Our water heater bottom was completed rusted and fell out due to being ancient. After dealing with the sellers choice of a warranty company(fidelity) for 4 days April 19th and their service provider unable to replace the water heater until the following week Monday April 25th. I found A&A on Yelp, spoke to August who was incredibly understanding and understood the urgency was able to come out and replace the water heater the next morning (Called April 21st, water heater replaced by April 22nd !Amazing!).

Along with that his pricing was on point; there was one item he helped us out with to get the water heater up to code at no charge. He was professional on the phone and quoted us efficiently via phone, I then followed up with pictures and he still stated the same price he originally quoted. A complete opposite of what the warranty company service provider informed us, along with trying to gouging us over $400 extra. (Practical Plumbing & Rooter apple valley) NEVER USE THEM!

My husband and i had Winder come out for a re-pipe for our hot and cold water lines on our water heater. whoever had installed the lines previously had them exposed outside of the wall and cemented into the ground! We were having our backyard being worked on at the time to remove the cement from around the pipes and they had shattered from being so brittle! We had to temporarily fix them w/ PVC until we could get the plumber out. i called them up and they had come out the next day to fix everything, and it was HOT outside! The work was very nice and clean, we will definitely call them back for any other issues we may come across!

We had the water pressure regulator problem for about three weeks. We have called around and asked several plumbing companies but none of them makes us feel professional enough or trustworthy enough.

We finally found Mike. He was even trying to help us over the phone to see if it's something can be fixed easily with his 'free' instructions. Turns out he has to come to help us out.

Mike and his son figured out the problem right away, not only about the water pressure regulator but also our toilet flush that's making sharp noise and loosing water.

Jay Taylor is awesome.  He was able to accommodate me when I needed an emergency repair done on my AC. Even though he was completed booked he still squeezed me in.  Jay is very professional and his prices are fair.  I can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott is honest and dependable, had my water heater break as I was leaving to fly out of town, water leaking everywhere, Scott showed in 5 minutes turned off water heater said he's got this get to the airport, it will be replaced and fixed while your gone. Had it done by the time my daughter came home from work!

Nexgen came to tune up my HVAC system. Roger was the technician. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. Once he got to the front door, he immediately but on booties to protect my floor and carpet. This set the tone for a very professional tune up. He checked and replaced the filter; then ran a check on the system itself and finally cleaned the condenser. He also told me about an air scrubber' that could improve the performance of my HVAC system. At the end of the appointment he discussed simple things I could do to keep the system running efficiently. Roger was fantastic and I hope that when the time comes for another tune up, Roger will be scheduled to do it.

Our water heater needed to be replaced wanted to find someone who would be honest and professional, Mike went above and beyond to help me out and explained everything well. Had Jeremy come out the next day he replaced and fixed everything. Overall great customer service and quality work! I had my AC and heater system replaced over a year ago. For that experience, I'd give Service Champions a one-star rating. It took two months for them to get it right with onsite visits every couple of days and visits by subcontractors for things that they couldn't get right. Half of the crew were inept. That said, once the system started working everything is working wonderfully. I signed up for monthly maintenance and it's been great, especially the last visit which was for an AC tuneup. 5-stars to Brian Martinez who was especially knowledgeable and pointed out several items that could be improved. I opted for an improved air filtration system and it has been working out well.

We hired Jay Indeck Plumbing to repipe our house and I couldn't recommend them more! They did an amazing job. We chose PEX piping with copper wall fittings and everything works fantastic. They also repiped our main water line, installed a new water heater, installed new toilets, and installed all new faucets and shower heads. This was done months ago and we haven't had a single problem. Every plumbing annoyance we had before was fixed with this repiping job, included our sprinklers not watering all the grass. They were also very accommodating with my schedule, and altered their working times to accommodate mine. Their pricing was honest, they stuck to their quote, and they have competitive pricing! Very professional and very kind guys. If I ever do run into a plumbing issue in the future they will be my only call!
