Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in Sacramento CA

On July 8, 2023. I sent the request through Yelp to get bids on replacing a toilet with a brand-new dual-flush toilet. VanGo router was one of the first to respond. We had a misunderstanding about when they would arrive at my home to provide an estimate, and I was left waiting, but it was resolved rather quickly.

The technician that arrived was a young man who appeared inexperienced in doing estimates. I had already received several estimates from other plumbing companies, which were very complete. Initially, his estimate was reasonable. Then I asked him how much he would charge me for picking up the toilet from the hardware store. His response was $200, and informed me that that would be an hour's work.

Several other companies had given me an estimate of $45-$50 to pick up the toilet from the store. I also know from experience it doesn't take an hour to pick up a part from the store. This put his bid above every other estimate. It was very obvious to me, judging by his body language and response, he needed training in providing a work estimate. I gave the job to another company who completed the work the same day and charged me $45 to pick up the part for the job.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and we ended up having to call a plumber. Our home warranty wouldn't make the repair, so we called JC Sewer & Drain and they were able to come out right away, within 2 hours. EJ came and worked on it until he fixed it. I finally have my sink back! I highly recommend these guys, they do great work! Thanks, JC Sewer & Drain!

Always professional, always thorough. I can't say enough about this company. I called about a clogged main line and Charles showed up well within the time frame, even received a text message to let me know he was on his way.

I have called Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain for a few other jobs and have always been impressed with the workers that have come out. I would recommend anyone that finds themselves with a plumbing problem to call them first if you want it done right.

Called Ted and asked him if he could install a gas line for me for a kitchen remodel.  He quoted me and then I told him work was to begin next month and asked him his availability.  And I kid you not, he shouted WHY ARE YOU CALLING  ME NOW? I simply hung up. Ted, if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on potential customers. It's unprofessional and will hurt your business. Next time you feel the urge... take a deep breath and relax. You'll feel better

I came home yesterday evening to find our downstairs bathroom and adjoining laundry room flooded.  I traced the flooding to our downstairs bath shower drain which was overflowing with water even though that shower hadn't been used in months, and no one had been home to use the toilets or run water in the sinks all day.  After mopping up all of the water on the floors. I tried, unsuccessfully, to clear the clogged shower drain with Drano and plungers.  I realized I need a professional, but I did not know who to hire.  So I went online in search of a plumber in the Carmichael area.  Based on some very positive reviews on Yelp, I contact Fig Plumbing.  It was after their normal hours, and not an emergency so I agreed to have someone come out the next morning.  Daniel, the owner, showed up around 8:30am the following morning and soon discovered that the problem was either a broken pipe or a serious clog.  Either way, the problem presented a set of unique challenges due to the fact that our split-level house was built partly below ground so that the downstairs (and the sewer pipes that exit our house run below the main sewer line at the street), and the fact that we had no outside sewer cleanout near the house - only the one near the street. With some creative thinking and hard work, Daniel and his assistant, John, eventually cleared the blockage and got the drains operating better than ever.  I am thankful that I contacted Daniel.   He was extremely professional and his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the area who need a highly competent plumber.  Thanks Daniel, you are the only plumber I will call next time I need one!

Called Oly on a Friday after 7pm regarding a leaking valve and he was at our home the next morning despite having an already full day. He was efficient and respectful of our home. It's nice when you find someone you can rely on and we will definitely call him again next time we are in need of service.

New to our area, I searched Google to find a local plumber.   We had a leak in the piping to the water heater and had no hot water. I called three plumbers and no one was available. I then found Murray Plumbing, out of Placerville, and they said they would be out the next morning.  The owner Ryan and Dayton showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue.  In addition to the leak, we had a scary water pressure issue of 120 psi coming into the house.  They replaced the old pressure regulator and fixed the leak to the water heater.  They worked quickly and replaced and fixed the issues in just a few hours.  We are so happy to have hot water back!

My toilet valve was leaking badly and I called Farid who told me to buy a toilet and he would install it. I bought the toilet and called him. He was here about an hour later. He installed the new toilet and changed the valve, brought down the old toilet (it was an upstairs bathroom) and gave us advice how to dispose of it.  He took his shoes off when walking on the carpet and cleaned the area nicely when done.

So happy with them. Screwed up a plumbing repair and was stuck with a leak and the water turned off for the whole house. Needed help. Within one hour, they came and fixed. Great
