Scheduled a visit for an estimate to run a water line to a refrigerator and install a drain pipe from my HVAC to the exterior corner of the house and a couple other things. The gentleman who visited was very polite and helpful. Everything after that is absurd. A WEEK later I finally get the estimate where not only did they not list the parts/labor for the estimate, and break them down per task which I specifically asked them to do. They also didn't even include the two other things I asked them for quotes on. But the best part was their unbelievable estimate of $1255 to take $75 of parts and at best two hours of labor.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Call the plumber is a phrase that fills homeowners with dread. You just see dollar signs adding up and try to guess the cost.

I'm happy to say that we no longer dread a plumbing issue. We've worked with Tony LaMartina plumbing 3 times and they have shocked us with how reasonable the prices were and how quickly they got to us. Their crews have been kind, honest, and professional.

Last week Anton's came to our property in Soulard where they installed a furnace and AC.  This was a process that had been started last summer.  On a recommendation I called Anton's to come over for one last bid before we made our decision.  I'm so glad we did!
The salesman that came for the bid was friendly professional and offered advice that wasn't pushy.  One thing that I appreciated right away was Anton's sales.  He had seen the service sticker from another company, which he so happened to had worked for in the past. Explained the differences about the two companies (which made Anton's stand out more) and never once said anything bad about the competitor.  As a sales woman myself I admire and respect when people choose the high ground when it is way easier to bad mouth the competition.
Unlike the other bids I received, Anton's was the quickest to come back and the most detailed.  I was given pricing for different models and also what the rebates from Ameren were.  
Installation day came, and it went smoothly.  The team showed up on time and was courteous and professional.  They took great effort to ensure that my house was just as they found it.  From the crane to the clean-up it was more than I could hope for.  I am looking forward to continuing business with them in the future.  
Oh and the price- they were about 3k and some change under the company we were originally going to go with!

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I called for a second opinion on a repair, as usual and Mr. Rooter got me in the next day. The receptionist was pleasant and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He wore a mask, which I appreciated! They were the higher of the two bids by about 200$

After i got taken by chesterfield plumbing for $100 I called ofallon sewer company they came out first thing next morning got the job done without complaining about how it would have to be done and was efficient about it. Very fair pricing . Great guys! One thing I learned was there is a difference between a simple plumber and a great sewer guy! He saved the day! Thank you!

Great Work, but the fix didn't resolve the issue.  Kirkwood Plumbing did a sewer job on my property, where the sewer backed up in my basement.  It looks fantastic!  Really professional looking.  The unfortunate thing is that didn't correct the problem I was having.  So 14k later, I still have water backup in my basement.  To top it off, according to what I was told, they can't even perform the actual fix!  Thank you Kirkwood plumbing!

I found the pricing to. Be a little high but the service was excellent and they made an extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They have good reviews but obviously fell far from where they were. I had an appointment scheduled, received email confirmation, but when the day came no one showed or called. When I called them they told me they could not service me today but could not tell me why. Ashley, the lady on the phone told me to call after 4pm to speak to the manager. When i did i found out they close at 4. She was just lazy and didnt want to do her job. I have still not received a call back from the manager or anyone else. It has now been 3 days since i was supposed to receive services. Most unprofessional service company i have ever worked with. Avoid at all cost. Other options instead of being conned by this place.

The company still gets one star. There are many reasons for that, but I have to be fair and say that they did indeed send someone out who was congenial and fixed my problem. However, that was two days after the original missed appointment and me asking a technician to get out of my house on the second day of this odyssey  when he told me he wasn't going to wait around while I moved some plastic tubs out of the way so he could get his machine to my drain.

I spoke with the manager of the St. Louis office one of his assistant managers and people in their corporate office in order to get my drain opened. It took a lot of time and aggravation, and I certainly could have found someone else to do the work, but I had used this company in the past and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

As a consumer who was inconvenienced and treated badly by this company, I expected that they would come up with some sort of compensation for the missed appointments the two days before and the way the technician treated me on the second day of this situation. But that wasn't exactly the case.  

A very nice plumber came out and finally spent about 20 minutes and charged me $264 (minus a $40 coupon from their website) to do the work. What they did was give me a bottle of enzyme drain treatment solution which retails for $61 but must cost them much less than that for my trouble. Then when I spoke to the branch manager, I asked him why they didn't come up with a meaningful compensation and he told me they would give me $50 off my next service with them. Then he asked me to revise my review. Which I'm doing now.

Something else yelpers should be aware of is that when the technician leaves your house they give you a piece of paper asking you to give them a review and once a week they draw 1 name of someone who's reviewed them and gives them a refund on their service. I don't mind a business asking for reviews, that's just part of the world today. But I think all the reviews NOT recommended by Yelp might be people trying to get free plumbing.

What I use Roto-Rooter again? I don't think so. Do I consider the work they did for me adequate? Yes, but it took far too much time and effort to get it done. Am I satisfied with the work? Truth be told no, I overpaid, was inconvenienced, and should have been treated better by the people both in the local and corporate offices. I still haven't heard from that Pat woman who responded (or had a bot respond) to my first review, and one would think she might have followed up to see if I was taken care of

Take my reviews for what you want. Maybe I'm a little extra miffed at the situation. Maybe I'm just willing to tell it like it is. But I always believe that forewarned is forearmed.

I didn't hure them because they took 30 minutes explaining to me why they would have to replace my entire shower rather than fix the issue with a broken handle. They didn't even come look at it
