Best Leak Detection in Saint Louis MO
Scheduled a visit for an estimate to run a water line to a refrigerator and install a drain pipe from my HVAC to the exterior corner of the house and a couple other things. The gentleman who visited was very polite and helpful. Everything after that is absurd. A WEEK later I finally get the estimate where not only did they not list the parts/labor for the estimate, and break them down per task which I specifically asked them to do. They also didn't even include the two other things I asked them for quotes on. But the best part was their unbelievable estimate of $1255 to take $75 of parts and at best two hours of labor.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

Great work, as always! Brad is fantastic! Has bailed us out in many occasions. Fixed up our bathroom sink in no time.

It's the end of July in St Louis & my air condition crashes. Makes your heart sink but Anton's response time & service made a challenging situation a lot easier. They were very professional, thorough and responsive.

BEWARE!! He came out, cut a hole in our ceiling, put wax around a pipe that he said would hold and stop the leak (it didn't), while he ordered parts needed. Said he would be back between 10-12 on Wednesday. No call no show. We called and called with no response and finally at 5:30 he picked up. He said he'd be here the next day. Thursday came and went and no call, no show! So, here we sit with a hole in our ceiling, can't use the upstairs baths and the holidays upon us. I get it if he reconsidered, the job was over his head, he didn't want to do it, was too busy...BUT, then you call and tell someone that... you don't just leave them hanging. Terrible and I see other reviews here are similar. Unfortunately I looked at Nextdoor.

I recently needed a plumber to come out on a Sunday afternoon to deal with a running water issue that I could not stop. Mr Rooter was quick to get a plumber to my house. The plumber was professional and explained what the situation was, and then resolved it for us.

I hired O'Fallon Sewer Service to remove & re-place an existing holding tank on my property.
Jeff's crew did everything that was proposed to me prior to ground breaking.
Jeff was honest & the job was priced fairly.
The crew was timely, pleasant to work with & the job was hassle free.
I am glad I chose O'Fallon Sewer Service to do my project. It is Companies like his that gives a good impression to the trade.

Kirkwood Plumbing did an excellent job with our water heater! We needed a new water heater and scheduled to have an install done with them. They confirmed the job the day before and the guys were on-time for the job.
No issues on the day of install and the water heater works great! We had the inspection done a couple of days later and everything was done to code. Although the job was quite pricey due to our choice of water heater and other upgrades, I think the work was well done and worth the money.
I would recommend these guys to those in the area looking for plumbing services.

I had a problem with the Stone Age oven in my house. The oven door literally came apart. I called the office, got an appointment, and they called the day before to confirm. Dave called before he came, was right on time, and got to work. I was fairly freaked that this was a huge problem, but clearly he'd seen this kind of thing before and he got everything put back together and good as new in about 15 minutes. The price was very fair, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need like other service companies have, and he was a pleasure to talk with. It's nice to find an honest company with experienced, no-nonsense technicians who can fix things on the first visit. How I didn't find this company before today is a mystery to me, they are truly outstanding.

Maplewood Plumbing's excellent reviews held true for us, and we look forward to a long relationship in which we feel comfortable we can call Maplewood Plumbing our plumber. Ashley took time to educate me about services provided, scheduling, and pricing. Robert lived up to his reviews. He was an expert, pleasant, and thorough. We were so impressed with his diligence in investigating our sudden jump in water bill (ave $70 jumped to $429!!!) that we signed on to make improvements in 3 bathrooms which we had avoided for years. Maplewood Plumbing's fees conform to market rates, but the difference is it does excellent work and makes us feel like we received kindness and great value. Thank you!

Would not give an estimate for snaking drain over the phone. When the tech arrived he quoted a price of $375.00 to do the service. Flipping ripoff!!! I went and bought a machine to do the job for a little bit more than they were going to charge me. Please save your money and look elsewhere. FWI - You can't leave a review on their website.

Called Tiger because of a busted pipe in my basement. Wanted $6k to dig up my backyard and replace the pipe. Unfortunately absolutely no one else ever returned my calls so I had to go with him. They took a couple days to replace the pipe (it was a big job) and they were late every day, usually by several hours. On time for lunch breaks though.
Came back home one day a few weeks later and raw sewage (the stench!) is coming up out my basement drain pipe.
Called them to look at it and they wanted ~$2k more do bust up the concrete on my basement floor and replace a (perfectly fine) pipe. My skepti-sense tingled and I analyzed all the photos of the work they did and realized they only connected 2 of the 3 pipes that go to the pipe they replaced. So my floor was jackhammered up again to get them to fix the overpriced job they didn't do right the first time and tried to charge me again to do work that didn't need to be done.
Would avoid at all costs.
EDIT: Never said house was anywhere near Chicago!
