VanGo Rooter was amazing! They are friendly, professional, quick, and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with a plumbing service on Tuesday(they did not correct the issue as well as would not call me back). After contacting our home insurance they stated that the company reported we needed a new toilet(Wednesday) smh. I knew that this was not correct. After requesting a second opinion, they stated they couldn't get a second opinion out until the following week on Monday.

After this I decided to find a company on my own(Thursday).
Then my stress less experience began with VanGo.
They called me back with 5 minutes, and were in our home within the hour to give us a free estimate.
They fixed the backed up toilet within 10 minutes(if that), the same day, for a great price!
I will NEVER go to anyone else for our plumbing issues!

I have used Greer Plumbing several times over the past 10 yrs, and once again they have provided me wonderful service, at a very fair price.  Jeff and his assistant came to my house in Castro Valley and moved a gas line for me, capping another outlet, running a new line to a kitchen stove and a line to the garage in case we ever want a gas dryer.  Figured while pipes are being rerouted, might as well.  The work was clean, quick, they were prompt as scheduled.  Can't complement them enough!

Very happy with this company.  Able to get an appt quickly and Neal was absolutely on time, called to let me know his exact arrival time.  He was very professional, explained everything he was doing and why.  He also wore his mask and used booties when he needed to come into the house.  My 6 month quest to figure out what was leaking finally came to an end ... Hooray!

Our plumber - Stephen designed and installed drains throughout our yard in spring of 2018. He has come over a few times after installation to perfect the system-free of charge. He is always respectful to our family and home.
Boyd plumbing- When calling Boyd directly I've always been greeted with exceptional customer service. I called after hours one evening during a huge storm and left a message with the answering service. Moments after that call ended my phone rang- it was Boyd calling to check in on our family during the storm. They assured me Stephen would be over in the morning. At 7am the office called to gather specifics and Stephen was soon over addressing our concerns.

Awesome service and a very fair price too.  A plumber that really knows what he's doing, and he totally fixed the issue. Above and beyond my expectations. I know who to call if I ever have plumbing issues in the future. A+

I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now.  I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen.  I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty.   I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses.  We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work.  They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to.  Everything works great, and we're stoked.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.

This could have been a day from hell, but Shannon from Murray Plumbing was so great to work with.  He wasn't able to fix my problem, not his fault but tried very hard to fix it.  When we realized someone else would need to come for Septic Tank work he waiting around a few minutes to listen to the other company and what they were telling me to make sure I was spot on.  This kind of customer service or just helping a fellow human is rare these days.  I appreciate this kind of service!

Please be very careful when you contact this business for any type of plumbing repair.  I would definitely seek a second opinion before you allow them to do any work at your home.

I found Paul on Yelp a couple of weeks ago.  He was very fast to respond and easy to work with.  I scheduled an appointment for this morning.  He repaired one of the windows in our kitchen and rehung a towel rack in bathroom.  He did a great job!  I would hire him again.

Love this plumbing company, I called spoke to Farid he said he would be at my house in 30mins he was there in 20mins he was polite, professional and solved my plumbing problem in 5 minutes! He is now my new plumber! Highly recommended!

My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

The sink in my garage overflowed when my son did a load of laundry (the washer drains into the sink) and made a big mess. The sink was not draining and even backed up after I drained the standing water. I called Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain and made an appointment for the following day. Laird showed up on-time and had my drain fixed in under an hour. It's now draining better than it has in the six years I lived in my house. Laird was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I called them to do a gas line installation to add a second quick disconnect. Fast and on time. Quality of work is excellent and what we asked for came out better than expected. I would recommend and will use them again.

I strongly recommend Whest Koast Plumbing. I recently moved into a used home and needed to install 2 new toilets, a new faucet in the kitchen with an air gap and soap dispenser, move the kitchen faucet to the laundry room sink, and install a Grundfos water recirculation system (I was having to wait over 2 minutes to get hot water in the kitchen).  I called Charlie for an estimate appointment and he made arrangements to come over the very next day.  He provided a detailed written estimate w/in 24 hours.  His price was not the lowest or highest of the 6 plumbers estimates I received, but his discussion of the project was the most detailed and through.  While evaluating the job for the estimate Charlie inspected the water heater and suggested I install a new one based on the age of the existing water heater (13+ years old).  If I did, he would adjust the price of the labor for the water recirculation system install.  Charlie recommended a Bradford White RG250T6N water heater and his installation price included the flex lines, expansion tank, drip lag, gas valve, and safety pan.  Charlie called the day before installation to confirm the appointment and then called the morning of to advise me of what time he would arrive.  Charlie, Kevin, and David worked at my home for nearly 8 hours.  They were neat, quiet and very attentive to detail while they worked.  They installed everything as promised and made sure I was happy with each component of the project before moving on to the next.  The invoice at the end of the job was actually slightly less than originally quoted.  Charlie called the next day to see if anything had leaked overnight and he prepared and delivered the permit paperwork in a timely fashion.
