Yore Place! Plumbing is Curtis Leonard, a plumber we were turned on to by our real estate agent when we bought our home.   Don't let the funny name deter you, this guy has been a pleasure to have work for us.

He is friendly, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable.  

When we had him come in and bid the project, he offered to do time and material seeing as we were adding two bathrooms at once.   Now, never do time and material with someone you aren't positive is experienced, because you will likely end up spending more money than getting a straight bid, but the way he communicated about the project convinced us that he knew what he was doing.

As the job has gone along, he has gone out of his way to take care of other plumbing related problems that have come about through years of do-it-yourselfers doing just that.   Each thing he has alerted us to would not have passed an inspection (meaning the owners before us never had one), and he has taken the time to explain why it should be done differently.   Thank God nothing horrible happened before he got here.

I would recommend Curtis to you with full confidence that the job he does would be beyond your expectation.   He is good people.

Anthony was punctual, nice and as mentioned by Monsieur B., very competent.  He fielded our numerous questions about ducts and our old oil furnace with clear and complete answers that we could understand.
We are in need of a new furnace and are so impressed with the work on our duct cleaning that we plan on using Sky for the job.

I used Roy, or Tri County Plumbing last fall and was extremely pleased.   I recommend, and will use again; maybe today since I have a bathroom sink with a bad Cold Water valve not working correctly.   Thanks Roy !!

Turns out our house water pressure was too high (107 psi average), causing hot water tank pressure valve to leak under certain conditions, leaving a mess. Unlike me, Sean knew the cause of this problem right away, didn't try to sell me a new tank, did a free visit / quote, immediately found our service entrance valve that the home inspector was unable to find (!), scheduled me that same week and installed a pressure regulator and expansion tank with some speedy work for a reasonable rate. Job looks absolutely professional and he left no mess. I'm not counting replacing the drywall cutout he had to do, given the prior remodel had simply plastered around the entry valve, but we had discussed this prior. Also he had some helpful tips and advice on other plumbing matters. I would not hesitate to recommend!

We live in a very old but beautiful house that unfortunatly has sewer issues. Mr. Scotty comes out and completely jets it for us and fixes it for up to a year. He is great help and fast and thoural! He explains the issues and the problem and what is only best to do. He offers what coupons he has avaliable as well. He is nice and polite and very easy to talk to as well. I would have never gone with anyone else.

Absolutely no complaints. Jamie set up the appointment and Terry and son showed up exactly on time. Their work was exemplary and their price reasonable. Very pleased and recommend them to anyone who needs quality plumbing work.

After two appointment windows with another company fell through, I turned to Yelp and submitted a service request for a flooded water meter box. A tiny trickle down the curb had turned into a consistent pool along the neighbor's sidewalk. Courtney, from Sutherland, responded within an hour and, with a little luck involved, they were in the area and came by to assess the situation within another half hour. They diagnosed our issue within minutes (cracked main water line to the house from the city water spigot), and Ti offered a fair price for the work required. He and his assistant then stayed for a good while longer and educated me on just what was happening - a little SW Portland House Plumbing 101. It was eye-opening and extremely helpful.

What makes Sutherland stand out is Ti and his team's courtesy, respect, and interest in educating their customer(s) on just what's going on, and why certain measures need to be taken. They're also just as vocal about suggesting what you DON'T need done, ensuring you don't spend money you don't need to, and aren't swindled elsewhere (or on your own dime at Lowes/Home Depot/etc.). I wasn't well-versed in plumbing and general house construction when he first arrived, and he could've easily pitched me a bunch of bells and whistles. But, through taking his time to educate me and help me understand me issue, he helped me understand what I did and didn't need. A healthy main water line, of course, is sure need.

Since his their visit, I've had Sutherland come out for a couple of other issues (new house, so still finding quirks), and each time they've been thorough and helpful, all whilst being exceptionally polite, professional, down-to-earth, and efficient. There's a solve for everything, and Sutherland won't stop until they've helped you solve it.

