Work was fine... plumber was really nice. But it cost way too much to disconnect 2 sinks for new granite and reconnect after (plus putting in new garbage disposal) ... very disappointed with price. Shame on me for not getting a written quote up front... won't let that happen again!

Hopefully their care for their clients is better than their care for the environment. Please throw you cigarettes in the ashtray less than 3 feet away from you that you are passing by. I'm sure whatever you needed at Wawa would have been there after the extra 30 seconds it would have taken you not to thrown it on the ground. Hope you don't practice  similar short cuts and lack of respect with your clients but it's hard to say that you wouldn't.  PS. Scotto does the negative review on a different site still make it excessive or has it moved on to exorbitant?

An excellent job by Tyler and Nick. Everyone one I dealt with in the company was courteous and accommodating. From Diane who returned my call within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, to April setting my appointment up first thing Monday morning. The job of replacing a leaky faucet and installing 4 new shutoff valves was done for a reasonable price. Scotto's will now be my go to plumbing service!

Just had Eric and Rich come to the house to handle a blocked kitchen sink which turned into a much bigger job. Both were professional and knew their stuff. Wanted to let their bosses know they did an outstanding job. Will ask for them again when and if the need ever arises. Thanks!!!

Brian came out to diagnose what I thought was a leak in the drain pipe. Brian was patient, professional and a pleasure to meet. He found other issues in the house while searching for the leak and determined I did not have a leak after all. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I just had with Scotto's Plumbing. I, like many of my Jungle Prada neighbors, was left stuck with figuring out how to get my water rerouted from the old connection in the back of my property to the new line/meter the city so kindly put in the front of my property.  The city gave us until Valentines Day before they're going to shut off the old line. Given my situation, having filtration and water softener equipment at the back of my property, I needed the connection to be back there not just routed to the front like some are able to do.  Add to this problem that there was no option to hand trench from the front to the back. After watching how the the city put the line in the front using directional drilling I knew this was the way to go. The challenge was finding the company to do it.  After calling the city they point me to Scotto's Plumbing as doing this for another neighbor in the area so I gave them a shot. They were very much in-line with my research, pleasant to deal with and it was so easy and painless they will be my plumbers going forward. I will gladly recommend them and I will be using them in the future. In fact I'll likely be using them to add a sink and linear drain to my brew house.  If you need a plumber, give these folks a try (727) 581-5828. And if you have to do a directional drill for your property, make sure you have that drill log handy for the City inspector. He's a stickler!

It was simply a wash cloth that apparently got flushed. Since I was already paying for them to be here I wanted the line from the clean-out in front of house to street cleaned out. Due to recent heavy rains it was covered by dirt. After less than 2 minutes looking tech told me the only way to find it was to pay an additional $331 to send a camera through toilet. This was after $180+ for a 15 min job of fishing out the washcloth. Would DEFINITELY never use again and would NEVER recommend. I'd like to give 0 stars but you can't.

Scotto's recently re-plumbed our entire house. They were the only company to crawl under our house for the estimate and immediately called back when I inquired about the quote. They got us on the schedule extremely quickly and performed the work perfectly. Great business!

We had a stopped up drain. Scotto came out that day and worked extra hard till the drain was cleared

Tyler was right on time! Very professional and friendly! Did a great job for us at a reasonable price and was extremely clean. Would highly recommend this company. Great customer service and we will definitely be using them again.

We had a hose bib replaced and a water line closed off.

Well this time the flush valve crapped out in the master loo, and we also wanted a new shower head in there too. We purchased our own shower head for that transaction, and James installed it in no time flat!

He also looked at our toilet and determined that the flush valve in fact was shot, as aforementioned crapper continued to run for what seemed an eternity. Since he didn't have the appropriate parts aboard his service van, off he went. He was back in a flash with the needed hardware.

James texted us saying that he was running ahead of schedule and was able to make it earlier than our appointment window of 2-4pm. Well: the Queen Bee jumped on that offer like a flock of vultures on a dead wildebeest!

As the last time, James was courteous, efficient and filled us in as he worked. No shocks or surprises in the bad sense of the word whatsoever! By the time all was said and done, the whole thing cost a mere $141.82 plus the cost of buying our own shower head.  That to me seems quite reasonable to say the least. If the rest of their plumbers are like James, then you have nothing to worry about. Scotto Plumbing is Aces in my book.

We got several quotes to replumb our house. Scotto Plumbing was reasonable and spent considerable time working out a way to run the Pex through the attic without destroying our textured overhang inside. They took their time and we are happy with the results. Jacob was friendly, efficient and reliable. He was a pleasure to be around for the week and took care of every issue that came up. We have used other plumbers in the area previously but they are now our new plumbers!

Thanks Scott I for your quick, efficient and quality service. Came early, repairs done quickly and thorough clean up. Even refunded a minor charge mistake later. Highly recommend. Installed new Disposal and kitchen Faucet. Reasonable.

Scotto's was there for me in a big way when my main water line broke at midnight.  John was there within an hour and had the problem fixed within 90 minutes.  Considering the time of day, I was very satisfied with the total cost of the repair.  Further, John was a true professional, expertly diagnosing the problem and solving it.  He also had a large, well stocked truck, so I imagine that most part are held in inventory.  I would HIGHLY recommend and Scotto's has now become my clear choice for all future plumbing services we need.

