Best Water Heater Repair in Riverside CA

Our twenty year old water heater was on its last leg. The pilot kept going out. We called several places late Friday night after we had a certified professional come out and check it and quoted us a ridiculous price to replace it and charge an extra 10 year warranty for it. Ezequiel was the only one that returned our call that night he was honest, fair, friendly and quoted us a good price over the phone to remove and install a new water heater, the same one the other guys wanted to sell us. Ezequiel was at our home first thing Saturday morning completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. We are definitely calling Ezequiel for other projects we have on our to do list.

I had called out another plumbing company to check out our kitchen sink because it was backing up. They not only didn't fix the problem but tried to up charge me to $900. This didn't sit well with me so I gave August a call. He was totally honest with me and helped me out that very same day! He was professional and fixed our sink super quick and at a much much lower price. August is great and really cares about his customers. He is so knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving him a call anytime I need plumbing services.

The morning our water heater stopped heating, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. I spoke to Jason over the phone and immediately felt comfortable.  The plumber arrived later that afternoon and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. My husband was impressed with the plumbers skills and professional attitude. The problem was solved in just over 6 hours without it costing us an arm and a leg. I will be calling them again if/when we have plumbing issues! Thanks Jason!!

Andrew came out to our home and quickly assessed  the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us the issue. He quoted us and fixed the problem the same day! This company was recommended to us by a family friend and we were not disappointed! The service was efficient and handled in timely fashion. Thank you! The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

I had a bad leak under my kitchen sink that another plumber tried to fix but was unsuccessful. I contacted Dan through Yelp on Sunday and he came early Monday morning and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. His fee is reasonable and well worth it! Thank you Dan.  I will definitely be calling you again for any plumbing needs.

...Three days after the move in to our new house we had the unpleasant surprise that we needed major plumbing work.
Initially we called our home warranty company to have one of their contractors fix the issue without us having to pay out of pocket but we had a huge issue with their work and their willingness to work with our scheduling.
Unfortunately nothing is ever as it seems, after three days of working with another company and getting no real assistance I desperately contacted Drain Edge Rooter and a handful of other plumbers around 12pm. I immediately heard back from Isaiah with Drain Edge who was more than willing to come out that same day by 5pm and create a plan to get us back to using our toilets and showers. Isaiah and his team showed up that same day assessed the problem and determined the issue (a main line pipe under our front yard that has been been busted and blocked by the roots of a large magnolia tree). Isaiah gave us a quote to fix the entire issue and had his team working each chance they had.
On day two of digging into the ground --what they believed was going to be a 5ft dig-- they discovered the set up of piping meant that they were actually going to have to dig 10ft deep instead. True to their initial quote for the job, they completed the extra work using the all man power they had to and did not try to charge us ore since we had entered a contract with them.  
The additional dept, of course, prolonged the time it would take to finish but luckily Drain Edge understood the importance of us being able to use our plumbing as it was intended. They cleared the pipes enough so that we could use our plumbing normally. Drain Edge came back and worked all day till 10pm finishing the job.
Isaiah was very clear that the job was not done until the dirt was back in the hole and the yard was as close as it could be to when they started and would not accept payment until our requested permit was signed off and the dirt was put back.
While we hated having to go through this experience we really felt like we were in great hands with this team. We will certainly call them for our future plumbing needs.

Olson's plumbing was able to come out & clear my kitchen sink drain within an hour if my request on yelp. Service was prompt, friendly & Covid-safe. My kitchen sink is draining perfectly now! Will definitely call Olson's for future needs!

I had an emergency on a Saturday and couldn't find an available plumber--my plumber of many years has retired.  David Garcia was referred to me, and he called me and promptly arrived 20 minutes later.  My job required opening up a hole in the wall behind a shower, and I just have to say that I have now found my new plumber for future jobs.  He was WONDERFUL....courteous, respectful of my home, and very knowledgable.  He got the job done beautifully in a clean, efficient manner, and his price was absolutely reasonable for the work he put in.  I highly recommend this plumber...I had a good feeling about him when we spoke on the phone and I was right!  Don't hesitate to call him!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

I hired Robert to assemble a glider swing.  He and his helper put it together quickly and thoroughly at the price quoted.  He also took a look at another minor repair, explained what I needed, and recommended someone who could do it.  I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again.

You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

We had another plumber that came to see us with the same issue Nairi helped us with and not only did the issue not get fixed last time the 2nd time caused water leakage in our roof! We ended up contacting Nairi for another opinion and he not only FIXED the issue he came in with confidence knew exactly what was going on and made sure he felt the issue was fixed he is very reasonable price. I WILL use him again..

We had a leak under our sink. Gunnar came out and quickly told me what the problem was and fixed it - turns out the cover on our air gap was loose so water from the countertop would drip down ‍He did an excellent job and didn't make me feel dumb for the solution being such an easy one.

Did a wonderful job coming out on a Saturday night and referred me to a wonderful company that took care of the septic tank. I will definitely keep this company's name on file as well as refer them. In fact, I am referring them to my sister-in-law today

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

Great service. They showed up early to appointment and were knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciate their honesty and reliability. I would trust them to do the right thing if there was an issue during a job.
