Best HVAC System Repair in Sacramento CA
Impressive! Quick, courteous, reasonable priced.
When they couldn't get there right away, they offered to walk through the process over the phone of stopping a possible leak. No other company I called offered that.

Steven MacDonald helped us select a new heating and air conditioning system for our home. Based on our needs and available rebates that system was a heat pump. A. J. was the primary installer with some help from another gentleman. Everything went flawlessly. I would allow them into my home again without a moments hesitation!

Advanced Plumbing Rep indicated that I needed a new water heater plus expansion tank. Total quote was around $2,700. I checked with other plumbers and several indicated that an expansion tank in my area was not required. I found a plumber who fixed my plumbing issue for around $150. Advanced Plumbing made a mistake or has questionable ethics. So, BUYER BEWARE.

When I bought my new home, they were the one who installed my new A/C system .. I tried contacting them about warranties to fix my A/C who's Temperature return from the grill is about 10 Degrees, not 15-20 required..MY A/C tech stated that it could be the lack of freon from Villara, was no signs of Leaks and etc ...A/C tech told me to contact the builder which I did, told me to contact Villara and no response from them.
My next new home, I would try to find out if Villara installed the A/C system and not buy it if they did and I am pretty sure 100% sure I ain't buying a new or old Lennar home again. Villara installed system has been a problem for this community and seems like everyone has problems year in and year out, I won't be surprised if the work they did is not up to code!
I know now why they have to change corporate name a few times, so shady

Rey and Anthony came out to clear 2 drains at our home and their service was excellent! They worked quickly, cleaned up upon completion, and their personalities made their visit comfortable and fun. I reached out on yelp and their quote online was what was paid. Very straightforward and next day service. I will definitely use this company again.

After my posting that they had not responded to my call regarding a filter with water and rust stain on the filter, they phoned and set up an appointment for me.
They sent out Ray, who installed my first heat pump/AC, and he checked everything out and serviced. I had lots of confidence in him. He blew out the line for the condensation to flow outside and now it is all working as should be. If you are lucky enough to get Ray, he is very knowledgeable and can alleviate you anxiety. Has good customer service skills as well as tech.

On the day the plumbers arrived at 4pm of the day they said they could fix the leak and stated they had to reschedule after I took the day off work due to ordering a part. They stated it would not take more then 1.5-2 hours so they would return at 9am next day so that I wouldn't need to reschedule work as I work from home.
On the day of their return they were here at 9am sharp. They started the job and I reminded them that I had to work by 2pm. The employee and owner again stated they would be finished. At 11am I checked to see what the status was. The employee said they had run into issues. He said I'm going to put the handles back on but you won't have water until we come back out. That was not acceptable to me as my clients use the shower.
I'm a widowed, partially disabled mother of three children and a loss of income means sacrificing medications I need or food etc so I was very upset to need to cancel work for a second day. I told them I needed them to finish the job that day.
They agreed to stay but the owner was incredibly rude and demeaning to me when I was clearly upset at missing work due to their incompetence. His own worker even was upset that the owner gave him no additional man power as this was clearly a two man job. They even had to come back out twice to re-fix the job, but it still was not done right and eventually my landlord had to hire a new plumber to fix their mistake. The new plumber also stated that the new plumbing handle they installed was not up to code.
The whole day was so horrible; there was a new issue after new issue throughout the day. They did not even leave till after dark of that evening.
When they finished they left a bad patch work job on the wall in my closet that they cut open and didn't put the insulation back in. The shower handle they put on was not functioning right and myself and others were being scalded with hot water due to the defective handle. The fact that the employee was frustrated and bad mouthing the owner was proof enough of their unprofessional behavior. The owner Tim is a rude individual who has no business running a business when it comes to professionalism.

These guys are EXCELLENT! They were very friendly, very informative, they were quick and thorough. They even showed us where previous installers had done us wrong. They charged less than half of what others charge for the same amount of work and with greater quality. I highly recommend them wholeheartedly! No ifs ands or buts, SERIOUSLY! We won't be calling anyone else from here on out.

Updating my review, to 3 stars because a manager did call a second time and took efforts to makes things right. I will keep how they did that confidential, but I appreciated their care.

Bell Bros installed a tank less water heater around two years ago and within a year it started making a really loud horn like noise every time we started the hot water. The water heater is installed on the outside wall and the noise is so loud that our surrounding neighbors started to complain about it. We let Bell Bros know and they came out to investigate it. They have came out a total of 4 times (the same technician each time) and have not solved the problem. Now because the noise is so loud we have to wash our clothes with only cold water, wash dishes with cold water and rarely use the shower at home (we go to the gym and shower). In November they told us since it's raining they wanted to wait to work on the water heater and they would bring in a different technician who was more experienced. No one ever got back with us and now its February. I called them this Monday and told the customer service rep the entire story. They made an appointment for this Wednesday but with the same technician who already said he did not know how to fix the problem. I told the customer rep that the tech already came 4 times and didn't know how to fix it. She said, well since it was way back in November, they had to send him again to make sure I tried to explain but she did not listen or care. So today my wife stayed home and had to cancel her dentist appointment to meet him. Guess what? He cancelled because he saw the address and remembered he couldn't fix it. So now they have to re-schedule again but didn't give us a date yet. This is my first time writing a complaint on any business because I don't like being negative but this is so frustrating. The good thing is that it's under warranty so they have not charged us but I'm guessing since they are not charging us we are not top priority customers. If you're reading this Bell Bros please fix the situation soon. I will take down this review once it is fixed.
Thanks.
Thanks.
