Dave, the owner, came out to my house on short notice to do a 220 to 110 outlet conversion in my kitchen and I have to say that it was an awesome experience! He did a great job and on top of it he was very personable. I'm extremely happy with his work, if I need some electric work down again I will absolutely be calling him again.

I've had had an appoint with this company for over two weeks and they just cancelled they day of the appointment. They said they cannot work on manufactured homes. I mentioned during my initial phone call I had a manufactured home. Waste of time...

Very detail oriented, fixed a lot of items that were installed in the house that were not correctly done. When it comes to electrical and plumbing it is important to get it done right. You can find cheaper, but if you want it done correctly use David.

GFI breaker needed replacing, outside and bathroom outlets were not working. Bradley Electrical fit me into their schedule in a timely manner. Electricians arrived and were very courteous and respectful. They diagnosed the problem and had necessary parts to replace the GFI breaker as they had requested a picture of the breaker when I first called. Outlets tested fine after replacement of breaker. Reasonable price for house call. Guaranteed the work if I had future problems. I would definitely recommend Bradley Electrical if you have similar problems.
Dave is a godsend and a knowledgeable, consummate professional!! We came back to our place in Incline Village on a weekend morning to discover that the whole condo was ice cold and the furnace completely unresponsive. Although on another service call, Dave answered his phone and promised he'd call us back shortly. True to his word, he called and despite being an unscheduled stop in his busy day -- on a holiday weekend no less -- he came to our house. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He's also a fantastically nice guy who took the time to educate us on the inner workings of the furnace as he was repairing it. I enthusiastically recommend Bradley Electrical, Plumbing and Heating without reservation.
Hartley and Anthony we're both excellent with their craft and communication. Both were skillful, personable and likable. Mr. Bradley followed up with excellent quality control. He literally face timed the team in the field to see the quality of work. Also, we had a malfunction with equipment and they returned free of charge to correct it!!
Customer service is well above expectation with this company!! We will be using Bradley Plumbing for multiple projects over the next couple months and will use them well into the future.
Called this company out for a heating service call. They not only serviced my heater but they showed me how to change my own filters
We have our vacation home in Incline Village and needed a number of items fixed by and electrician, plumber and heating contractor. We were so pleased to have Dave Bradley come over and fix everything. His crew came the second day and were great at fixing all, including a new electronic, bluetooth thermostat, putting in a disposal and fixing our hot water spiket and soap pump dispenser. They are returning to fix our Heat n Glow fireplace. We were needless to say, thrilled getting such a multiple amount of items fixed. Dave and his employees were fantastic. We definitely have built a relationship with Bradley Electrical, Plumbing, & Heating and will call them when we need help getting the job done. Thank you so much!
I just had an amazing experience with David Bradley Plumbing. We recently discovered multiple leaks under our kitchen sink and the water was leaking through the ceiling into the bedroom below the sink. Anytime we ran the water in the sink it would stream into the bedroom. David and his crew came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out the hose connection to our pullout faucet was loose causing the water to flow back through the faucet and under the sink. David and his crew were very professional and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend them!

They been servicing our house well for a long time and did an amazing job in a recent emergency. While checking out a heating problem, they noticed that our sun pump was running continuously, but not really ejecting water. As it was melt season in Tahoe. That was a big problem, particularly since we were going out of town. They had a new pump in just a couple of days and came in to install it while I was on a zoom call for my business. The pump is in the basement of my office and they went back-and-forth carrying equipment, buckets, and tools not making a sound, and had the pump installed and tested in 30 minutes. It was an amazing job. I highly recommend them.
I bought my house a few months ago and needed a number of plumbing and electrical repairs - broken sink pipe, faucets and drains not working properly, outlets in need of replacement, etc. I also wanted some new lighting installed and needed the furnace checked out. Dave and his crew came and took care of all of it in one morning, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend him and I will certainly call him the next time I have a plumbing, electrical or heating problem.
Can't say enough positive things about David, Ashley and the team at Bradley. No one plans ahead for plumbing issues when the relatives are in town or for the heater to stop working when you are heading out of town. They are always quick to get someone over to solve the problem and rates are always reasonable.

