Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

I first found out about huft when I was getting an estimate for my hvac. Glenn was very informative and nice among all the companies who came here to give me an estimate they are the most reasonable price i can find they also do price match which is good since then I had my heat pump replaced and soon my electrical and hvac is next in line. They are bery dependable,honest and give you the best deal possible. I highly recommend huft home services. shoutout to Octavio also who made his way to come here even after hours to do inspection and also put on my priority for  my heater replacement asap since he knew that we have no hot water!!

What great service and personable technicians!  Alex was very polite and  patient with all my questions.  We had a bad leak and didn't know where it was coming from (behind wall of sink and toilet).  Ultimately learned from toilet.  I also had other drips and problems I asked if he could advise on.  I decided to replace all my toilets (three) and repair shower heads, leaking faucets, worn out valves, etc.  With each activity Alex kept me apprised on what he was doing.  I was provided an estimate in advance of all services which were fair and reasonable.  Also, I purchased what I needed (toilets) for them to install and Alex let me know what size to look for (yes, this is good to know in advance) which was sooo helpful because it makes a difference).  All PPE was worn during all day repair with enough warning in advance when the water needed to be turned off to the house.

If I need anything else done I will certainly call them back (from first call to final repair all done within the same week).  I also want the office staff to know I appreciate their great customer service as well.  Thank you!

Don from discount plumbing was not able to help me but pointed me into the right direction he seems like a very honest businessman. I would have no problem doing business with him.

I had Advanced come to my property due to a sewer backup.  I had already snaked the line so I had requested the line to have a camera ran through it to locate the problem.  I received conflicting information from these results.  I was told the line had separated  then I was told the line was crushed.  These are different results.  I had to request copies of the images and never received all of them.  I was given an estimate to do the repairs in the amount of $14,911.57.  I decided to get a couple of different estimates.  I ended up getting the job completed for the grand total of $3,500.00.  This included replacing the concrete that had to be removed to get to the line.  The concrete was not included in the estimate from Advanced.  I suggest you get other estimates  before signing a contract with this company.

Home improvement companies have a tough time.  There are a  lot who are unethical.  But our experience with this firm is opposite many of the reviews.  Three years ago our air conditioning system failed.  We solicited bids for a heating and air conditioning system.  Among the five companies we heard from Clarke and Rush had the highest level of consumer information and options.  Their salesman was the most knowledgable about all the things you need to know when buying a system.

Yesterday we had a technician do a periodic review.  He went through our system carefully and recalibrated our thermostats, cleaned our systems and generally tuned the system up.  Specifically our condensor was cleaned. At the end of the appointment the tech went through what he had done. For a twice a year service we were very satisfied.

My wife also said the office staff is helpful.  All in all we think the negative reviews are wrong based on our experience.

Jeremy came out within 2 hours!! Diagnosed and serviced my stovetop in less than 1/2 hour. He Showed me the problem and walked me thru it every step of the way. I trusted him and his progressional opinion. Definitely saving his number!! He found the problem right away when another appliance repair guy looked at it less than 24 hours prior and said nothing is wrong with my appliance.

I always receive exceptional service from Aaron. He is very professional and honest. He always keeps in contact regarding parts and appointment times. I am one who asks a lot of questions and like to understand what is going on with the plumbing or AC system. Aaron always takes the time to explain to me and show me how something works and why I am having issues. He is definitely my go to guy for any plumbing or AC needs. He can be trusted for sure!

Installed a new smart thermostat for us and did a service review of our heater. Very nice and professional. He did a thorough once over of our heater with recommendation. And got me all dialed in on the new thermostat. Give these guys a call.

I've been on Lee's maintenance plan for a couple years now and the guy I used to have was awesome but he is no longer with the company. I met Lance, my new technician today and forgot about the other guy right away. I am in the customer service business and Lance has the it factor! From the friendly handshake to his infectious smile this guy is priceless. Not only did he explain everything he did for me in a way I could understand, he took the extra steps in washing down my Carrier Unit and wiping out all of the accumulated dirt inside. He took the extra time to make sure everything was clean, safe and secure. He left making me feel CONFIDENT my AC Unit is in top shape for the dog days of another Woodland summer ahead.
