Can't say enough good things about August. He is very patient and wants the customer to understand the process. He is fair and honest.

The morning our water heater stopped heating, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. I spoke to Jason over the phone and immediately felt comfortable.  The plumber arrived later that afternoon and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. My husband was impressed with the plumbers skills and professional attitude. The problem was solved in just over 6 hours without it costing us an arm and a leg. I will be calling them again if/when we have plumbing issues! Thanks Jason!!

Excellent Service from this business! Our water heater needed to be replaced. We reached out to them, they called us right back, reasonably priced, came out and installed the water heater next day. Andrew was our service person, he did a great job, made sure everything was in working order before he left, cleaned up the area where he was working, disposed of the old water heater. The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

Hands down an amazing experience with Alec at Winder Plumbing. Not only did he give me an exact quote and options on service, he had to come back a second day to finish repairs and kept his original price. He was very punctual, courteous, and you can tell he prides himself in his work and the final outcome. Thank you Alec, I will use your services again in the future!

We had used Rocky Rooter a couple of years ago and decided to call them again about a couple of plumbing issues. Called on Thursday and scheduled a visit by Jeff on Friday. Jeff was able to get our bathroom sink unplugged and fixed our shower faucet all within a half hour. Great service at a fair price!

I would like to thank Richard Olson and his crew for helping us out. Richard went out of his way (literally) to help us with our bathroom issues. They saved us time and money by not having to tear up bathroom or build a new clean out on the side of the house to solve the problem. Richard was very responsive and polite when speaking to him over the phone. He's a straight shooter and it's great to get answers from someone like him because you know what you have to do to fix your plumbing issues.
I would absolutely recommend Richard and Olson's plumbing any time you have issues, questions or concerns. They will be our first point of contact if and when we have plumbing issues in the future.

We needed our main line cleaned out because we woke up to toilets that wouldn't flush. I called, they quoted me a price, and gave me a time frame for their arrival. They arrived a little early (yay!) and were done quickly. David was polite and professional. The price we paid was the same as the quote on the phone. He didn't try to push any other services on us, like other companies often do. If we encounter another plumbing problem, we'll definitely call them again.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Two months after first contacting Accuserve, we called him again for a blocked drain. He arrived with his son on time, gave us options to decide on that varies in price, and then fixed the blockage. It's not everyday you meet an honest business that will not try to upsell but genuinely just really want to help you out. Thank you so much! We're so happy we have someone we can trust take care of our plumbing needs.

Unfortunately I'm out $680 because of dishonest employee. I called specialty air to come fix my air conditoner to cool my house down. The technician led me to believe leveling my refrigerant would fix the problem. After the technician leveled my refrigerant and charge me $680 he tells me I have to also replace my ducts(which cost thousands and I don't have) for air to flow properly. So that's when I realized there's no point in running air conditioner since its not going to cool down the house(I wished he would of told me that before hand or else I would of never agreed). So not only does my air conditioner not work properly but I now feel like I got screwed out of a lot of money and got nothing in return. I called back and spoke to the owner and tried to ask for a partial refund. I basically argued that I got mislead by the technician. The owner sounded like he didn't  care about accommodating his customers so I was force to hang up. I would never call them back or recommend them.

Called him in dire need of an emergency faucet repair. He came to my house in 2o mins and did an amazing job. Also fixed and replaced some valves. Fair priced and very nice.

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

My toilet was clogged and the plunger didn't seem to do the job. After several days of trying I decided I needed more help. Your plumber arrived at the exact time scheduled to do the job in under 30 minutes. It turns out someone was flushing socks down the sink and we had a clog. Everything is working better than ever and I can't thank them enough for being as helpful as they were during the whole process.

On Monday Justin came out to fix a clogged drain in our bathtub. He did an excellent job of analyzing the problem and clearing out the drain. He is very knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain everything that he did to clear the clog. I am very satisfied with the job that he did. I've been a customer of Parzival Plumbing for quite a few years now and they have always done an excellent job for me. I definitely recommend them to fix any plumbing problems you may have.

Don't be fooled by their five star Yelp rating you need hold on to your wallet with this place because all they want to do is price gouge their customers. They tried charging me $1,100 for a repair that cost $10.46 in parts and one hour of labor.  Ramon seemed like a nice guy over the phone and he showed to look at the sewer clean out that my tractor driver pulled out on accident.  Then he tells me it will cost $1,100 to fix and when I told him price is crazy he said the other guys would do the job for over $2K.  That's a flat out lie and he is just looking to take advantage of customers that don't know any better.  I ended up paying Ramon/Tri-city plumbers $165 to locate the sewer pipe which took 15 minutes since he was already on site, but even the $165 is stupidly priced.  Afterwards, I drove 7 minutes down the road to Hirsch plumbing supply bought a cuppling and a cap.  The supply store gave me a short piece of 4 round pipe they had lying around.  I drove back to my house dug out the rest of the area and installed the parts and filled the hole.  With drive time it took me an hour.  But if Tri-City hadn't tried to gouging me to begin with I would've just paid them to do the job and not have had to waste an hour of my time.  

I almost never write bad reviews, or reviews at all, but I just had to with this company.   Find a different plumber.  There's plenty out there that don't try taking advantage of their customers!

I'm adding to this review because I just got a call from Ramon who was very aggressive with me on the phone regarding my post.  He told me I was shady for posting a bad review and tried justifying his insanely high $1,100 quote but saying he is trying to run a business.  Very bad idea to call me to try and make me feel bad about posting an honest review.  He should have apologized and tried to make it better and instead he made the situation worse, shame on you Ramon.

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

I can attest that all the reviews of this company are legit since I also used their service today. I contacted a few plumbing companies through Yelp, and Juan responded quickly. He was very professional and courteous. He was very easy to talk to. He charged us fairly for all the 3 toilets they fixed. No hidden charges at all! They also provide 1 year warranty for parts and labor.
I highly recommend this company!
