Jc Sewer & Drain are the best! About a year ago they installed a gas line for my dryer and last week they installed a new toilet in my bathroom. Professional from beginning of the job to the end! They respond quickly, call to update on arrival times, they are priced fairly, and they have always clearly explained what each job entailed. The inspector for my gas line permit came out to approve the finished job, asked who had done the job, and then said of course, he should have known, because they do good work! I highly recommend this company and if I could give ten stars, I would!

Charles stopped by to give me an estimate. He explained things to me in layman's terms. If I asked any questions he throughly explained what was going on until I got the picture. Very professional and speedy service. I highly recommend this company.

These may seem like small things but to me, they are everything. I called about replacing a garbage disposal for my Mom in Sun City. We agreed on a price and time and... he showed up when promised, did the work agreed to and for the price. Very polite, professional and cleaned up-I might have actually been cleaner after than before!

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

I had already received estimates on the cost to install a Ring flood light over my garage So, I did not ask about the cost because knew the going rate. In the middle of the job. The older worker turns to me and says This job is going to cost you $700. I was shocked because
this type of job would normally run between  $250 and $300.  I paid for it, however, I will not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone based on over-pricing a basic installation job. I forgot to mention that this price included my senior citizen discount.

Power outage fried our water heater and we were left without hot water in our vacation home. I emailed Chris and he came out the next day and replaced it. It was amazing how fast he was. Great communication. Will contact him again!

Water heater stopped working and we were facing a very cold night and days ahead. We had a late afternoon appointment for trouble shooting. Ryan went the extra mile picking up a new water heater and working late to do the install the same night AND at a reasonable price!

Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

We had our heater issue solved by them in the quickest fashion. Esp., we asked another company earlier who offered an elaborated solution with several thousand dollars, while Comfort Master's solution was only to replace the air filter, which costs $50 or so annually. Nice and easy.

Kitchen disposal was working. Farid was very responsive, clear, to the point, and easy to talk to. He was also very efficient in replacing it. Would 100% recommend to others.

Steve correctly diagnosed my water issue over the phone before he even came to the house! It turned out I needed a few new pipes & a water regulator. He did very good work, quoted a price, stuck to it and completed the job. It involved digging into my lawn quite deep down and he did such a good job putting it back together you can't even tell any work was done now!
