Quick response to my phone call arrived on time and Jesse was very professional and helpful thank you for the work you did.

I spoke directly with the owner, Jason, one of the many benefits of a small company, who was willing to walk me through the problems I was experiencing with my hot water heater over the phone. He had requested I send over some photos to better determine what was going on. I was hoping it was a simple replacement of the Pressure Relief Valve, but that did not prove to be the case. After agreeing the water heater needed to be replaced, Jason gave me the pricing of several models and the pros/cons of the different choices. In the end, I decided to go with a 50 gallon Bradford White. All of this was done within the same day, it was late afternoon when I decided to through with the new hot water heater installation.  Jason and his helper showed up the following morning and got right to work, They had no problem answering my questions and took the time to explain each step to me.

If you're need in need of plumbing help give Jason a call. I promise you will not be disappointed. You don't get 5 stars unless you deserve it and I think this is the case for these guys.

I messaged several companies regarding my Moen shower not working. Alex got back to me and asked if I was the original owner of house. He asked this because I may be under warranty. That was the only company that asked that. That impressed me!! He did make a appointment for 2 days later. He called because he was running early. He looked at the shower and stated that it was just the knob and it could be fixed easily. He showed how to do it and left without charging a dime. I would highly highly recommend this company. It wasn't all about money. From the first message he was trying to save me money. This is the kind of business man and business that you need to call.

I awoke one morning to the sound of water runnning.  I thought it was one of my toilets, but that didn't seem to be the case.  I opened my sliding door to see water on my patio, that seemed to be coming from my faucet, connected to the rear of my house.  It was a slow leak, but it had to be fixed.  I went on Yelp to find a plumber that could come right out, and went through four before I found Winder.  They came out IMMEDIATELY, used a tool, that aimed at my wall, that was connected between the bathroom and my bedroom and right away found where the leak was.  They opened a hole in the wall and fixed the leak.  They then called someone, from a flood restoration company and within hours they came and started removing the wall to the bathroom and the wall facing the rear of the house.  I couldn't see anything that was wet...nothing had come onto either floor, but they were making sure that nothing could be wet, and cause mold.  So for several days I had blowers on the area.  They then came back and completely re-built my bathroom cabinets, sinks and walls, with completely new materials.  I was so happy that Winder saw the potential for a bigger problem and came, to my rescue, right away.  Thank you Winder!

Mike and his Son arrived at my home and instantly started working on the water leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom down into my kitchen.  Keep in mind this was on a Sunday.  These guys problem solved and provided great advise. Mike and his Son drove to the store to purchase parts they needed to fix my problem and they also assisted in helping me file an insurance claim so I wouldn't have to come out THOUSANDS, out of my pocket.  The leak was bad so Mike called Dryworks restoration to assist in drying the water damage in my kitchen. Again, all on a Sunday.  Up and above service if you ask me, Thank You Guys for everything You did and for being so honest.  I would recommend these Guys to anyone who us having a problem with plumbing.  THANK YOU!!

Nick came out to my house to flush my 2 year old water heater upon arrival he put on booties intruded himself and thanked me for inviting him to our home for services we had gotten with our membership. He began flushing my tank and while it was being serviced he  walked me through my entire house and we inspected all areas of the home which was nice because lots of the stuff we don't even remember exist. After inspecting everything he explained different options we could consider for upgrading our system all the way from a tankless with a great warranty and a home water filter. Nick was very knowledgeable and kind we gladly have him return for any plumbing issues we might have in the future. Absolute has always gone above and beyond to provide top notch service. If you're looking for a great company look no further.

On 11/10/14, I woke up to a wet garage - busted water heater!! My home warranty company sent out Water Heaters Only. Their technician David, called to give me an ETA of 30 min - he got to my place in 20 min. He gave me a detailed description of what the issue was and all the things he needed to do to replace the water heater and bring everything up to code...I stared at him blankly. He was very happy and willing to speak to my fiancé on the phone and repeat everything to him so he knew exactly what was happening. In less than 2 hours everything was replaced and done. Christmas Eve morning our toilet would not stop running. I was able to turn it off; but I had over 30 family members coming over that night. Professional plumbing came over last minute and replaced the pieces that were needed to be replaced. Thank you so much.

Incredibly pleased with their work performance and enthusiasm to assist me. Called late on a Wednesday, returned my phone call within an hour. Owner/Manager made time for me the following day. Christian arrived early in the morning, incredibly professional and explained to me in detail the shortcomings of my air conditioner problem. Had the part available, replaced it. Problem solved. We had an upstairs bathroom leak and Kyle came out the next day to check it out. He was on time, quick, efficient, explained the problem, and fixed it for a really great price. If we have any other plumbing issues I will definitely call him again!

Nice people but to expensive for someone on social security, they push to get a new system, that I can't afford and parts are expensive

You could tell when someone knows their craft. Before being referred to the McPherson Plumbing geniuses, I dealt with a plumber who was giving me the runaround about my leaking faucet, he tightened a screw and said, there, problem fixed. The truth is, the problem wasn't fixed, and when I opened my cold and hot water lines, the leak that was fixed continued. You could easily tell the plumber was annoyed and didn't want to be there to deal with my faucet because my homeowners insurance didn't cover a new unit. I reached out to McPherson Plumbing, who immediately solved the leaking and got me moving forward with my non-leaking faucet. This isn't a Band-Aid solution, they permanently eradicated the problem, while carrying out a positive attitude of grace and composure.

Very unprofessional, was rude throughout the entire process and we were charged double what we were quoted. Very disappointed but I guess they did their job?