Hands down one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Great communication and extremely personable, very fair pricing, and transparent and honest about the work needed. John and his assistant located the leak quickly, got it fixed up in no time, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They went above and beyond to take care of a few other things for me - even brought up my trash bins from the curb before they left! Not to mention it was 115 degrees and our house doesn't have AC, but they handled it like champs. They have a new customer for life. Thank you both so much!

Very happy with the services we received. Communication to schedule was quick and easy. David arrived when he said he would, was able to un-clog the drains, and also pointed out some leaking pipes and other issues at the same time. Will definitely call again when we need this kind of help.

Just wanted to write a review to highlight the great work Simpson did for me.   My home in Camas unfortunately had a leak between the street main and house main.  Losing lots of water each month and bill skyrocketed.  Called Simpson.  First, the woman taking the initial request was great.  Forgot her name, but friendly and very professional.    Trent came out and did the assessment and estimate.  He confirmed the problem as I did.   Scheduled horizontal drilling under front yard and into basement main.  Today, Kenny and coworker Jeff along with the drilling contractor Steve came out promptly as scheduled.  They efficiently drilled the hole, repiped the line and resolved the issue.  The job was on a fixed cost basis.  Price was fair as uncertainties were unknown.    Would recommend Simpson  110%.   Special thanks to Kenny and Steve for great work!

Finding a plumber that crawls under apartment buildings to fix a main sewer line is a challenge these days!  Many plumbers I contacted for this repair said they strickly work on new construction projects. Except Burfitt!  They do it all, and were very responsive and reliable, and did a great job.  Alan was great to work with.

Great service! Straightforward pricing and a willingness to give advice on maintainence and what should happen next. Brent was great!

Danaya is terrific! She was the first plumber that found the metric adapters to install an IKEA sink in our 1929 house. I've since used her services to update our plumbing fixtures, add hose bibs, and solve leaks. I've referred her to friends and family for several years all with success. She is very reasonable, professional, and always pleasant. I'm always relieved to know Danaya is on the job.

Finally, a plumbing company that does a good job at a decent price. Summerson is the 3rd plumber I've hired this year. I think I've got a keeper.

These folks are AWESOME with a big 'A'.  A frozen water line due to the 'Big Freeze' in PDX today.  And these folks (Jeremy) was there within one hour. Severe water was running down interior walls throughout multiple levels of the house and with only our son Christopher who is living in the PDX place.  They isolated and drained frozen water lines . Thanks so much that Chris was there and notified me as it could have been much more nasty and destructive. And thanks so much that I knew of this great plumbing company (Cornel's).   Jeremy from Cornel's Plumbing was incredibly competent and knowledgeable tracing down the busted water line and isolating it to prevent further damage.  Folks in HI (where I live most of the year) are not used to severe cold like this... of course, climate change is 'Fake News'  according to the Orange one...

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Absolutely excellent plumbing company!  They plumbed in a sink in our garage and it is perfect!  They will be out tomorrow to install a new kitchen faucet. We keep thinking of plumbing projects now haha!  They are that good!  Good contractors are so hard to find these days. They are excellent!

Called and set an appointment. No one showed up and no one called back. That's the definition of a flake in my book.

Hillsboro Plumbing did a fine job identifying the cause of a mysterious ailment in a basement extractor. They came to the house promptly, and the plumber quickly figured out what was happening (a very slow sewer drain that caused refilling from the air vent). Very reasonable charge for good work -- I'm a satisfied customer.

Looks like I'm not alone with this review - had a single drain backed up in the laundry room and looked online to see lots of $60-$90 estimates for drain cleaning.  I scheduled online with Roto-Rooter presuming their prices would be in the neighborhood. Definitely they get props for easy scheduling and prompt arrival.  However, the fellow looked at my issue, said, that doesn't look too complicated, and then quoted me $500.  I declined the service, scheduled with the competition and got it done for: yes indeed, $83, with a 90-day warrantee.  If you enjoy flushing your money down the tube that  I am sure Roto-Rooter would be able to clean out for you, schedule with their service.  Otherwise, I suggest the competition, and keep the nearly 700% markup in your pocket.
