Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Saint Louis MO
Absolutely outstanding customer service and quality repair! Their technicians were professional and efficient as well! They even gave me some advise on what to prepare for when doing a full gut on my historic home.
Will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

Performance Plumbing just put in a new bathroom for us in our finished basement. They did everything: plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. They even put in a closet! The guys were professional and efficient, and the price was right. I love my new bathroom!

Our faucet was leaking but the Anton plumber, who was there for another issue, told me they do not do faucet repairs. Was told our hot water valve needed replacing but it was not leaking (upsell). Signed an agreement with the understanding the plumber would replace a 450.00 Kohler faucet with a Delta faucet with a value of 300.00 or more. He left and returned with a Moen faucet which he said was comparable and heavy duty. After he left (and cashed my check) I found my faucet on the Moen website for 99.00. When I complained to the Anton Plumbing manager Ceci she sent me a pie chart of their business model to help me understand why I was charged 1,000.00 for strapping an exhaust fan pipe that had slipped and replacing a hot water valve and installing a bottom of the line faucet. Now you know. If you like being ripped off this company is for you!

Don't hire unless you love paying an outrageous rate. I got charged $370 for less than two hours! I got charged because the guy didn't have a shopvac on his truck and he had to go back to the office. Clock was ticking the whole time. Find someone who doesn't want to stick it to you. You will be much better off. Let these characters take money from the few, but we can't allow them to gouge the rest of us who won't put up with this.

My son managed to break off a sink handle, shooting water all over the bathroom...and then I broke off the shutoff valve. Kevin showed up on a Sunday and fixed everything quickly, with an unbelievably fair price and quality work.

I needed assistance with drain in the basement that caused water to come up whenever it rained. The technician slightly made the situation seem small although it was frustrating to me. Took him about 20 minutes to let me know that there were roots within the system that could possibly be the problem while stating they were small as if they couldn't possibly be the problem. However, I figured, what do I have to lose other than $230 to get them cut down. Fortunately, the roots were indeed the problem as it has rained numerous times and the rain hasn't had any effect on my basement since.

Worst customer service. It's hard to believe they can be that rude and remain in business. It's a shame because the plumbers are good.

Almost called one of the 24 hour companies to fix a problem. SO glad I called Redington and took their advice to have them come early the next day! They are a family company and you can tell by the nice guys who work there. Saved a ton, professionally fixed now and I didn't have to worry about who was in my house. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else - Thanks so much!

We have used Kirkwood Plumbing multiple times for various jobs the last few years that we have lived in the St. Louis area, and have been happy with the service every time (sewer lateral, drain issues, installing sinks/faucets, etc.). Friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Definitely would recommend them and we'll continue to use them anytime we aren't feeling comfortable with doing work ourselves (in fact they fixed our bad DIY work once even for a price that should have kept me from even trying to do it myself).

Plumbing and Drain review:
The plumbers and drain guys refuse to work=discrimination... call the attorney generals office if someone implicitly or explicitly refuses to do work at your house=discrimination... they come out for the service fee only ($475) and make you listen to them talk for hours and miss work... (my back went out waiting for him to leave my house) the guy was so horrible he recommended that I do not get my dishwasher repaired by them either... if you don't like listening to a million excuses and paying for nothing--call Roto Rooters... actually he quoted me $30,000 to fix a branch in my line & I fixed it for $30 using root killer... my faucet leaks now that he left & it's a faucet he didn't even need to touch--they are nightmares... literal nightmares (a few months later, writing this at 4:00 am because I'm tired of literally having nightmares about the guy--I should've punched him in the face)
HVAC Review:
They did everything right! The price was fair. The service man was very likeable... a service call is $99 during regular business hours and $250 for emergencies... our AC broke Fri Eve so, we picked up a window unit at Home Depot for $159 & made it through the weekend without our 11 or so computers exploding during 98 degree weather... I called on Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday afternoon... (it's a four hour window). If your AC stops blowing cold--shut it off! Remember to spray the AC unit down because he said it even makes your electric bill go down to have clean coils... we live in the frugal part of the county & my family is Nigerian & they treated us with the utmost respect! I heard about them on Facebook... they also do plumbing and they repair ice makers and appliances like dishwashers etc... we are going to use them again!

Maplewood practices a bait and switch operation. They gave me a reasonable price, then changed it when they learned I was running out of time. I needed the work done for a real estate sale. So the price went up and further up. I won't do business with a company like that.

Needed a plumber and while searching for a new plumber it reminded me of my experience with Tiger Plumbing about a year and a half ago. I always replaced my old faucets in the past and went to the store and bought one for the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. After getting down on my back to start, I thought I'm getting too old for this and I'll just call someone in to do it. I found Tiger in the Yellow Pages and gave them a call. I told them I had the new faucets and just wanted them installed. The woman at the company told me they don't work by the hour but the plumber who comes has a price sheet that they will go off of but she couldn't tell me the price because the plumber that showed up would talk to me about it. She said there would be a $50.00 charge to show up whether they did the work or not. Foolishly I said ok. I should have known better. There were too many red flags (not charging by the hour, could not give me a price to replace a faucet over the phone and $50.00 charge even if I decided not have them do it). The plumber showed up and showed me the price. It was very expensive but I thought well, I'm into it for $50.00 and I need it done so I let him do it. Everything was cleaned out and ready for him and it was simple installations. It took him a total of 40 minutes to do both faucets. I guess he felt guilty and charged me a bit less then what the sheet said but it still came to $360.00 for the forty minutes of work to install the faucets. That is highway robbery. I'll never use a plumber that won't work for an hourly rate anymore. $360.00 for forty minutes work is a total rip off. He did suppy two supply lines for each faucet but I could buy all four of them at Lowes for less than $20.00. The work was satisfactory but I can find competent plumbers for a whole lot less than $360.00 for forty minutes work which works out to $540.00 an hour. I talk to a lot of my neighbors and whenever one talks about needing a plumber, I steer them away from Tiger and tell them my experience. I understand a business has expenses to pay besides salary and they have a bit of travel time, so maybe they need to charge $100.00 an hour to maybe $120.00 tops but $540.00 an hour is a total rip off. If you do use them, never fall for the we don't charge by the hour or I can't give you a price, only the driver can scam. Just hang up and go elsewhere if they try that.