We needed a toilet and some valves replaced to bring everything up to code in our Incline condo. When we called for an appointment we explained what we needed. David called us back with an estimate and arranged to pick up a new toilet. Richard came to install the new toilet and replace the valve on 7/25/2013. While he was there we discussed replacing the vales under the 3 sinks and what would be necessary to bring things up to code. Richard did not have all the necessary parts in his truck so David arrived to do the running around to purchase parts. After everything was installed and tested for leaks, the condo was as clean as when they arrived. The bill was reasonable and the work was very professionally done. We will definitely use them again when we need to replace our hydronic heating.
I have a sub terrain leak that is coming up through some stub outs in my garage's concrete slab. David Bradley came out to assess the situation. First off, I was irritated as he was telling me to have someone else excavate the area as they couldn't do it. Any harder work like jackhammering concrete to find a leak was not in his repertoire of skills. So I had my landscaping company come out and excavate to expose the conduit. Called Bradley and they said someone was coming and low and behold, no phone call and no one showed up. Instead without calling or saying anything two young boys came to my home the next day and played around with my leak. One was about 17 and just started getting facial hair! The other was maybe 20, not even a legal age to drink. I was laughing and knew nothing was going to be done about my leak. They did some digging and sliced a line in my conduit's to drain the water out. I told David that was not going to work. You have to FIND THE WATER SOURCE. Nope, he said it work, let's wait and see. Sure enough, it started leaking 8 hours after they left. I paid $860 for two pre pubescent kids to remove a small root and look at the job and wonder how to fix it. Whatever, what a waste. Charging $115 an hour for someone who has NO CLUE about plumbing is ridiculous, zero experience. Big mistake. I called Summit Plumbing and they will come out here and jackhammer and DO WHAT IT TAKES TO FIX THE PROBLEM, NOT TALK AND TALK AND TALK AND GO AROUND IN CIRCLES ABOUT HOW TO FIX IT. The pictures clearly show how little excavation and digging or repairing Bradley did. Look at how the root was cut, the problem root it STILL below the grey abs pipe. I guess that was just to hard of a job to remove the other root.
In summary, if you want two young kids to play around with your pipes call Bradley and expect a bill of an absurd amount and the issue NOT FIXED.
Excellent service provided! Great business, staff extremely friendly and helpful. This place is a must go to if you are in need of any help. Worked with the owner, who was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to help out. This place is a MUST GO FOR ANY ISSUES.
We really appreciated working with this company.
We had an emergency with a water supply line break and these guys made it out to do the repair within an hour or two. They are very responsive when you contact them and are very helpful with providing information, etc. I would definitely recommend working with them.
David Bradley and his whole office did an outstanding job for us. I would recommend (and already have) this company to all of my friends. Completed everything in the estimate on time, work completed in 3 hours, super professional, office staff was proactive... unusual these days. Highly recommend them!

Used this company a few times. All was fine with those jobs(clogged sink, garbage disposal) until there was a problem that required some expertise. They charged us a service call, though did not even attempt to fix the problem or offer a solution. It was like they were running the clock and grabbing a service charge. After calling another local company we found it was a very simple fix that they missed.
Good, friendly and fair service. They were straight with me and fixed the problem on the A/C unit and fixed the last repair companies poor work that had been bothering me for a year. Will call for all future needs.
I've been using these folks for years. For my commercial properties and my home. Just the best. Highly recommend.
In Incline Village we had a very simple electrical job which entailed two outdoor plugs with new connections to electrical panels and an installation of an in wall timer for outside lights. Mr. Bradley initially came to our house and was very nice and competent. The service deteriorated quickly thereafter. .
The waiting time to get the job started was 3 weeks and when his crew finally arrived they did not seem to be electricians. Maybe they were his plumbing or heating employees. They did not seem to have a good grasp of how or where to place wires. We finally had to help them with the placement of wires running from the panels to the outdoor plugs. They also placed an in wall timer for outside lights but this does not work properly. The quality of the work was very shoddy. And they made a one day job into two. The bottom line is that I will have another electrician fix their errors since I will not have one of Mr. Bradley's crews back into my house.

The first time I had an appointment with Bradley electrical was for a Friday with a window of 4 to 6 PM. At 5:30 Mr. Bradley called and said he couldn't make it due to being tied up in incline Village. We rescheduled and he and another worker came and looked at one of my jobs while the other worker fixed my leaking toilet. It's eight weeks later and I still have not received the estimate for that job. We called Bradley electrical again for something different and we were given that 4 to 6 time schedule on a Friday afternoon. At 5:30 Mr. Bradley called again saying he was stuck at incline Village and could he come the very next morning at 7:30. We decided that this is not a reliable way of doing business , so how could we trust the company to complete a larger job. So, we canceled.
I had used Bradley Electrical in the past and was very pleased with their work. I called David with another problem I was having and he was a wonderful help, very caring and took care of the problem. I would recommend David Bradley to anyone.
Great job at a fair price, I also manhandle an older home and bring it up to current standards and they did a wonderful job thanks so much and I will use again
We have a condo in Incline Village and needed to replace an old water heater, install a gas shut off valve for our fireplace, seal heating ducts under the house. As one thing leads to another, we ended up relocating the water heater under the house freeing up that closet to install a Washer/dryer unit. Dave and his team are very professional and work very efficiently and thoroughly. Dave visited the job site several times every day and made sure we understood and agreed with the work being done. They did a great job prepping the closet for the washer and dryer, installed the dryer vent, electrical outlet, drain line box, drip pan etc.. We are so confident with them that we have hired them to install our washer and dryer when it is being delivered even so the appliance store where we bought from will install for free. We want it done right.
They also upgraded our old electric panel and installed the gas shut off line for the fireplace. After the job was done they left the place free of debris and clean and took precautions while working by covering the surface they were working around.
I would highly recommend Dave and his team, Matt, Antony and Richard who made our project a success. Ashley the office and appointment coordinator answered all the questions I had and made the scheduling process very smooth and easy. Very professional and reliable company.

