My elderly mom needed some plumbing work done on her house, and we selected the right plumber to do the job! Bob and his son gave us the flexibility we needed to schedule and completed the work like it was their own mom's house.  Their cost matched their estimate and was quite reasonable. I wanted to let the public know that Joe is a TRULY HONEST MAN! He took the time to explain to me what the job should actually cost. He told me to make sure I got lots of quotes, and to ask for estimates for worst case scenarios. No wonder he is booked solid for 2.5 months out. If I would have known we would need a plumber, I would have had him pencil me in months ago, lol. Please make sure you contact Marshall Plumbing first and you will see that his quote will be the best, with excellent customer service, and a job done right! He was recommended to me by other extremely satisfied customers. He is licensed in PA, WV, and OH.

The service here is impeccable.  Not only is the service fast and efficient but the friendliness  is what sets this business in a class of its own. Their response time was fast after leaving a message on their voice mail, which I would recommend over filling out an online form. Nothing beats picking up the phone. Matt's response from my call was quick, and diverted a service as promised. I will never refer any other plumber to anyone other than Brown's Plumbing. You won't regret it!

I was in a time crunch. My usual go-to plumber was extremely busy on existing projects and I did not want a tenant of mine to keep waiting but wanted a trustworthy alternative. I called Samuel Bales from a search on Yelp and left a message. Michael returned my call within 5 mins. To my surprise, he was willing and able to come out right away. I texted him the address to the property where I was having a garbage disposal issue.

We met there on time. Michael was able to clear the problem and show me what I could do in the future should a similar problem arise.

The following week I called on Michael again. This time it was at another property to diagnose and clear all plumbing drains in a bathroom.

The charge for services was not cheap but they were fair, came out right away, and the attention and care to the problem were worth it. I will most definitely use Michael/Samuel Bales Plumbing again. In fact, I was getting ready to call them again for a dishwasher repair so I remembered I wanted to write them a review.

Scott called this morning and was at my house in less than 1/2 hour. He looked at my Koehler Toilet and informed me these toilets are one piece toilets. Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. We spoke at length about what to do, and I have to say, I was not aware of the problem with Koehler. He made a recommendation to change to a Gerber Viper. While learning, I asked him if they're any charges and He said No!
I will be discussing this with my Wife, and we'll go from there. When we make our decision, we will call Scott again for installation.

I have had to call Frank three times in the recent months.  Two calls were for smaller problems and one was for a large problem, a broken pipe behind a wall.   Frank was able to fix all three problems in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable charge.  I recommend Frank to be called for any type of plumbing problem.   John B   Penn Hills

I called Brett because I needed help with a job, and he didn't have any openings today, but actually referred me to another plumber that might be able to help me out.  There aren't many people out there that would try to help someone when they aren't receiving any business, but Brett's did.  Thank you for trying to help me, it's certainly much appreciated.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

I had my furnace installed last july. The installation was a  nightmare. The young tech installed the switch upside down, left loose screws laying on ground underneath furnace (he apparently gave up on trying to screw them in), filter compartment was set up so ridiculously that you couldn't help from pulling/hitting the wires, my painted basement floor was all scratched up, he left leftover wire/dirt on the floor. When he told me he was finished, I walked over to the furnace to see if he would tell me anything about the furnace. He said nothing. I asked him where the switch was and to show me how to get the filter out since it was clearly impossible to do so. He didn't seem to be interested in installing this furnace properly. I'm only giving it 3 stars because when I called to have these things redone, the tech was very nice and apologized and chalked it up to 'young kids these days.' Also, this furnace doesn't sound quiet to me. If I have any future problems with this furnace, man am I going to be upset.

Had Cuccaro come in to bid some work at our house.  Estimate seemed high so we tried another plumber.  Their estimate was $2000 below Cuccaro's.

