Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.

Long story short: If your issue is with a water filtration system, CALL A WATER FILTRATION SPECIALIST NOT A PLUMBER.

We were having issues with the water filtration system (it appeared to be leaking) under our sink and weren't sure if it was better to call a plumber or a water filtration specialist. In the end, we chose to call a plumber and that ended up being a costly misjudgment. When we called, we made it clear that the issue appeared to be with the water filtration system under the sink and they sent someone out to come look at it.

When the plumber arrived, they explained the charge would be $200 charge for what I assumed would be to fix the leak. But apparently, what they meant was that it would be a $200 charge for them to TRY to fix the leak?? They put some tape or something in the two areas that had been leaking and then left. Nearly immediately after they left, the system started leaking in a completely different place than it was before. We called the plumber back who said he doesn't have the parts to fix it and we likely need a new system. That's understandable of course, but when we expressed our frustration that literally nothing got fixed, the system is still leaking, and it's even leaking in a new place that it wasn't before, the plumber said that they were giving us a good deal by coming back and not charging as again (?? what). Yes, they did fix two leaks but ended up creating another one so what was the point of that. It was leaking before they came and it was still leaking after they left! Eventually, we did call a water filtration specialist who told us that we did indeed need a new water filtration system and that whoever we got to look at it before likely cracked it causing the new leak. So the initial plumber likely did cause an additional leak that wasn't even there before (but they were acting like it appeared out of nowhere).

It would have been much better if the initial plumber just told us that they don't have the capacity to fix it instead of making it worse and then acting like they gave us a good deal charging us only $200 (again, to actually make it worse). I really feel like we were taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge about plumbing and water filtration systems. It has been a while since I felt this blatantly ripped off, and I want an apology and wish I could get my money back, honestly.

This all happened back in November, and I waited a few weeks to write a review because I didn't want to do so hastily and out of anger. But after getting the whole picture from the water filtration specialist and looking back on this incident with the plumber, I do stand by my initial thoughts and think this plumber was out of line.

Because of the other good reviews, I do think/hope that this company is probably good when it comes to typical plumbing issues. But if, like me, your issue is with a water filtration system, save yourself the trouble and call a company that specializes in that.

This is is the BEST service I have had.  They were very clean and knowledgeable on the issue I had.  I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue or anyone that is building a new home.  They are the best!

Dave is the best guy for the job. Super reliable, trustworthy & good guy who works hard. I will call him for any plumbing needs. If you're in need of a good plumber or just need to have one written down in your phone book- he's the one you want to call when you're in need.

Unknown to me, I had a water leak under my floor. I called Plumbing by Gus and they told me what was wrong and directed me to I find Leaks.  They came the same day and diagnosed that the leak was located under the hot water heater.  I called back Gus and they set up an appointment for the next day.  Mike came out this morning; moved the hot water heater, dug up the floor, located the leak; fixed it and the floor and put the hot water heater back, all within a few hours.  The cost was fair and you can't even see where they dug up my floor.

It's hard to find honest professionals, I would highly recommend Plumbing by Gus.

Had Dominik come to the house this morning to take care of dripping tub. He called early and said that he was going to be a bit later than what was agreed to, but showed up even earlier that expected. After looking at the problem, he took care of it replacing the hardware in less that and hour, all the while explaining what was going  on and the solution. He left the site clean and the price was reasonable. I would very much recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Top notch service done by pro's. Casey showed up on time, got to work and got the job done. Competent and trustworthy-these guys have helped us with all the plumbing in our home.

These guys are great. I had a leak in my home that the plumber couldn't find. Leak Ops came out same day to locate the leak under the slab for the best price I could find. Very professional and gave a thorough diagnostic. Highly recommended!