We had a circuit breaker that kept flipping in our Incline condo.
David and team replaced a very funky circuit breaker and investigated some wiring which we thought a squirrel had chewed. Turned out the wiring was fine, but I know from previous experience that sometimes just opening up and taking a look fixes the problem.
He also brought and installed a vent cover to prevent the squirrels from re-entering the house. It was a little thing, but service above and beyond what I was expecting.
Will use again for future radiator, plumbing and electrical work.

I trust Yelp reviews for almost everything, from nail salons to places to eat or spend the night when I travel, so why not give it a whirl when looking for a plumber? Yelp reviews never lets me down and neither did Bradley. Top notch, professional and would recommend their services to anyone. From the first call I made when I spoke with Jamie on the phone she was polite, very friendly yet completely professional. That first phone call alone set a very good tone for the whole service as the two previous plumbers I had contacted had very poor communication with me from the get go. From the day the appointment was set up to look at the potential job and to get an estimate I knew that working with Bradley and crew was going to be a positive experience. When looking at the hot water heater, Bradley was very thorough in explaining everything to me in a way that made perfect sense and was completely logical. I appreciated not just having numbers thrown at me but understanding the reasoning behind the process. He made sure every detail was taken care of. We now have a beautiful new hot water heater. The work space was tight but I never heard a complaint. They completed the job with complete excellence. We look forward to calling upon Bradley in the future for our plumbing, heating and electric needs. From the phone calls and emails to the work done in the home, everything was taken care of with pride and the utmost professionalism. Call Bradley- you won't be sorry! P.S. Shout out to the girls in the office. The are on top of their game. Their follow through is like none other, either by phone or email. Great customer service!!!!
We were taking a weekend at our house in Incline Village when the power in half the house went out. I know a little about finding the problem (looking at the fuse box, etc.), but nothing seemed out of place. So I called Bradley Electrical to get it sorted out. He answered the phone on a Sunday, which was great, and then tried to talk me through finding a fix without spending the money to have him come out and look at it. With no fix, he came out, was there in 45 minutes, and took the time to walk me through what he was doing to show me the problem. He determined that the B electrical path into the house was down, which meant a problem with the NV Power supply. He then called NV Power to alert them to the problem, and told me to have them call him if there was any problem getting reimbursed for his trip to the house. Absolutely incredible service. thanks again!!
David Bradley has done two plumbing repairs for us. Both of the repairs were done to satisfaction. The dis-satisfying part is the communication about how they bill. Their confirmation email states, Our plumbing rate is $95/hr. with a two hour minimum plus parts that are used, which I interpreted to mean you would get two hours of service when you pay the two hour minimum. My conversation with David at the time of his first service call led me to believe the same.
Knowing our second plumbing repair would likely be a quick one, I had a small electrical project for him to do, but he said he didn't have time for that. I showed him the email and asked for clarification. He was very righteous about it, but in the end agreed to only bill us for one hour (for half an hour of work performed). While I appreciate the gesture, I would have preferred to pay his full fee and have the work done.
I'm fine with there being a flat service fee, but I felt it was misleading to call it a two hour minimum when he was unwilling to provide two hours of service. It's too bad, because other than the miscommunication about the billing, he seems like a friendly, professional, competent person.
Dave Bradley has super powers, and he knows how to use them for good. I had a very complicated repair of some Fujitsu air-conditioning units. The initial installer completely bungled the job, and then I had a series of electricians who had no clue what the issue was. God is merciful however, and I had the divine fortune of finding Bradley Electricians!
Dave is a thinking man, and he worked tirelessly to sort through the issues. He even drove down on a Sunday to test out his theory, which was spot on. He and his crew are very professional to boot - always showing up on time and being clear with explaining the situation so I understood what needed to happen with my repair. I am so grateful they were able to get me chillin again!
I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The owner was condescending, rude, unprofessional, name calling and threatening The employees were professional . I would NOT recommend that you use this company for anything! Unless you want to be treated badly. Unbelievable he is in business
David Bradley and his team have been handling our electrical and plumbing needs for many years... and we are super pleased with their work. Very likable staff does a diligent job every time.

Wonderful response time, wonderful service, wonderful price! Main sewer line was clogged and everything in the house that could drain was draining into the downstairs shower (which was overflowing into the bathroom) and David came out after normal business hours to fix the problem swiftly and efficiently. Of many plumbers called, he was the first to respond; others called were just starting to call back by the time he arrived on site. :-) Couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience. Thanks, David!
I was having an issue with the heating unit in one of my rentals, I placed a call to Bradley and they took care of the problem promptly. I was very pleased with their customer service and follow up. I will definately use them again!

David is one of the the most passionate, conscientious service professionals I have ever met. He loves doing a great job & goes the extra mile to educate you. It's so nice to be able to have your electrical & plumbing problems taken care of through one company; helps efficiency & minimizes trip charges if you can piggyback multiple things & can deal with one company you can trust.
All of the guys we're kind and respectful. They came out during a storm on Christmas Eve to fix our heater, repaired the unit as quickly as possible and got it back to us as soon as the roads were open again. They kept in contact during the process and were priced very fairly.
