Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Reno NV
We recently purchased a home that was about 20 years old that had a number of plumbing issues: leaking drains, toilets not working properly, malfunctioning kitchen faucet, broken disposal, plus a few other items. the folks at Van Allen was very prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling repairs. The cost was extremely reasonable and the work excellent. An extremely professional operation all the way around. I highly recommend them.

A guest staying at my condo clogged the kitchen sink. I called/emailed 3 plumber in the morning. Later that morning, John was the first (and only) one to call me back. He was busy, however found time to unclog the sink that afternoon. Good work!

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I requested a quote and they responded within minutes. They arrived and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new!
Appreciated then walking me through the process and answering all of my questions.
Definitely top notch customer service!
Plus, the coupon their website was a bonus!
Our guest were happy for a quick repair with minimal inconvenience as possible.

Came out same day and took care of the issue right away. Had a deep clogged pipe and he snaked it out and got it all cleared. Great communication. Super prompt. Very fair pricing and professional. My new go to plumber

Thank you for your timely and reasonably priced service. Love that you are local. Howie did an amazing job on several deficiencies on our hot water heater. He also checked under the house for what we thought was a leak but it wasn't. Howie is knowledgeable and promptly analyzed the situation in an honest way. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks again. I will definitely recommend Preferred Plumbing & Drain to my friends and family.

When it comes to plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and stay away from Johnson Plumbing. Their final price came in $1345 higher than their initial quote ($4000). I tried meeting with Mike, the guy responsible for the job. He was professional and tried to explain the increase. When I asked to talk to his boss, Joe stepped up and immediately threatened me with a lien if I didn't pay my bill. I explained that I was willing to pay the bill but thought $1345 over the initial quote was unreasonable.
After paying the bill in full that day I went to their office to talk to the owner of the company. I was told that Joe, the one who threatened me with a lien, was the owner, and then I was even more surprised.
Approximately two weeks later David from Johnson Plumbing called to apologize for the owner's comments. He also advised that Johnson was willing to reimburse me for 10% of the total cost. Although this made things a little less painful, I still paid $4810 on a job quoted at $4000.

We accidentally clogged our kitchen drain and yelped for a plumber. Got an appointment for 2 hours later, they showed up on time and fixed my drain in a half hour. They were courteous and prompt and didn't poke fun at me for not knowing rice can't go in a garbage disposal. Thanks!! Will definitely spread the word and use them again!

Have to post considering i reached out on Thursday at 430pm and didn't hear back at all after sending photos for a quote. I don't like negative reviews but they dropped the ball on this one. Asked for a quote sent photos hoping to hear back with in a day. Monday rolls around so i reached out to The Pluming Pros. With in 10min I had a quote and scheduled appointment same day. See photo for no reply.

Gary and his team do an incredible job. Straightforward. Responsible. Reliable. Great follow up. Honest. Not much more you can hope for in Plumber or any other tradesmen. I have had Gary do several repairs and recently he plumbed my Bathroom remodel. He was so good my GC has hired him for other jobs! Cannot recommend Gary enough. Thanks Gary! When the remodel is done I'll add a pic!

We received a sky high water bill from TD PUD. I called Jaime and he immediately went out to our property and inspected to try to find the leak. When he could not find it inside the cabin he instructed me to have PUD mark the water meter and he would go out and dig up the meter and find the problem. We are still working on finding the problem but I know I am in good hands. Jaime seems to always answer the phone and understand the urgency of a situation. We are 300 miles away and are so grateful to have Jaime looking out for out property. If you have any construction/property issues give him a call. You will be very happy you did.

Their work is first rate, their people are friendly. But watch out for their bids. If they run into problems you can get into overruns and end up fighting later. Get all change requests in writing and up front with new bids.

Daniel is a fantastic plumber, comes to the job organized and ready to go, no going to the store for a forgotten part.
He installed a sediment filter at our pump for us and replaced a really bad plumbing job that was supposed to have been done by another professional. Thank you Daniel!! :0)

The one good thing I can say is that the company is responsive. We were having problems with our hot water. I was getting luke warm water throughout the house and the burner was not kicking on. I called several plumbers and he was the only one that could fit me in that day.
45 minutes later I have the owner at my door. That is decent service. When he arrived. I explained that we were having a bathroom remodeled and in the middle of the remodel we lost our hot hot water. The guy came in our house looked at the remodel work. Went back out to the garage and said you need a new hot water heater. He did not even look at the water heater. The house is 19 years old so we were more than lucky the original lasted that long.
He wrote the contract up. $2400 for the installation of a new heater. I am told now this is average. The guy tells me that a guy will be out shortly to change the heater. He starts to drain my old one. As it starts to drain the guy realizes that water is coming back into the tank from the system and gets weird. He figures out at this point that the rough shower valve that was installed in our bathroom remodel doesn't have a mixer in it so the hot and cold are mixing unregulated in the rough valve. He figures it out, but does not tell me the problem. He Quickly stops draining the tank. Says something about the other guy will have to shut the water at the street leaves some materials for the other guy and bails. He knows at this point that I do not need a heater. He does not tell me that and leaves.
I don't figure out the problem until the other guy installs the new heater and we still have the problem. We install the mixer and the problem goes away. If my other tank was not 19 years old. I would sue the pants of this guy. He is a crook.

I had a pipe break under my house. Mike was quick to respond to my call and it was able to come out right away. They provided me with an estimate (much cheaper than the first estimate) and was able to start work the next day. The work was finished within the day.
I was trying to get reimbursed from my HOA and asked Mike for a letter describing the work done which he was gracious enough to provide. This was very helpful and something I really appreciate.
I would recommend Mighty Mike to anyone with plumbing needs. They are very prompt, courteous, easy to communicate with and willing to go the extra mile.

My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn't bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.
He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.
Filter - $112.50
Gate - $187.50
Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
