Our toilet had a slow leak that had been persistent for months. I have been flying back-and-forth from Boston to take care of my ailing mom and neglected calling for service. Now that my mom has come home with hospice, we have been overwhelmed and could not put off fixing this toilet/tub problem. We called Clog Kings and Kyle came out the next day. He kept in contact with us from the moment we set up the appointment until he showed up at our door. He was so friendly and so professional, and did a great job quickly. What I admired the most was, he could have charged us for a service beyond what we needed, especially since we are not in the right mind of thinking, but he was honest and charged us only for the service we requested letting us know he's available if the time comes that we need the toilet to be reset. That's integrity. I would recommend them and definitely plan to use them if ever needed. Thank you Kyle for a great job.

Very good independent plumbing company. Response time to my request for price estimate was excellent. Price was better than other companies. They arrived at the specified time, and did a very clean installation. They did an excellent cleanup of the funky water that leaked from our old water heater. They also don't BS you with any service estimate charges that apply if you decide not to use their company. Will call again for other plumbing issues. Nice people too. Recommended.

Quick and effective service of my shower after another plumber couldn't fix it. The technician was polite and came when he said he would come.

Do NOT use this company. They promised to show up between 2p-4p. I had a friend arrive at my home early just in case to meet them as I was working but came home at 2p. I called at 3:30p to follow up on their arrival and they said within an hour. Then I received a call that they would not be out at all. A project is going longer than expected. And they have to reschedule 8 other customers as well. WHAT? You don't call me early to tell me this when you have my number. Now they want to re-schedule and I have to take more time off work without pay and hope they will be there? They don't work Saturdays. You should if you have done this to 8 customers. Forget it, no. Ridiculous.

Jacob was at the house within 30 minutes and fixed my water heater. I did not have to replace it right now. Thank you so much! I will be using them again!

Awesome company! The owners are great and very responsive. They've always been very quick to get someone out to take care of every need we've had from backflips, replacing a toilet, uncontrollable water spraying from the connection of our washer and when the water shutoff valve for the house broke off in our hand. Very honest and reasonable! Cant say enough good things about LT Plumbing!

Jessie replied right away when I requested quotes. He was very professional and offered the price right away instead needing an appointment for an estimate. His price was extremely reasonable. He came on time to the appointment. He also did a couple small things I needed help with free of charge. Now that is unheard of. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. We will be using him again if we have any problems.

AWFUL! they are an awful company that needs to learn manners and how to conduct business.My toilet wasnt working correctly so I decided to give them a try. Came out the FIRST time and said that they fixed it and charged a full fee which I did not mind paying since they said it was fine. They did not give me a written quote or anything they just charged me after they were done with all of the work. Later that day my toilet was STILL broken. I called and they said that they have to order a part to fix it. So once again I have to pay their fee plus the part, which the guy kept going around the price and wouldnt tell me how much the part costed! They are an awful company and I hope no one in the Tampa area has to deal with them

Have used other plumber for repairs on our rental and was satisfied - nothing outstanding one way or the other. Had an issue at our house and the other guy couldn't get here for almost 4 hours. Called Shamrock and they were here within the hour. Price was better too. They were very efficient and friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was and what they did. They are now my first call.

The worst. Had an emergency, called at 10am, was told someone would be there between 1:30 and 3:30. Got a call at 3 saying they would be a couple minutes behind, I asked them to hurry because it was an emergency and water was flowing in my house. Called at 4 to get a status update, they connected me to the dispatcher, who said there was no way someone could get there until 9pm. Called back to ask the lady who told me 1:30 - 3:30 what happened and how they could be so wrong on the timeframe, and she just kept asking if I wanted to be connected to the dispatcher again because he has more accurate timeframes....? They made no attempt to apologize, no attempt to come out at 9 either - thank god I just called another company anyways. They made me sit around for 6 hours waiting, before they told me they couldn't get there until 9. Very unprofessional, and a waste of time. Plenty of better options in town.

Replaced a gas water heater and charged $1890 without an itemized bill.  I checked and the heater cost about $800.  With additional parts maybe $1000.  That leaves $890 for labor that took about three hours.
Since when does a plumber get $300 an hour??

Very sorry to have to write a bad review but we have spent 2 consecutive days waiting for a the Largo FL plumber to show up to our elderly parent's home and for 2 days they were no shows with no follow up. We contacted them within the arrival window on both days and were told that someone would call us when they were on their way. No one showed up and we were not able to reach anyone on the phone. We have used this service in the past and are very disappointed.

They knew what to do and were efficient! They came in a timely manner and fixed the problem.

Absolutely the best handyman around! Came over and fixed a problem we were having with our front door and assembled/hung a new ceiling fan and removed our old! Couldn't have been happier with his service and will recommend him to everyone! Will be using him again in the near future.

No show for a job quoted and set up in advance -  called at last minute on day of service that was scheduled and cancelled.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
