my on line homework, I contacted Radle Rooter (say that 10 times) and talked with Dennis this morning...after hearing of the backup problems with my French drain, he sent out Eric and within a short time, he relayed the issue and we are now working on a solution to have a 3rd party landscape company come in and correct the original wrongs of the installation.  Personable, professional and prompt...the 3 P's needed to have my, and I hope, your business.

Must be my week! 1st cell ph dies, NOW plumbing issues. However, I called Randle Drain Cleaning and *WHAM*!! ERIC came out same afternoon @ time specified and thoroughly got the job done! BOOM! It was exactly as quoted: Ground access $99, or if he had to go up on roof $135. Mine on ground No hidden fees straight up honest work and running like a charm!! He even put the camera down the pipes to be extra sure and had me watch along on the screen One hr.! Amazing. I will never call anyone else again if it ever pops up again. Thanks again Eric!

This is the rudest business owner I have ever communicated with. They don't even want to come out and assess an issue without making a decision over the phone, which may not be the problem, as long as they get paid. Not sure how long this company has been around but certainly not a 5 star, granted they barely have any reviews. Really not even 1, but wanted to warn others.

I had a problem I called others about and they quoted me three times what Radle Rooter quoted me. They came out the next day, fixed the problem with a great attitude and professionalism as well as being super nice. Reminded me of old fashioned service - where you knew you were getting quality workmanship, from an experienced professional for a very fair price! In a day when one can't get a contractor to call back, I would give Radle Rooted a call for any plumbing job, even though
thier website shows that they specialize in drains/clogs.

Arrived on time, Verified narrowing inside of pipe, Cleared drain clog from the clean out on the side of the house. Verified all was good in both bathrooms.

Highly recommend Eric York & James from Radle Rooter if you need a drain cleared, camera inspection and honest answers about your plumbing.   They won't try to upsell you like other companies, because they do not do some of the more costly types of major plumbing work.  I consulted with many companies and found this team to have the best pricing and most comprehensive advice and guidance as a home owner how to care for my plumbing and handle minor clogs with my new cleanout myself in the future.
