August was very patient with my family, which I appreciated. It's been a rough start of the year for my parents here in Ontario, so with the sudden plumbing issue, A& A teams patience, timely arrival, & service deserves more than 5 stars, they were quick and professional . Thank you!

Our water heater had been giving us trouble for quite a while. The hot water would not last for even a short shower. The first company that came out wanted to replace the whole unit. We called Priority and they came out right away. Tino was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the necessary part at a fraction of the cost. They were friendly and more importantly, they were honest and efficient. Thank you Priority, we won't use anyone else!

Good work, but very high prices.  Waited one day to be served because of good reviews.  Was charged $175 to clear kitchen drain, and wanted $215 to install a 3-hole wide faucet.  The $215 was because he was a perfectionist, and the job would take hours.  I declined and had it done by a licensed plumber for $100.  It took one hour total. Ads in mailer offer drain cleaning for about $50.

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

This was the second time I have used them. Same old story! This time for replacing a hose bib that would not shut off. Professional, courteous,  on time, reasonable pricing. Basically the same as all other reviews. I would never contact anyone else!

I called Jeff the the morning after a long holiday weekend.  He came over right away and took care of our clogged sink.  He cleaned up everything the way he found it and the price was very reasonable.   I will use Jeff again and would recommend him.

Saw a small drip leaking at faucet next to door entrance. Got many quotes from plumbers on Yelp but Drain Edge Rooter was first to respond and clarify that it's not a faucet but a Water Pressure Regulator leaking. I felt comfortable that they identified and knew what they were doing. They were professional and responsible. I ended up paying double the initial estimate but the payment is not my concern because I agreed to it but the next day, my sprinklers popped off and the water pressure from the sprinkler line shot into the sky was very high. When we turned off our shower, pressure was stronger in the house.

When they came out, they tested the pressure and it was 82 and since there's a small leak they said it's more like 85-90. They changed the whole manifold pipes and adjusted the pressure down to 50ish and everything looked great bc no more drip, but within a day, we still notice same pressure coming from house but it seems the water pressure is even higher.

We called to report what happened with the water pressure after they changed the part and they say they are not responsible. They  mentioned something about putting a separate pressure regulator on the sprinkler system but if the home has been built since 1990 without a sprinkler regulator and didn't have issues or have a separate regulator, why do they suggest we get one after they came to change our whole water pressure regulator at the front door?

Just disappointed. They were quick to respond before we paid them for a job but when an issue related to the job was brought up, they wiped their hands clean and said they're not responsible and suggested getting separate regulator, even though this home never needed one for 40 years until after they worked on our premises. (Shaking our head) Makes no sense at all and they should be able to make more sense.

I had a leak under my utility sink yesterday and I called Paul with Olson's Plumbing. Paul, the owner was very responsive to my needs. He responded immediately to my phone call and he arrived as promised; he has done an awesome job fixing my leak, something he had to undo due to my prior plumber mediocre job; Paul quoted me the price on the spot and stuck to it even though it took him a bit longer because of all the issues he had to fix once he opened up the drywall.  I would definitely recommend Paul for any plumbing needs. If you are looking for an experienced, excellent and honest plumber with reasonable prices look no further than Olson's Plumbing. Thanks, Paul.

David was called in by another plumbing company (On Time Rooter and Plumbing) because they didn't have the exact equipment to do the cleaning of our drain line. Props to Cesar and Alberto at On Time for coming out and sharing business with Fixx It. This kind of honest cooperation is exactly what we all want in service professionals. And politicians. Thank goodness we get it now and then. That's why I'm writing this review: vote for the best!

David came to our home and tried to clear out our drain line, but it was impossible. He was leaving and I followed him out and talked with him and said something like Hey, I need to give you some money. He said something like Well, maybe $20. And this was after he tried for almost an hour to snake my lines! Seriously, I had to bring up the matter of money or he would have just left without asking for anything. I did give him more than $20 and he said that he might want to try one more technique: hydrojetting, though he made no guarantees.

David came back the next day and hydrojetting cleared my line. Success! David was very clear this was a temporary fix and I need to replace my drain lines. I know that's true, but no one else even went to the trouble of giving hydrojetting a try. Since David did, I hope I have a year or so to use my bathroom while getting ready for a remodel. I'm very happy with that.

David was honest, articulate, competent, committed, and successful. There is nothing more a customer could ask for.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Mike and son were extremely professional in detecting and replacing a leaking main water valve in the front yard. They were done in a matter of two hours. Extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Even came out on a holiday with no extra charge, very honest and respectable people. Will be calling for all future plumbing needs!

Had a wonderful experience with Jay and Specialty Air.  They installed an a/c unit into our home two years ago and we haven't encountered any problems whatsoever.  It was a very quick installation process and they made it as painless and possible.

We received 5 bids and they were right in the middle....

We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Needed the water supply lines replaced in may garage and knew I couldn't do it myself. Got in contact with this Handyman through yelp and he confirmed a time very quickly. He showed up to his appointment on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. Will certainly have him help with future projects.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Neri was recommended to us by a neighbor of ours who has used him several times, and I can honestly say he's the best plumber we've ever hired. We have used him now for 3 different plumbing jobs over the past few weeks (leaky bathroom sink which required new faucet and supply lines, clogged kitchen drain, and installation of new valves for washer and dryer). On all 3 jobs, Neri gave us a very fair and honest price, showed up on time, always explained everything to us thoroughly and politely, used high quality materials, and got the job done perfectly and quickly. He is now our go to guy for all our plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him...you will not be disappointed.

Ramon re-piped our entire house and we couldn't be happier with his services. They came when they were supposed to and did everything we had agreed upon. They re-piped our entire 2,700 sq ft 2 story house in just one day like promised. There were many workers. Then his drywall patch people came the following day and in one full day and just a few hours on the third day everything was patched up and the texturing matched perfectly. We still can hardly believe it. It's a horrible thing to have to re-pipe your entire house but if you have to do it go with Ramon. You won't be sorry. I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

I needed to replace the corroded 3 shut off values, underneath Kitchen sink. Juan responded to my phone call promptly. He was available the next day, and quoted a reasonable price.

Juan arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job. I noticed a slight leak after he left. He came back a few minutes later to fix it. It  just needed tightening.
