We love Better B! I own a business in Midtown Sacramento. Over the years we've had a handful of plumbing issues. Better B is always super accommodating and has been able to come same day each time. Their technicians are friendly and always get the job done quickly. We are so grateful for them. Highly recommend! We only use them.

Found this company browsing through Yelp! Well guess I can give my review. To bad I couldn't give them 5 stars like everyone else has. I called and nobody answered. I did receive a call back pretty quickly which was very nice! I talked to Ted and told him my toilet and tub were clogged. He then proceeds to ask me questions and asked if I live in a older home! I said yes it's an older home,. He says * That's a job for Rotor Rooter* I said aren't you open 24 hours!! He says yeah all my guys are busy and booked up right now! Oh really but you can ask questions and find out it's an older house and send me off to someone else! Your 26+ years of Experience shows a lot Ted... I'll definitely be glad to take my business else where!!  If you have a older home this is definitely not your guy...

My first impression when they came out was that they seemed pretty good. They said it could take a few days as they needed to reach out to their parts suppliers. But as I waited for their quote on the job, it never appeared. I had several plumbers out for estimates so I didn't bother calling back. It's been about a month and a half since they came out, still no quote. Not like I need it at this point, just sayin'.

Daniel and Andrew were extremely professional and took pride in their work. They work well as a team  and were very respectful of my home. Thankyou I appreciate you both.

This guy is a problem solver!  The best plumber in Sacramento.  And trust me, I know because he's finished +50 jobs big, small and unknown problems solved!

My plumbing fix was quick, easy to understand quotes, clear communication and respectable staff.  
A technician came out and assessed my master shower issue (only really hot or very cold water). Within an hour I had 2 quotes to choose from to remedy the issue.  The work was completed the very next morning.  Couldn't be happier with the service and I would call them in the future for any issues.

Despite the fact of the urgency of my repair at home , No one shown up on the time agreed upon neither called nor even informed of not being able to attend , just left me waiting.

Glad I didn't have a deal with such a work ethics company that might drive my project to a disaster!

Response time was quick and our attic water leak was repaired in a timely matter thus preventing further ceiling damage.

I had a leak with my kitchen faucet that had pex fittings.  I called a lot of plumbers that said they worked with pex before and when they came to my house they said they couldn't do it.  I called plumbing care and they sent a technician and he fixed my problem with ease.  I really appreciate them fixing my leaky and now stress free.  I will use plumbing care for now on with any of my plumbing need.  Thanks  plumbing care

WOW, can you say speedy service or not? When I booked H & M Plumbing to come service our dishwasher today, John showed up in less than 30 minutes!! I was pleasantly shocked! I called H & M Plumbing for a quote to unclog our dishwasher drainage line and John was extremely fair with price and said he could head on over now. I was very impressed with his plumbing knowledge and he even taught me how to fix it in case it happened again! What plumber would do such a nice thing? John, of course! I will definitely call H & M Plumbing again for any future service as he was very professional, extremely responsive to the call and need, beyond fair for pricing and very efficient with his work! Thank you for the amazing service John and H & M Plumbing! You saved us today from having to hand wash any more dishes for the time being!

I called comfort masters with a problem with my AC unit they were unable to send someone out right away due to their workload. However they diagnosed the problem with my AC unit over the phone have the parts waiting for me when I got to their shop and direct me on how to install it. I brought the parts home in 30 minutes my AC was back up and running thank you comfort masters

I called this company for my water heater issue which it was not giving us hot water luckily same day they send their technicians to figure out the problem diagnose the issue and fixed it in less then 2 hours. I recommend to all it's really reliable responsible responsive with reasonable price.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink
Called two plumbers and no one could find where the leak was coming from.
Then I called JK PLUMBING Elk Grove
Alik came and checked out the leak for me and found out that it was leaking from the kitchen faucet handle
Luckily he had new faucet in his van and he was able to replace it right away!!

I called to have a clogged sink fixed, they responded quickly and made quick work of unclogging it. Other than some water leaking onto the floor which we just fixed using  towel service was great and they got the job done.
