Just had the speediest,most professional plumbing job! Called around 2:15 pm,with broken valve from icemaker,spoke with Ryan,he was extremely pleasant and answered all my concerns.15 minutes later received call from Justin,the plumber to do my job.He was here in another 15 minutes! He was extremely pleasant,and a very competent plumber. Price was fair and jod was finished in 30 minutes.Cannot say enough good things about Second opinion plumbing, they're customer service is a good as it gets! Reminds me of the way I'm treated by Discout Tire Thanks Ryan and Justin,you guys rock! Use Second Opinion Plumbing I am confident you too will be happy and satisfied.

Just Plumbing arrived on-time, worked efficiently, explained everything and cleaned up as though it was their home.

Freddy is the best plumber in Phoenix.

We have hired many plumbers over the years while we renovated houses. Once we found Freddy, we only call him. He is always responsive, professional and friendly, and gets the job done every time. AND his prices are great. He has done everything for us from angle stops to water heaters, to crawling in a 2' high crawl space to fix a leaking drain. He has also done jobs that other plumbers said could not be done. Simply put, you can call Freddy and know that your issue will be taken care of.

Easy to work with and reliable, had two outside hose bibs replaced about 2 weeks ago and it was very easy to communicate and get Randee scheduled.

We had a niche which needed expanding to fit a larger TV, and we contacted 3 remodeling contractors.  After interviewing all three, we chose VETSBuilt because of how professional and prompt DJ was.  DJ was able to come out within a few days for measurements, and our job was scheduled shortly after that.  DJ and his crew were very professional, courteous, and clean.  They promptly arrived each day, placed plastic and coverings over the floor from the front door to where they were working.  They also taped plastic at the ceiling in a small area around where the construction was taking place to reduce the dust as much as possible.  After they completed the construction, they vacuumed up and painted the area, so you would never know any work had been done!  

After the work was complete, DJ stopped by with a thank you letter and little gift for us.  They went above and beyond in every aspect, and far exceeded our expectations!

We will us DJ again for any remodel needs we have in the future.

Awesome service.  A family owned business (love supporting businesses who put their name in the Name!)  They showed up early, did the work and didn't try to upsell or rip me off.  I think I may have found the plumber that I need to keep on speed-dial!

I lovvvvvvved how knowledgeable Scott was when he came to do a maintenance inspection of my home's fire sprinkler system. He taught me several things about my home that in my 12 years of owning the home, did not know. He also gave me very good piece of mind about the functionality of the system that needed only a new pressure valve. Options for a few dropped sprinkler heads also provided.

Use these guys for your routine residential inspections and beyond!

I typically do not write reviews online, however this company's level of customer service made me take the time to rate Master Rooter with a 5 star rating.  I had what I thought was a simple sink blockage. I looked online and found a local company that states they will clear most common blockages for $39.00.  I thought that was really cheap but gave them a call.  They also stated same day service.  I called on a Sunday, the phone was answered by an employee, not an answering service.  John was very nice and said they were busy but could be out early evening to get the drain cleared.  I opted for Monday.  My plumber James showed  up on time, he was very clean and professional.   Cleared my drain for $39.00 total.  No up sell or pricing games. These guys are my new plumbers.

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

One of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Needed faucets moved in my fathers bathroom as well as a shower pan installed as we are converting his bath to a shower. Al called me and came out right away to do a bid. Scheduled the work for a Tuesday found time to come out early. Both techs were very polite and professional. The next day Al called me personally to ask if we were satisfied with the work.  You can tell that Al cares very much for his clients and knows how valueable my time is. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

The Tutko crew has come to the rescue 3 times for me at my older 1949 home in central Phoenix.  One for a leaky faucet, once for a drainage/backup issue, and once for a water heater replacement.  Each time they have operated with speed and professionalism.  I would not think twice about calling Tutko for any future plumbing related issues.

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

I had an issue with my shower and bathtub faucets and called Knockout Plumbing. They were out within 2 hours and fixed everything within an hour! The price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use them again if I have any plumbing issues!

May 2018, I called Hobaica when AC wouldn't cool. Tech said it needed a part, installed it for $780. Next week the problem returned. Same tech came out. He said unfortunately now it needs (whatever) which costs $766. I said no way. Once I refused he returned to the roof for about 20 minutes, and the house cooled off. Told us he adjusted something, and there should be no more problems. He did add that we should consider replacing it anyway, as it was sort of contractor grade (well la-di-da!)

June 2018, I had another company run tests, they found no problems.

Oct 2018, Fall Service with Hobaica. It was not the same tech from May. This guy cranked up the heat, went on the roof awhile, then announced the unit was shot, and not worth fixing.

I said we had no problems since May, or the previous winter. He insisted it had lots wrong and that fixing it would be $3,000 and it's XX years old, (which he overstated by years). When I didn't want to buy a new HVAC if the one I have still works, he said, then DO NOT turn on heat this winter, or next spring your AC won't work!!

His top salesman happened to be nearby-in a city of 500 square miles! The salesman estimated a lump sum, including a water heater, of $7,942, after $1,900 in discounts. I repeated not in my budget. He suggested I finance to avoid a 2019 increase for tariffs. I bought nothing. It was cold, we had to use heat, I worried about a potentially ruined AC.

Outcome: we ran heat all winter...worked great, ran AC all this summer... worked great. What can you say about people who try to scare you into $8,000 of debt for something you don't need?

I heard from Mike Hobaica when I didn't send back their review forms at all, let alone with positive feedback. He defended the tech's dire warning as professional opinion. He did waive 6 months fees for Spring Service that I no longer wanted, but their office struggled to stop bank drafts and process a refund. Kyle Wallace got that issue resolved, so thanks, Kyle.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
