Joey was great. Took time to explain what he's doing and answer my questions. My issue of clogged toilet was resolved quickly. I called them at 6:30 and Joey was on site within 3 hours. Perfect when the only toilet in the house is clogged! Very pleasant experience all in all

We just sold our home in Glendale and the inspector for our buyers found a moist spot in the dining room ceiling, directly below our master shower. Our realtor recommended Trident Plumbing for the fix and I could not be more grateful. I called around 7pm, left a message and assumed Id hear back the next day. Nope! Shelby called me less than an hour later and we had a plumber, Jimmy, out here by 2pm the very next day. When it was clear our fix would require some hefty drywall cutting, Jimmy arranged for Rocky Mountain Restoration to come out and assist the job. Long story short, this amazingly responsive team - including the owner! - tag teamed the project and a mere couple days later theyd found and fixed the leak, all while being fun, friendly, responsive and highly professional. Though I dont hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

We had several issues related to a house recently purchased.  The problems were all fixed and in some cases we were advised to wait until we remodel the bathrooms in order to save money. The technician was very knowledgeable.  The technician was on time and very efficient.  I am really glad we used this company.  It came highly recommended.

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb.  He came out and fixed it.  A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off.  When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke!  Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem.  They warranty everything for two years.  We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

This is your plumbing company! We have been using Mountain Park Plumbing for at least 15 years (Matt's Dad owned it when we started). My stories of honesty, professionalism, job amazingly done, timeliness showing up to the job, timeliness getting the job done once you place the phone call, and industry-fair pricing are endless! We have three houses that Mountain Park services - these houses are in the best hands when they are there. I love these guys so much that there are times that I'm not even home and they are there without me. I just give them the garage code.

One more thing that I love...they pet my dogs and talk nicely to them when they're here! :-)

Jessie came out to give us an estimate and take a look at a few plumbing issues we were having. Amazing service and no pressure. Just honest with what we were dealing with having an older house. Refreshing to know that there are people who will actually give you options and not just try to take your money upfront.

I was contacted by Water Heaters Only to repair the water heater under a home owners warranty. the company called and said the tech would arrive during the 8-12 time slot and would contact me when he was on his way. The morning of the appointment, I got a call saying they would arrive in 30-45 minutes.  When I arrived at the house in 30 minute her was just pulling in also.  He check the water heater which is located upstairs and said it had to be replaced due to a leak. He called it in and with in minutes I got a call from the warranty company saying it needed to be replaced and they were authorizing that to be done. To make a long story short, he drained, removed added a disconnect (which by code is required) added a drain pan, replumbed, removed the old heater and was done in approx. 2 hours. Unlike the previous review I had exactly the opposite and would highly recommend Don again. I have another 50 gal heater in about the same condition and will request tis company and him to repair/replace the next if needed.

I will admit that my eye tends to drift toward those businesses that have been around a long time and have lots of reviews. That's great and they've earned it. This time I added one that does not have a lot of reviews. Most of these businesses, are usually new, such as in this case.
We noticed a leak was coming out of the front lawn onto the driveway. While it looked small, it turned out to be a 1/4 gallon per minute leak (confirmed by Epcor). So, onto Yelp to find a plumber. I chose about 5. While many contacted us pretty quickly, others did not. Our first plumber came out and immediately quoted a replacement of the entire water main from meter to house. This would involve: busting up driveway, lots of backhoe work and then, new driveway section. How much? About $9000. Ouch.
Taylor came out afterwards and immediately offered a suggestion. For a nominal price, he could dig down to actually see the problem and offer a resolution. Brilliant!
We have the go ahead and he and his helper, found the leak. A small break in the pvc. He fixed it and it costs a fraction of what someone quoted without knowing what the problem was. Taylor is an honest, hardworking guy with an awesome assistant. It's hard enough to find competent plumbers out there. Even harder to find hardworking and honest ones.
I'm going overboard on this review because this was the difference between a huge quote, problem unseen, to something that requires some work to see the problem, diagnose and then fix it.
Give this guy a chance and you will also sing praises for his work. I found our plumber for life!!!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

Showed up twice for a clogged tub drain.  Final diagnosis was to jackhammer tub!!!
Called Maloney Plumbing, they cleared the HAIR out of the drain in 20 minutes.
