Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

Was happy at first but then quickly went down hill. After the install i noticed the air didnt seem to be ventilating very well but waited for the 1st inspection. Come to find out they didnt even connect air pipe that brings the air from inside the home to the unit in that attic and required them to come back out. Then it was just inspected by the county and failed that inspection too because the condenser unit's requirements for fuse/ wiring was not enough for what my house is wired with. So now they either have to replaced the unit with a smaller one to meet the requirements or doing a new home run to bring it to code. if they can find a way to resolve this matter sooner than later and make me happier ill gladly modifiy my rating.

Update: company worked with me for resolving the issue quickly and properly and restoring my trust and happiness with them

Lupe came to service our overflowing kitchen sink which resulted in our kitchen and living room to be flooded. He came in with a great, sympathetic and friendly attitude and removed the water and cleared the clog. We had several questions and he answered them with knowledge and confidence! That man deserves a raise!

To all those cat lovers never flush clumping kitty litter down your toilet you will most likely cause your own problems as I did.  I flushed myself

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Our water heater was making knocking noises whenever we use hot water. We had it scheduled for estimate on Sunday and Taqee arrived on time as promised. He did explained everything and we agreed on replacing the water heater. He went back to get a replacement tank and had Larson with him for the help. They were very expedient and meticulous. Definitely will recommend them anytime

We purchased our heating & air conditioning unit from Clarke & Rush in Jan 2005 & they have been taking care of our heating/AC needs ever since. We have purchased their service agreement in recent years & this gives us 2 visits a year to check our system. Scheduling is easy & they now have a 2 hour window which means you don't have to wait all day.  Sergio has been our service technician for the last few visits & he does a great job. He checks the system thoroughly & answers any questions we might have. We will be requesting Sergio again for our next visit!

We had our ducts replaced a few years ago and they have provided semi annual maintenance to our units since then. One unit went out this summer and we had our home warranty cash us out so we can have Crystal Blue perform the install. They are great company. Professional staff and trustworthy. My roommate woke me early to tell me our refrigerator of over 10 years stopped working. The first place I called didn't answer, and when I checked the website they didn't open til 10.  So I searched the top 10 appliance repairs.  Acutech was open. So I called from the website and Jeremy was able to come after his first appointment and then repaired my refrigerator before noon.

Ace replaced my business' old air conditioner with a new efficient a/c in April.  The change out was seamless. They did a little prep work one day, then the next day the crane came and put that baby on the roof. A few hours later it was ready to run.  They didn't disrupt business at all and the new unit is keeping us cool even though it's triple digits outside.

After being pushed around by another company, I was able to make a next day early appointment (0800am-1000am) on short notice with Lee's. Not only did they send me a text message with the picture of the technician coming to my house, they also called me to let me know they were a few minutes away. The technician was very professional and answered any questions I had. He installed a new thermostat, checked the air-conditioning unit, and heater in great time. I would defiantly use this company again based on their professionalism and quality of work.

On a 110 degree Saturday evening, when my house was nearing 90 degrees, I was fortunate enough to make the right call to TJ.  He picked up on the first ring and quickly came to the rescue of me and my three pups.  I was so impressed with his compassion, his kindness, and his knowledge of A/Cs.  He happened to have the correct part on hand and was able to get my A/C up and running within an hour.  I will be forever grateful for his speedy response, calm demeanor, and willingness to help.  Thank you TJ!
