Dan Carman saved us from falling for a ruthless $2200 estimate from another plumber. We were told we had broken pipes. Turned out we only had a clog that needed to be removed from the vent on the roof and not just the rear access AND a cap that needed to be replaced under the house in the crawlspace....that's it! Dan is honest and reliable! He is our plumber from now on! If you have an estimate from another company, especially if that estimate comes from one of those companies that advertises....make sure you consider allowing Dan to give you a second estimate.

If you need a plumber that won't break the bank and backs up their work. I highly recommend Adams. Dispatcher, Sheresa was very helpful and professional.

I called this company and told them what I needed.  He said he was eating lunch and that he would call me back in 20 minutes but never did. I called him about an hour later to see if I could schedule a job.  He said Thursday sometime. I said ok great. Wednesday evening I called to see if he had a rough estimate on the time he'd be available to come do the job and he said 10-10:30.  At 11 he was still not there. I called to see what was up. No answer, left voicemail and no return call. At 11:30 I called again because again no one had showed up yet. Again, no answer, left voicemail, and again, no call back.  I would not refer this company to anyone. Very rude and disrespectful!   Please don't waste your time with this company.

I called these guys because of the great reviews. They(2 guys) came out the same day which I appreciated because we were having a slight emergency. They were nice but first impressions are everything and I wasn't impressed. They didn't appear or sound educated in their profession. The younger apprentice ran the snake in my clean out drain twice about 3 feet each time then stopped, pulled it out, packed it up claiming that the aged pipe was either blocked or crushed by tree roots and they couldn't snake it any further. This could be true. However, no matter how much I asked, they refused to try a smaller snake or any other method of temporarily clearing the blockage to get me through the weekend. All of this took about 20-30 minutes and half of it was a bunch of rambling from them. Heres the kicker, they gave me a bill of $100 for a 'service fee'. What?! I was blown away! Nothing was accomplished, they did about 5 minutes of work and a lot of talking then charged me $100. Im all about using local small businesses but I would NOT recommend this company. I was really disappointed that they would charge me that much for doing nothing. All in all, BAD experience.

Boy am I glad I called Adam's Plumbing.  Their competitor was a no-call, no-show for an appointment, and I did not want to wait until after the weekend to have hot water.  I called Adam's and Dan the Plumber called me back within 20 minutes, and was a trooper to make a last minute Saturday appointment without hesitation.  I had seen on their reviews that they seemed to have a flat $100 fee, so I made a point to just check while on the phone.  That is always a good policy to do, but sometimes contractors can seem reluctant to be transparent about it.  Not Dan, he was up front about it, so I had no problem paying it.  What was even better, since the repair was not as labor intensive as it could have turned into, he was kind enough to offer a discounted rate.  Now that is good, old-school customer service.  They seem very honest, and the entire thing was extremely efficiently handled.
I highly recommend them, and will be calling them in the future if anything comes up.  Thank you, Dan!

Called with lots of worry over clogged drain at a new house. Mickey and Donovan came to the house at an appointed time and was thorough and considerate. They were also honest and efficient. Turns out it was only a clogged toilet which my hubby had already resolved. The gurgling sound at the nearby shower was explained. Mickey made sure toilet clog was really fixed by flushing lots  of toilet paper. Then he addressed the water leakage at the outside laundry area.  He checked the drain there and after observing laundry machine drain out, he found the cause of water leakage when I do laundry. My hubby and I are grateful for their thoroughness and their honesty. They could've said it's a huge issue and charge us a lot but they didn't. In the end it was a service call of $100. Well worth it for the peace of mind.  We would use Adam's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely fantastic people!   I'm a renter from out of town and I broke my toilet.  I called these guys and they were at my rental condo within an hour WITH A NEW TOILET!!!!   Not only that....   The technicians were hilarious....  Cracking jokes to calm our nerves.   Then I got the bill.   Uh oh....  But it was half of what I thought it was gonna be.  Thanks Adam.

Waited all day for a call that I would have someone come to give me an estimate on some work. After a day of not going to the grocery store and not doing anything for fear of missing the visit, I am still waiting. I WILL find someone that is truly interested in my business.

Ok, so this time the owner comes to install my kitchen sink.  For the 3 HOURS it took, he spent an hour of that time walking back & forth from his truck to get tools, while having multiple conversations on his phone.  When you're charging ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR, you don't spend even a minute on your phone!  The job was not complete, but I told him he's off the clock & paid him.   To be fair, none of the fittings leak & he ONLY charged me $200 plus parts totaling $45 for I don't know what.  Never using this company again.

Adam's Plumbing was great!  Showed up on time and charged what they quoted. Sent the first plumber away a couple of hours previously from the BIG company that advertises$79 to clear any drain, total lie. First they gave me a 4-hour window to wait for the plumber, then, after five minutes they told me $299 to do the job, AND, still made me pay them $49 just for showing up. I asked Adam's to meet me at my house after work, got there five minutes late, they were climbing off the roof, done with the job already, and at almost half the cost of that other company. I asked for business cards and will tell EVERYONE at work (huge media company by the way), friends, family about BOTH companies!  Thank you Adams Plumbing for being the consumers plumber!

Excellent work and work ethic! Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly! Repairs done quickly, with great clean up too! Not all service people leave your place better than when they came; these guys do! Have dealt with Dan and the guys since 2004; from major reconstruction to minor repairs. You'll not find a better group of workers with such reasonable prices!

Great job. While other plumbers immediately wanted to replace my hot water heater, these people found that it was under warranty and tried to repair it.

They were fantastic!  They fixed my leaky faucet.  They responded quickly, and fixed my problem.  They were done before I knew it.
