Best Faucet Installation in Portland OR

I'd love to leave a review about using Yore Place, but they couldn't even get around to returning my phone call and voicemail. I called on a Thursday, Sept 26th about a leaking water heater and left a voicemail.

No call back. I'm sure it's nice to be so busy that you don't need the work, but a 5-Star business at least has the decency to return a voicemail.

I would not recommend Sky Heating. The management is rude and I own residential and commercial property and have never been treated with such disrespect. I wanted to speak to the owner, but the owner does not speak to customers.....what does that tell you? I have been a customer for many years, but they have lost a very loyal customer now....maybe now I will hear from the owner.

Awesome experience today!!!  We were in urgent need of a plumber... called them yesterday & lucky for us, they had a cancellation today!  Roy came out & fixed our problem with a quickness!  Highly recommend!!!!

I called Sean because we had water leaking from our upstairs shower drain.
Since we had a good idea what was wrong he was able to give us an estimate over the phone and was available to fix our shower drain.
He communicated very well with us every step along the way.
When he was finished I asked him for an estimate to change out our outdoor faucets.
Luckily he had one in his truck and was able to replace it right then and there.
He did a great job and we will definitely hire him again!!!

Really great service! Especially during holiday period. Were available on weekends, even during holiday.

Terry helped me with an emergency yesterday. Water intake pipe in my crawl space. He and Peter came out in an hour. He talked to the home Warranty company and helped me with the info I needed to make an insurance. They were awesome to work with. Thank you my friend!  Also thanks to Jaime for facilitating!

Keeping it simple

We had a pipe burst and had a group out to look at it and quote us on replacement. Given the dollar amount, we decided to make some calls. John took my call late in the day and immediately let me know he wouldn't be able to help us for a few weeks. After talking over the problem, John expressed concern over the price we were quoted and wanted to help any way he could. Two days later, he was at our house to get us set up with temporary service and will be doing the repair in the next few weeks.

He's been nothing but professional since minute one and I can't recommend him enough.

Guests staying in our home clogged up our toilet. Dave came within hours when most places I called had earliest availability weeks later. When he arrived, he got straight to work and fixed the problem completely in no time. We were so impressed with Dave's communication and BEYOND grateful for the 5 star service he provided. Seriously, call Dave. You'll be happy you did.

Simpson Plumbing has entered my home numerous times to re pipe my home, move a pipe or change some valves around. Each time the company and their representatives are kind, punctual, knowledgeable and very good at cleaning up any mess made. Always respectful.  Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I came home from work yesterday to a plugged kitchen sink that I made much worse by fixing it myself. I left a message for Burfitt around 8 pm and they responded first thing in the morning. Even better, they were able to get Alan there in just a few hours. He fixed the sink, the price was right, and he was super pleasant to work with.  I'm so grateful it was such an easy process. Will definitely keep them as my go to when I need a plumber.

Brent, son of the late Rex answered the phone promptly, called me back promptly after getting my details and came and left in a flash.  Nothing was obviously wrong with my water heater and he gave an explanation of how it worked and answered a couple questions I had.  This man deserves your business even if he didn't fix my problem as there was only a slight adjustment needed.  Not your typical plumber in a very good way.

I had to go through more than one plumber to find Danaya. She's the best! Timely, responsive, and went above and beyond to search for the best parts for my unordinary project. She did have to come back out but did so at no charge as she warranties her work.

Excellent, professional, and prompt service.  We got a quick response that was professional.  The crew cleaned up well after the tankless hot water heater install, and they were very courteous.

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Horrible customer service, I just had a conversation with a women over the phone. I asked what their charge to come out she did not answer that question. I asked her how much the hourly rate was and she stated $112 plus material then hung up on me. I will not suggest calling or even bothering with this company if someone hangs up on a customer within the first 3 minutes. Horrible attitude.

I was having a plumbing emergency with a broken shower valve spraying water.  Malmedal Plumbing was able to get a plumber on site in less than an hour. He had all the parts and tools he needed when he arrived and he finished the work in less than an hour. He worked very smart and efficiently. Roto rooter came to my rescue on a Sunday afternoon after another rescue rooter service stood me up after 5 hours of waiting.  I got a response in a few minutes and a technician was on the way to my house within an hour of my service call!  I had called a couple of other plumbing services and they pretty much told me to call them back on Monday to get on their schedule.  This was a slightly urgent matter and I really didn't want to wait until my basement was flooded.

Jacob cleared my basement drain rather quickly and he was very polite and knowledgeable.  He was able to assess the problem and it was taken care of the first time.  

Roto rooter was a little pricey but for the speed of service especially on a weekend it was worth it to me.

Did chose this company because. We need to replace a gas hot water heater.

1. They quoted us $6,000. We didn't bite...

2. Then they quoted us $4,000. We still didn't bite...and got rid of the employee.

We went with another company for $2,000. Through Home Depot.

Then Apollo bombarded us with emails acting as if we were going to hire them...
