Best Water Heater Repair in Riverside CA

I found Ezequiel on Yelp as I was looking for a plumber due to a ruptured water pipe.  I called him on a Friday evening and he actually showed up that same evening to inspect the damage.  He rebuilt the entire section that was damaged in no time.  Polite, professional and friendly. Will definitely be recommending him.

I rarely use plumbing services BUT when your water heater gives out you don't have a choice. I actually called about 10 different places before deciding to go with A&A plumbing. I think it's because from the very beginning with the phone conversation, I believe I actually spoke with one of the owners August. He was very cordial and polite. The other places cut me off rather quickly and or said they wouldn't have any availability for about a week. I actually left a message for A&A plumbing and they called me back later that day. He let me know that he would be able to send a technician the following day early in the morning. He also apologized for not being able to accommodate me sooner. The actual technician by the name of Jesse is really the reason I am writing this review. Jesse was an absolute pleasure to have as a technician. He was very well experienced and had initially tried to see if he could fix my water heater before actually recommending anything else. I already had it set in my head that I needed a new one, just by looking at the age of the water heater (17 years old) I already knew. Jesse re-ignited my water heater and it actually stayed on for a bit and he even waited and checked it again. That's when we noticed it kept shutting off. He gave me options as far as how to fix the problem. He said I could replace parts or replace the whole thing. That was nice of him to offer options like that! I didn't want to have any further issues so I told him I wanted to replace the entire thing. He agreed and set me up for the next day to get it replaced. Jesse came with another technician early in the morning as promised and even finished in the time he told me he'd finish (2 hours). Him and his partner were very professional and maintained covid precautions. After they were finished, Jesse did a run through of everything they did and explained the labor warranty and the water heater warranty. He is very thorough and I can see that he very much enjoys his job. I definitely recommend this company. If all the other technicians are as awesome as he was then you can bet that A&A will keep prospering. For those inquiring about prices, after calling multiple companies it seems like they all run about the same price. Trust me it wasn't cheap BUT it's a necessity for me and I didn't mind using my tax money for hot water for my family. Thanks again! :)

OMG! They were absolutely amazing . I had no idea what was wrong with my hot water heater and after calling them and talking to them we figured out it was a small problem that could be fixed easily. They sent out Pete and he did a wonderful  job. They gave me a price over the phone and thats the price i actually ended up paying. I would definitely recommend them. Give them a call, great work and super trustworthy.

I was very impressed by this company. Alex responded to my call immediately and within 2 hours was at my home replacing my water heater. It was a Saturday and I had guests at my home and he assured me that he would get me hot water soon and that is exactly what he did. Pricing was reasonable and the heater and his work came with a warranty. I would recommend this company

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

These guys are a perfect mixture of caring and professionalism!  Thanks for the good and expedient work in repairing our slab leak.

A plumber who comes the next day, at the time estimated, and has great manners? Where has Jeff been all my adult life?

We had issues with our garbage disposal and Jeff was able to fix it within ten minutes. He even took the time to teach me how to fix it myself if I should encounter issues in the future and left me with the wrench to do so complimentary.

He and his wife are a great team, with his wife handling the admin side and Jeff coming out to do his magic. I appreciated his honesty when I asked him to take a look at our tub drain. He declined to charge me more for removing the clog and told me that I had all the right tools already.

Jeff was courteous upon arrival and offered to wear a mask and remove his shoes immediately upon entry. I've met others who decline or roll their eyes at such simple requests, but Jeff was more than happy to oblige.

I will use Rocky Rooster in the future and am more than happy to refer him to others.

I was in need of a plumber ASAP and thankful to have found this company. I had some issues with the plumbing that was unexpected and my husband was unable to fix the issue we tried what we could do but needed an expert. Isaiah was the expert we needed he knew what to do in a timely manner.

He investigated the entire situation and recommended a couple of things to us, he is priced fair for the work and quality he does. I would definitely keep his info in hand for any future things that may arise. And would recommend him to anyone I know.

Paul was very responsive, professional and fair. Came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Initially, we called to have our cold water line to the washer checked because only hot water came out. David came and fixed our problem, he saw that the connections were crossed when the washer was first installed (my mistake). He then found that the cold water spigot was leaking. Both bibs were really old and he was able to replace them. He took the time to explain so much to me, I appreciated his knowledge.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

My 20-year-old water heater, picked the week of Thanks Giving to, shall we say, meet it's maker (Rheem ?!!?), shuffle off its Mortal Coil, Bite the Dust. Well... at least it went out with a bang. Needless to say, a difficult week to find anyone repairing anything!

