This company is fantastic. They came out the next morning and cleared our washer machine drain line. They did work no other company would do. Brandon was great. Had to snake the line twice and got the water flowing.They are very reasonably priced, honest, fast, nice and give a 90 day warranty. PS. Brandon was funny too.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderful working with Peter! My hot water heater died, and I'm sure my timing was lucky but still Peter arrived half an hour after I called and the new water heater was in three hours later. Peter is unbelievably kind, and clearly finds joy in his work and joy in helping others. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Eddie is a fantastic plumber.  Talked me thru the whole process to fix the sewer issue. Explained and showed the cause.  And went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved.  I will use him again if needed!!!

Guys from Snappy Rooters just replaced water hose to the water heater.  Great job !!!!  Arrived on time, replaced hose, and out in 15 minutes.  Highly recommended!!!!

We had a great experience! Had an emergency situation and Kaelen was able to fit us in on the day of a sewer backup at our rental property. He assessed the situation and made a recommendation. As it was later in the day, he returned the next morning to install a clean out on the property (didn't have one), fix the part of the pipe that was broken and removed the roots that were causing the problems! Provided a written estimate and that is exactly what we paid. We highly recommend!!

My garbage disposal began leaking Saturday night as I was washing dishes. I had water everywhere. Even though it was after 10 pm, Zoom contacted me very quickly. I was impressed that they had all 5 star reviews. I asked if they had any Sunday appointments and was told yes. They promised to call in the morning with an available time - Which They Did!!! Drew on the phone was very helpful and professional. Jessie was the technician who installed my new disposal. It was great that he had one on his truck. He was very considerate about my house and property. He was polite and kept me informed and did a quick and efficient job. My new disposal works great. I am happy to give them an excellent review and I would recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you.

Our kitchen sink was totally clogged. Called in the morning and got an appointment the same day a couple of hours later. The work was excellent, Leo was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable. Great experience!

I want to let everyone know that this company and especially Ted was GREAT!!! He was fast, quick, easy and VERY reasonable.  My water heater died.. I called Ted at 7am and by 12noon had hot water and a new water heater... that didn't break the bank.  THANK YOU TED !! I appreciated all your hard work and being just as kind.

I had both my HVAC and water heater replaced by Ducks Plumbing. It turns out both were ancient and I decided to replace them instead of wasting more money fixing them.

This was one of those times that I was very thankful for Yelp.  Had a shower issue, I called and got a visit within 2 hours.  Very prompt and called right before they were going to come.  He even took a look at all my sinks before he left.  Very well priced, much better than Roto-rooter.  By all means call them!

Won't be recommending or using this business again. After my first contact with the I scheduled another for last Tuesday.  Called the Friday before to see if I could change the scope of work as I had another pressing plumbing issue.  No response.  Called Tuesday an hour after they were due,no response.  Called again 4 hours later, still received no response.guess the amount of money I paid the first time was enough.  Called my reliable Bell Brothers to fix my plumbing.

We had an emergency and we called reliable plumbers and the response within 10 minutes and come over fixed outer leak under sink. Very reasonable price and awesome attitude. We highly recommend to all. Thank you

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

He came out same day and fix my issue. It's prices are a little high at overall but he came out fix my shoes same day cleaned out my sewage line and got my Plumbing working again. I would definitely use this guy again great response rate

We had a 30 point inspection by Bell Brothers recently. John Tedui was a knowledgable technician and informed us our blower motor needed replacement. He did a good job but furnace filters were not replaced as I expected they would be. Also I was disappointed that the motor which was removed was left in the attic. : (

Talk about a Merry Christmas!! My hot water heater stopped working at the coldest part of the year just before Christmas.  I didn't need a Huge plumbing bill at this time.  I called Galt Plumbing and they responded super fast!  Gene came out and was totally professional and fixed the problem immediately.  New parts and a new wax seal on a broken bathroom too!  Very fast, efficient, professional AND at a REASONABLE PRICE!!  You have a confirmed customer for life!! I can't thank you enough.  It's so good to see a local business with true professionals and ethics.