I have used Scotto's Plumbing twice and have been greatly satisfied with their work and price both times.  I just recently moved into a new home and noticed my water usage was way too high.  Upon investigating, I found that I had a water leak at the personal shut-off valve at the house's foundation.  Lucas and an assistant showed up the next morning and not only fixed the leak, but I also had them repair the hot-water valve on the shower in the main bathroom.  The rate was very reasonable and worth the peace of mind in having the problems remedied.  Lucas and company showed up with their masks on and were very respectful of my property and home.  They buttoned up and cleaned the area before leaving.  Very professional.  I will always turn to Scotto's Plumbing for any future needs.

I got quoted 700 to 1000 to fix an elbow copper supply line. I went to home Depot and fixed it with 40 worth in parts. GOOD Luck with these guys.

Scotto's came out to my house on a Sunday to fix a leaky/clogged bathroom tub.  Kenny was honest, quick and fair priced!  Also, saved me a lot $$$ and time, especially compared to what the previous plumber thought needed to be done to fix the problem.  Don't waste your time with anyone else!

I've used Scottos for everything in our condo. Always well priced, always on time or will update you appropriately, and very professional. Ocy and Ryan, aswell as their crews, are always the best. I would highly recommended Scottos for anything water touches!

The guy came and used about 3 feet of cooper pipe and a valve. He did the job in under two hours. He charged 735 dollars for this small job. This was on a weekday during normal operating hours. I would have told him to take a hike if I had running water. This place is highway robbery. Probably would have gotten charged less with Rotto Rooter.

Thank you for coming out today for my emergency.  Trisha was so polite on the phone and was honest about an ETA. Kenny was here within 30 minutes.  I had called 2 other companies and got no ETA just that it would be sometime today.  Luckily the weather held up and Kenny cleared the issue.  I highly recommend Scottos if you have an emergency.  Reasonable in price for a Sunday emergency.  Thanks again

Duke Energy ran over my water meter and cracked my water main. Nick and Zeke came, assessed the situation, called a supervisor and thoroughly explained the situation. The supervisor explained clearly how to proceed with the repair (old iron pipe) and I had my water back by 5. What a blessing! Thank you Scotto!

I called for a low pressure issue in my 2nd bathroom. I was schedule for the next day. They were early. (Called to confirm was ok), professional upon arrival, fixed it super fast and for a great price. They also walked around and talked to me about a few other projects I'd like to do down the road and gave me reasonable estimates. I will 100% use them when we're ready.

Scotto's plumbing was very prompt at sending out technicians to repair a leaky pipe in the wall. This is the second time in a year we had a leak in this same spot. They  replaced a large section of pipe instead of just weld patching a hole like the plumber last year.

These guys also fixed our garbage disposal in a matter of minutes.

Pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise.

Plumbers showed up timely and completed the work as described and to the estimate.  There were no surprises.  The work was done to quality expectation with no leaks.  I would use them again for any next major plumbing need.

We had an emergency with our water line over the weekend due to a bad fix down by a worker. I called Scotto's on Monday. Their guys Nick and his buddy came over promptly and fixed the issue properly. I'm very thankful for their prompt service.

The service tech was very professional, arrived within the time frame given. Bathtub was draining slow, roto rooter quoted me $560, Scotto's was just a bit over $100. Def my go to plumber!!

The first time we used Scotto's was after I had a major drain clog nothing I tried would loosen or clear. GREAT experience.  So great, I used Scotto's to put a new toilet for seniors in my mama's bathroom.  Another GREAT experience, so Dale, who helped us both times, recommended the platinum service plan.  Wow - getting that plan was one of the wisest moves I made in a while; you have an automatic monthly payment to your account which accumulates until you need it, and priority service AND a discount on everything.  When our hot water tank blew up overnight and wasn't noticed until the morning, one call to Scotto's and a great technician came right over, worked almost all day to get the situation in hand, AND took the time to check our warranty and ensure we had the right contractor lined up for the dry out and water remediation.  Once Scotto's got our new heater Dale came out and installed it, and helped us figure out how to safeguard all our plumbing with a water softener (why no one before Scotto's ever suggested that before I haven't a clue) and of course Scotto's will handle that for us.  Keep Scotto's on your speed dial.  They are as good as it gets.

I have been a customer of Scotto's Plumbing for the better part of 17 years and they are the best! Their service is always excellent, on time and courteous and their service people do not try and talk you into things you don't need. Honesty is the policy. They put out a newsletter, as well as including discount coupons with each service. I cannot say enough good things about Scotto's Plumbing! All businesses should have the same high standards!

Wow!  Scotto's was recommended by a friend of mine who had a lot of work done at their house by Scotto's.  Without a doubt, this was the best plumber I have ever dealt with.  Friendly, prompt, and fair pricing. Brian even told me how much the last plumber I used had overcharged me.  I had a toilet replaced, and I didn't have to go shopping for it.  I just told them over the phone what I wanted and they showed up with it, installed it, and left me with a clean bathroom.  In future they are the only plumber I will ever call.