Whenever possible I will use small owner-operated businesses. These can be hit and miss, but the large corporate businesses simply can't match the level of knowledge, quality, and integrity you get when you find the right small business. In this regard I find Yelp ratings very relevant. Along with a great rating, AccuServe has a state contractors license, is bonded, and has no complaints at the BBB. Its like winning the plumbers' trifecta!

Mike and I had several rounds of text messages and phone calls to work out the details and price for the job. In all our correspondence, Mike was articulate, prompt, courteous. His quote matched our actual cost. Never any pressure.

The work was done on schedule, as promised. No surprises. Workmanship was great. He left the water heater closet in far better shape than he found it.

This is a small business, and in my opinion, the owner Mike, takes pride in his work, knows his craft, is ethical, communicates and presents himself well, and takes his life-long career path seriously. His son, Shane, who is learning the craft from his father, was also professional and courteous.

I called Specialty Air the first time back in 2014 during a heat wave.  Temperatures were pushing 100 when my air conditioner flaked out.  As you can imagine, this was the worst possible time to have to call for service. All of the companies were overwhelmed, and many weren't even returning calls, but Specialty Air returned my call, and set up an appointment for only a few days out.  I was so relieved.  

Coy was the technician deployed for that first service, and he got me up and running that day.  He was fantastic. He took the time to explain exactly what was broken, and explained what he needed to do to fix it.  As a value add he even took the time to show me how to do a bit of troubleshooting on my own should another problem like the one I'd experienced re-appear (he showed me how to change out a fuse, and left me with an extra in case it blew again).  

Fast forward a year, and my AC flaked out again.  Once again, it was during a heat wave.  This time I ended up working with the owner himself, Jay, who was incredibly professional and skilled.  I apparently had another electrical issue that caused both my thermostat and the control board to blow.  Jay carefully diagnosed both issues separately to make sure both parts had to be replaced.  He charged me for the parts, but refused payment for labor because Specialty had been out to my place with such a similar issue before.  I was blown away, and incredibly touched by this honorable decision on his part.

Then a few months ago, my AC choked once again.  I had company just in from out of town, and, of course, it was pushing 95 degrees.  Coy came out again, and did the diagnostic work.  This time, he traced the issue to the electrical wiring that ran through the attic.  The wire was worn and frayed and it was causing a short that was triggering the issues.  In fact, it may have been what caused all of the problems dating back to the year before.  He called another technician in to assist, ran new electrical wiring, and got me up and running that same day.  And he didn't charge me a penny for the work.  Once again - I was completely blown away!

Troubleshooting an issue as complicated as this one is always a process of elimination.  It was a long journey to find the root cause of my air conditioner issues, but that's just part of the process.  Specialty Air took care of me every step of the way.  They stood behind their work and were more than generous with me.  This is such a rare trait in businesses these days.  Any shop can come out, diagnose a simple issue, and fix it.  But what about when your issue turns out to be a complicated mess?  That's when you want a company like Specialty Air.  They patiently and methodically worked through the electrical system of my air conditioner, using process of elimination troubleshooting, until they resolved the issue.  And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg through the process.

I really can't say enough nice things about the company as a whole, and about Coy and Jay in specific.  If you are looking for a company to service your air conditioner, look no farther than Specialty Air.  These guys are a class act.

I really want to take the time to thank Robert for all of his hard work & dedication to his craft.. Robert was blessed with the ability to fix almost anything.. I've thrown ceiling fans at him to do, to hanging pictures, to doing electrical work, to putting together difficult pieces of furniture, he repaired my lighting in my home, hung some tv's with no wiring showing, and he even helped with fixing the wiring to my sprinkler system.. Robert  goes over , above & beyond to get the job done..  What I like about Robert is that he doesn't candy coat anything & if he can't do it, he'll let you know, I had one handy man that almost set my house on fire because he thought he knew what he was doing.. Luckily for me, Robert was available to make that wrong a right. Now, I sleep good at night knowing that my house has been worked on by someone with great competence.. Again, thank you Robert for all of your hard work......

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

Thomas is hands down the best licensed and insured  plumber in Orange County. Definitely should be used for your plumbing needs

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

These guys are the best. I don't usually give reviews but I felt I needed to jump on and give them 5 stars. Juan/Angel and team was great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with changing out the shower valves of our 30 year old valves and install the new Moen posi-temp. They also provide competitive pricing compared to their peers.
