The best customer service!  Trevor E. came out today to assist us with a clog in the main line.  Trevor was patient, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.   We will have to have some repair work for a cracked pipe under the driveway, and the owner Brian has given us a quote.  These gentlemen have been exceptional, and they take the time to answer all our questions!  While it is no fun to have this kind of plumbing issue, we are grateful to have found such an excellent place to do our repairs.

I called Phend Plumbing for a quote on a tub drain.  Korey came out and was patiently waiting for me when I arrived a few minutes late due to traffic.  He gave me a quote (less than the other one) and have me two scenarios that were possible.  He was willing to work with my landlord on payment as well.  When the day came to have the drain snaked, Gino came out.  He was just as pleasant and patient as Korey.  The final cost was exactly what they quoted and neither one tried to upsell anything!  Thank you gentlemen for the fantastic work!

We were very impressed with the work Just Plumbing did repiped our house.  They did outstanding work and had very reasonable rates.  They worked quickly, and were professional. We had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this business!

Freddy came to unclog a toilet and did a fast, clean job. Afterwards, we asked for his consultation about a sink leaking. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a complete resolution for a competitive price. I would definitely recommend Freddy.

Rocco was prompt and reliable.  After Rocco installed a new garbage disposal my husband asked him to look at a few other  plumbing issues that we had. He was helpful and informative. He even put caulk around a faucet, that was leaking, at no charge. He will be our go-to plumber for any issues that come up.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with these guys August of 2018 and I definitely would not recommend them. It began very well with them seeming to understand everything we needed but the delivery was sloppy and thrown together. We had to deal with them for 4 months for a small project, and things just went from bad to worse.

The end result was an awful sloppy job on our small bathroom that we still have to deal with on a daily basis. The initial work had to be redone and the second time around was still badly done. Our shower still pools and does not drain properly. Some of the work was left unfinished because it took them 4 months (I was originally quoted 2 weeks). I desperately wanted them out to my home at this point. Yes, I was angry and extremely frustrated with them (and I'm not the type of person to complain much). This brief review doesn't begin to cover the nightmare experience we went though in dealing with this contractor.

I'll leave it at that, listing all of our issues would result in several pages of text. Although it is several months later, I wanted to do my duty and leave a review as a warning to others.

I'm adding my response to the reply. I'm not sure why they think I'm enrolled in college, underemployed, or not a home owner?
Anyway, all I wanted is to leave a review of my experience with this contractor. My experience with them did turn into a nightmare, and yes, I remain frustrated and unhappy with the results.

I'm not saying that Vetsbuilt has NEVER done any great work, they have excellent reviews from other yelpers, so I know they have many other happy customers. All I'm saying is that our specific project was a catastrophic failure. Numerous things went wrong and Vetsbuilt was not to blame for ALL of it. Vetsbuilt did try to appease in the beginning, but as the problems progressed, the seemed to give up and not care about our project. Their major mistake was bringing in an onside unlicensed contractor to do the work. This contractor messed up everything he touched. Vetsbuilt did try to salvage our project by having some other folks they trusted to redo the work. Some of their team did deliver on a professional level (Thank you Ben!), and others did not. The folks that didn't quite deliver were rushed and seemed overworked and spread a bit thin. They were also unresponsive and did not show up at the agreed time. When work was completed, it wasn't inspected as will as the first inspection IMO. There was a brief apology on the last day that I wish had come sooner. It honestly would have made things better. I tried to communicate as best as I could, however I couldn't take any more time away from work and just wanted to get through the project. I won't continue to list additional issues we had, since I don't think it will help alleviate anything.

A final open note to this business:
Please don't take this review to heart or as a personal attack! I'm not saying you are bad people! As a matter of fact, you were personable in the beginning and very responsive. The outside contractor you brought in was the one that made the mistakes. You tried to fix it. Toward the end things went from bad to worse because trust was lost on all sides. Everyone (including myself) were getting burned out. If you need to express your frustrations that is okay. You are entitled to it, and Yelp provides a platform for both business and client to do so. I had to give myself some time before writing this review because I was so furious, stressed, and heartbroken when everything was unfolding. I didn't want to leave a nasty rant, rather, I wanted to provide feedback in hopes of offering some constructive criticism. We all have room to improve; I once broke out in tears in the middle of the project from all of the stress (which was probably frustrating to deal with) and next time I'll make sure to gather myself and calm my emotions before discussing the issues. For this, I do apologize. I am glad however, we never had a yelling match, or let temper get the best of us, or exchanged any snarky remarks in person. Someone did raise their voice a couple times but it wasn't directed at me, it was due to frustrations from the nature of this project. We remained relatively professional throughout the whole ordeal I definitely wanted to reach out and say thank you for your professionalism on that aspect. I don't want to continue a back and forth dialogue with an online argument, so I'll just sign off with a last note and wish you luck on your endeavors too.

We had two plumbers out here to try and tell us what the noise was coming from our master bath pipes before and they couldn't tell us what it was. KUDOs to Sheldon Babcock, owner of Babcock Plumbing, who correctly diagnosed the problem yesterday before he even did anything and today fixed it with no extra work to be done after him. He told us that often copper pipe is incorrectly installed in the ground (often stepped on or kinked by rocks and left that way instead of being more careful), and that the kink (which was pretty minor) causes turbulence, which can weaken the pipe wall, causing a leak. He was spot on! The leak was under the slab, in the dirt, underneath my wife's vanity in the master bedroom. He was worried he might have to take up some tile originally but was able to confine the operating area to under the sink, only having to cut through the bottom of the cabinet, installing a new access panel when he was done ( which is covered by a pull out drawer anyway) . Worth every penny... If you need a plumber in the Scottsdale area, give Sheldon a call! Also, props to The Locator, for finding the exact location of the leak, too!

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

Performed a leak test, helped with hair-clogged drain, water quality testing and filter advice. They were prompt, professional and helpful. Parker was great. Would use again and highly recommend them.

Arrived on time great service took care of the problem that I called for put on shoe covers as to not track dirt in-and-out of my house positive attitude seem very knowledgeable got me a for another job that I need very grateful

This company is AWESOME!! I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning where my shower wouldn't turn off so i had no choice but to turn the water off and get to work. I called numerous plumbers when i got to work with nobody answering that early except for Al. He was the only plumber that picked up at 6am in the morning and was willing to get me on the schedule for a 3pm appointment to come out and fix the problem. I called him back after scheduling the appointment because i needed this fixed earlier than 3pm and without hesitation agreed to come out by 10:30am. He was there on time, fixed the problem at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and on his way out noticed another potential problem that might need attention soon. It is very comforting to know i now have a reliable plumber that i can depend on and without a doubt he has a customer for life! Thanks again!  -Ken

We use Tutko Plumbling today on  shower arm which snapped off  in a slate tiled shower.  With persistence and inginuity, AJ was able to remove the portion of the threading in the wall without the need to revove slate to make a hole large enough to gain access to make the repair.

Absolutely the Best ! I had a problem with gas lines from my fire pit and pool heater another company came in and tried to charge me several thousands of dollars and tell me how complicated my gas situation was

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

I contacted Hobaica to replace a leaking roof jack to my a/c.  They came out the next day and gave me an estimate and scheduled the install for 2 days later.  Angel and Jorge arrived on time to install the jack.  It was quite a job as they had to move the a/c a couple of inches.  3 hours later they were done & cleaned up everything nicely and now I don't have a leak!  I would always use and trust Hobaica.  Their service is excellent!  Thanks!

When looking for a plumber for an unexpected leak, Jorge (Owner) was the first to respond and come over to evaluate.  He was very detailed and knowledgeable.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
