They replaced an outside valve with improper material that wasn't strong enough for the water flow. Blew a hole in my garage and it flooded overnight. They would not cover damages and avoided my lawyer's letters multiple times. Best to avoid this company.

I was very happy with the service and John Harris was very professional.  He helped seal up a closing valve behind the new refrigerator I had replaced where it made ice and current doesn't.  The valve was leaking and he came right out to take cate of it for me snd even provided a note so I could be reimbursed by the company who removed and brought the new refrigerator!  I really appreciated that.  Great job, prompt and very courteous! I would definitely recommend him.

Called Ted about 11am and he answered.   My new washing machine couldnt be hooked up because the water kept flowing from the hot water valve even when main water shut off.  Asked me a couple of questions and for a picture of my valves.  Explained the problem and the cost.   Showed up in under an hour.  Fixed it and hooked up my new washer and dryer.  Very pleasant person.  Very happy customer!

I am very happy with the wonderful and prompt service offered by Detail Plumbing. I had an issue with my kitchen sink and disposal and found that most companies were not able to come out on a Sunday. I am so thankful that Oly was able to come out and he fixed the problem within 20 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and he offers a 2 month warranty, which is amazing. I had a great experience with Boyd Plumbing.  They were able to problem solve the issues and were very honest with their fix.  They unclogged my toilets, sinks, and showers due to a main clog in my sewer system.  Jon was very professional and respectable. I sent out a number of solicitations for a plumber to come out and provide us an estimate on some plumbing work in our master bath room.  My wife and I were extremely impressed when Jason not only showed up on time but gave us a thorough explanation of our plumbing issue and what we needed to do to get it repaired.  This would definitely be a company that I would use again.

I reached out to Jason and his team did an excellent work installing pumps and redoing some shady electrical work that was under my deck.  They worked under terrible weather during the December storms and were very professional during the entire process.  Cleanup was detailed and the end result was solid.

Best plumber ever!! We had our downstairs toilets clog and water back up in the bathtubs. I called several other places who all told me they were booked for the weekend and would not be able to come out until a few days later. John came out within 30 minutes of me calling!! He knew where the drain was even before ringing the doorbell and got to work immediately. Reasonable price too.
He was very nice and explained in detail what was wrong (the design). If it clogs back up, I know who to call right away!

Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

My heater went out this week and I was so stressed that it was going to cost a fortune. Kaycy went above and beyond for me! She first troubleshooted the problem and when that didn't work she had her technician come out. He fixed the problem within a few minutes and gave me an exceptional price! I will recommend Comfort Master from this point forward! Absolute incredible service!!

10 stars if I could!  New homeowner and we had a leaky toilet and they replaced and hauled away two today.  I contacted them at 245 PM on a Saturday to request a quote on the work/install/replacement/haul away and it is not even 615 PM on the same day and I have two new toilets installed with no leaks and no old toilets to throw away.  Beyond happy with the price and work.  I honestly didn't even get the man's name he was so quick but I think it was Safi.  He was courteous and better than prompt and clean.  Couldn't be happier!  I will absolutely be calling them again if I ever have another plumbing need.  Thank you!

Second time having Halls come out. What can I say, excellent service both times and quality work. Very responsive and professional. Came out to take a look at the problem(s) and had time to fix it that very moment. My only gripe...cause I'm cheap and lazy is price was a bit steep. Was it competitive with other companies providing the same quality work and service...don't know, I didnt do my due diligence to get multiple quotes from multiple companies. I picked a well rated company based on my Yelp investigations and I wasn't disappointed.

Amazing service! Had my sump pump in my pool replaced. They knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it no time. 6 months later, the pump was jammed and the circuit breaker was tripping.I called them out an they came out the same day I called, fixed it, and it all works! I'm glad I went with whest koast plumbing, one of the few decisions I made right when I moved into my new home in Roseville!

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!