I have a mixed review. Had two service visits recently. One was for a gas line installation for a dryer. That job went very well. The installation was neat and clean and the technician was professional. The other job was for drain cleaning. Not so great. Thought the $64 special offer would cover it, it didn't not even come close. Very Misleading. Anyway, the laundry drain was cleared but the technicians did not clean up a trail of cleaning chemicals/water on the basement floor and used our pail and left it dirty with chemicals.

I was told I would get a call mid week of my vacation week (last week) to come and take a look at my plumbing issues.  There was never any further correspondence, so now my vacation is over and I couldn't get another plumber out to help with my problems before my vacation ended.  I understand things taking a little longer with the world the way it is, but if you say you're going to call a customer, at least call and explain the situation and when/if you can help.  Now I'll have to take off another day from work sometime to have the issue looked at and fixed.

I can not recommend these guys enough and I've been telling everyone who will listen about them since they were here. We got ripped off and ghosted by another plumber, so I called Shelton Plumbing. They came out same day and had my problem fixed in less than an hour and literally saved me thousands of dollars. To top it all off, they were extremely conscious of COVID protocols and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing, even down to placing their clipboard on my table. I've been beaming all week and I'm just SO elated to have found a great, trustworthy company to call when we need them. Thanks again guys!!!

Highly inflated prices for drain cleaning and plumbing services. Technician was pleasant and showed up within the provided time frame, however wanted to charge $300 to pull a toilet/replace wax ring, and an additional $250 to clean a clogged drain. I declined service.

Was charged a $55 trip fee (waived if you accept service) for me to tell the plumber what I needed done and him to reveal pricing, despite the website and advertisements touting free estimates! The estimates are NOT free if you decline to have the work done, or simply cannot afford it.

I have quite a few Yelp reviews and this is the first ever that I have had to leave a 1 star which shows you I don't take rating a company like this lightly.

I was contracted to use Nussbaumer through my home warranty company. I received a call from their office and set up an appointment time. Unfortunately, I had an emergency that day and had to cancel the appointment. I was told that before the appointment, I would be given a notification when the service tech was on their way. I hadn't received a call yet so I knew the driver wasn't on his way and called to cancel. The phone rang and rang with no answer or voicemail. I then went and cancelled with my home warranty company as well. Shortly after that at 3:59pm, I received a text confirming my appointment and saying driver would be their between 3:30-5:00pm (after I had already cancelled and 30 minutes after the time they listed in the text). I responded back to cancel again. They then sent another text saying driver was en route. I tried calling the office again and the woman I spoke to said their driver was en route. I told her I tried to cancel due to an emergency numerous times prior to him heading to my home. She said she would instruct him not to go. He then still went and took pictures of the outside of my home and requested to be paid by my warranty company for 'Service being completed'. In what world does driving to someone's house after you have been instructed not to and taking a picture of the house constitute completing a service?! Ridiculous and very unprofessional. I would not recommend using them as you can see from numerous other reviews that they charge when they don't even do the services they claim they do.

I called Mr. Ripoff for help and they were anything but. I was out of town  and they delt with my wife after $3500 had to get another plumber out to fix the problem. Warning to all that read NEVER call Mr. Rooter unless you like to throw money down the drain .

If you have money to flush away call them!!  Most unprofessional people ever!!  I recently had a water tank that was covered under warranty go on a Friday evening, on Monday Jeff came out and quoted me a price of $175.00 for a hull, he states he had to go to Monroeville to get.  The next day 3 men show up to install 1 water heater and tell me I owe $575.00.  I said Jeff said it would only cost 175.  That's when they said well we upgraded the tank and there is a charge for installation and we did extra work.  Which was never discussed with me.  When I spoke to Jeff that next day he agreed that they should have come talk to me, the homeowner, before doing anything extra and they would be reprimanded .  So I paid the money and was going to chalk it up as a bad experience until I get to work on Monday only to find that Jeff's mother had come into my office saying to the girls are you that girl that started all the trouble and how her son drove to Monroeville!!  WHO DOES THIS???????   Please don't use them unless like I said above you have money to throw away!!!!   VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. And this was under warranty????
