Brad was very professional and explained everything very well when the job ended up being bigger than anticipated. He Did high quality work and made it look like he wasn't even here!

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Sean completed the job same day. He was thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend him.

Frank was very responsive, knew what my issue was right away and even showed up early to the appointment (and texted before to make sure it was ok). He was in and out once he arrived, had the parts we needed and had everything fixed in 20 minutes. Overall, great experience and I'll be using Frank again.

It'll Cost You
Anton's lost a costumer this week. They are way overpriced and should not be called a HVAC repair company but more of a HVAC salesmen and installers company. This company takes advantage of people who trust that their repair quotes are competitive and do not shop around.
Let's start with the good. I have used them for 2 years and every time I called, a repairman was out to my house the same day. The repairmen appear to be competent and know how to correctly fix a HVAC problem.
Now for the bad. I called and asked them to come out, when I was talking to the dispatcher, I said that I would like to use the free service visit if a repair was performed coupon; however, the technician left the fee on the bill when it was time to pay. I had to remind the technician to remove the charge. During my entire interaction with the technician and prior repairs to my 2nd unit, I kept getting the feeling that they really wanted to sell me a new system, instead of fixing my old system. Also, Anton's continuously tried to push me into their membership program.
For this repair, I had to have a new capacitor installed to even be able to test the system, Anton's charged me $400+ dollars to do the work (I later found out that a different company would have only charge ~$200). The technician discovered that my freon was low and that there must be a leak. They wanted to charge me $1,100+ to check my system for a leak and that it would cost $300+ per pound of freon. Luckily for me, they didn't have the dye to do the test and would have to do it another day.
I decided to do a price check and found out that a different company only charges $70 per pound of Freon (instead of Anton's $300+). I immediately lost any trust I had with Anton's and felt taken advantage of for a markup of 4x. I called and canceled the leak test the next day. The new company only charged $75 for a leak search of the interior unit (would have been an additional $75 to search for a leak of my compressor) and discovered a leak in my A-coil. How can Anton's charge $1,100 for a dye leak test and the second company do it for $75? I feel that this price difference is ridiculous. I ended up having my system replaced but I'm confident that if I would have still used Anton's, I would have been over-charged and pushed to go with one of Anton's preferred systems.
I would not recommend Anton's to anyone.
TL;DR Don't be like me and be lazy and not get multiple quotes for HVAC work. Anton's prices are ridiculously marked up 428% per pound of freon and 1,467% per leak search. I would not recommend anyone to use Anton's Air Conditioning and Heating.

The price quoted on Yelp was not the price they told me on the phone when I followed up for more information. I declined to use their service due to pricing inconsistencies, so I don't have any feedback on workmanship.

Has repeatedly said he was going to do a job for me, only to not do it. Has ghosted me on multiple occasions, and at one point told me he was on site working on the job and had to leave to get something, only to find out he had not touched the job at all. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

I had them come out to fix a leaky shower faucet which they sent someone the next day. However, in two days it started leaking in a different spot. They have rescheduled two different times now since I've asked them to come back out and fix it. I will not be using them in the future.

Had such great customer service and they fixed my problem so fast! They really cared about what they did and made sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy that I decided to call them. Everyone was so nice and I won't be using any other plumbing companies from now on. 100% recommend!

Kirkwood Plumbing did a sewer job on a prior house we were pleased with, so when the sewer backed up on our new house they were our first call. They recommended cameraing the line, however they were three times the going rate for a camera. But they were there, so we had them do it. That's when their tech told us all the cast iron under the house was completely shot, missing sections, would all have to be replaced, quoting a 15k repair.
I sent their video to three other plumbers, and we had another company come out and recamera the line. All of them said the line was fine, and there was no need to rip apart the basement. It was just a simple soft blockage.
I'm not a plumber, and I know there can be differences of opinion. But everyone I talked to who wasn't trying to sell me on a 15k repair said the line was fine. I will say that the folks I talked to at Kirkwood Plumbing were very respectful, but continued to double down and insist I needed the repair. And the folks I talked with on the phone were talking about a single tree root (which the other company said was a tampon string), and were all talking very differently than the original tech. And they never refunded their original camera.
I'm really not sure what to make of their service. They were responsive and respectful, but very expensive, and tried to sell me on a repair that everyone else I talked to said I didn't need. Perhaps time will prove them right, but for now I cannot recommend their services.
Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted immediately by Kirkwood Plumbing, and after talking with the gentleman was offered a refund of my camera, said it would go through in a couple of days. However, it took nearly three weeks and another call to their accounting department to actually receive it. But I did receive the refund and again, everyone was very respectful. It was just a minor mistake that was easily rectified, but I can't say it was exactly the confidence inspiring remedy they might have hoped for.

Today was my lucky day! Instead of replacing my microwave/ oven at great expense$$$, Dave installed a new fuse and all is working beautifully. He arrived on time, was familiar with this Whirlpool model, quick to diagnose, and very neat with his workspace. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable worker who has my 5 star approval! Many thanks, Dave!

Big thanks to Team Tiger! I was a customer of Tiger before moving out of state, had an AC issue and was skeptical of the estimate, called up my old tech and he walked me through and pointed out some items and gave me some questions to ask the next company, ended up saving me a few hundred $. Thanks guys, you didn't have to do that, but you did.

We are attempting to get a refund. We have had no contact for almost a month. He stated that the work would take a week, yet, 4 weeks later he still had not shown up that was 3 weeks ago. We would like a refund. We have spoken with his brother who stated that he would get in contact with us about a refund. Haven't heard from him.
