My tub and sink were leaking, I called first thing in the morning and within an hour someone was at my house. They were able to fix both things at a very good price. I would highly recommend them.

Short staffed per company. No other info given... moving on.

We asked for quote on a new tankless water heater. They were very responsive, on-time, and the technician was friendly. However, the price quoted was extremely high and not at all competitive. They quoted the Navien 240S for ~$4500 installed. We looked online and found that we could purchase this exact model water heater for ~$1300. We felt that $3200 for an install that they said would take 4-6 hours was unfair. We requested a quote from another plumber we've worked with in the past, and the installed cost was $3200.

Just Plumbing contacts me right on time every year. They show up on time, do a great job and leave the job clean. Their personnel are very professional, and they warranty their work.

I have an old home (built in 1946). The plumbing was replaced 30 yrs ago so needless to say it presents a few challenges.  My upstairs bathroom sink has been slow draining or clogged on and off for a few years. I've snaked it and it would work for awhile. After getting tinted of this routine I called Freddie and he came out and although there were a few challenges he worked his magic and it drains beautifully. This was over a month and ago and still shows no sign of slowing.

Freddie was professional and respectful. He obviously knows what he is doing.  For future plumbing problems (and I'm sure there will be some) I'll be calling Freddie.

I will always refer anyone I know looking for a great plumber to call Rocco.  I had him come out to install some toilets and a new garbage disposal.  I almost wish it could have been a bigger job because he does great work and is extremely professional.  His pricing is excellent.  I will always call Rocco first for any plumbing issues I have.

DJ and Bob are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need.

We (pre-Vetsbuilt) made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed  to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned.

Vetsbuilt stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. DJ and Bob are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money.

Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site.

Vetsbuilt, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their subcontractors are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 6 am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home DEPO all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break.

These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run!

We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

Babcock Plumbing was wonderful to deal with.  I thought I had a slab leak but turned out it was probably a water heater leak.  They came out the same day and installed a new unit.  The company is family owned and were very nice people.  I highly recommend!

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

I put in a request for plumbing bids thru Yelp quotes.  My issues were clogged kitchen drain and need new backflow preventer.  Master Rooter was one of many businesses who responded to the request Yelp sends out (I have no control over who Yelp pick).  Master Rooter they could come and give me a free estimate.  When the very young redhead kid named Parker showed up (he was masked) he went up on my roof with a snake and started snaking.  I thought, it sure doesn't look like his actions up on my roof, after about free estimate.  So I told Parker it looked like he was already doing the work, when all I wanted was a free estimate.  He said something about $39 for drain clearing for first time customers, not for the estimate.  Cos another company wanted to charge me $39 for the estimate, so I got mixed up.  I said I didn't know a thing about $39 to clear a drain.  I had another appt with JNR Plumbing (I think he is unlicensed) who quoted me $300 for both replacing the backflow preventer (which other businesses quoted $497 and higher just for that alone) and clearing the drain, and I already gave JNR the job, but he couldn't come till 5 days later.  

So I said OK go ahead and clear the drain for $39, at least I don't have to not use my kitchen sink for another 5 days.  

Well Parker could not clear kitchen drain from the roof, so he had to take apart the U and put the snake in the wall under the kitchen sink.  He said my P trap was too low and deep (my neighbor didn't have the right parts, put in an extension).  Parker said he would correct it for $60.  Since he had the parts on his truck, I negotiated him down for my 70th birthday which was last Sunday to $50  He finally agreed to $50, cos he said the book says $150, but he was very reluctant.  

Oh, the $39 includes another crew that will come back with a camera to make sure the drain got cleared.  No extra charge for the camera, which Parker says is valued at $250 just for the camera visit alone.  

The $39 deal is one-time first drain clearing customer only.  He cleared my drain.  

Parker did research at my house and quoted me $425 to replace the backflow preventer.  

I was going to give a 4 star review.  But Parker was so professional and showing me how to flush my new water heater, and how I should do it every 6 months for the first 3 years, showing my water pressure was, and needs pressure regulator, and other helpful advice, like what enzyme to use in my drains to prevent clogging, I am giving 1 extra star to 5 stars for Parker.  Also getting my drain cleared without having to wait 5 days and probably pay more, is definitely worth the $39.  Parker was very polite.   I would hire him for MY business.  Also, Master Rooter came in 1 day, other plumbers told me they were backed up for 2 weeks.  

My total bill for clearing the kitchen drain, and changing the P trap to a less problematic situation only cost me $89.  Pretty good for a licensed plumber who has to support about 14 trucks.

The camera people came on Monday between 12 and 4, but they could not get the camera into the pipe where the clog was because the pipe was too narrowed and deteriorated.  Also the camera crew quoted to replace my backflow preventor, much more than what Parker quoted, like $570.  I had it done by P&L Plumbing for $350.

The Aussie Plumber replaced two toilets and a sink for us. Franz was professional and efficient. We're extremely happy with the service, price, and quality. Definitely would recommend them.

I want to express my complete satisfaction with the new garbage disposal install Art and Dustin did yesterday. They were professional, skilled in communicating the process used for the job, and thoroughly tested the functionality of the appliance before leaving. I give them both an A+. Al's pricing for an upgraded unit was reasonable for an unexpected service. Thank you for your quick response from initial call to next day service! We will keep your number on file for future plumbing needs.

We use Tutko Plumbling today on  shower arm which snapped off  in a slate tiled shower.  With persistence and inginuity, AJ was able to remove the portion of the threading in the wall without the need to revove slate to make a hole large enough to gain access to make the repair.

Absolutely the Best ! I had a problem with gas lines from my fire pit and pool heater another company came in and tried to charge me several thousands of dollars and tell me how complicated my gas situation was

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. My rating is based only on customer relations, which is an important aspect of any business.  I phoned Darryl's Plumbing this morning.  Usually, businesses answer the phone with the name of the company.  If I call a business and someone answers with only Hello, I suspect that I might have the wrong number.  Anyway, the conversation went like this:
Darryl:  Hello.
Me:  Good morning, is this Darryl's Plumbing?
Darryl:  Who is this?
Me:  My name is Randy.
Darryl:  Okay.
Me:  So is this Darryl's Plumbing?
Darryl (in a gruff voice):  Yes, but you need to say who you are and who you represent because I get calls all the time.
At this point, I just hung up the phone, because I work too hard for my money to give it to someone who's disrespectful to a potential customer.  I called another business and got my problem taken care of by a very pleasant person. If you choose to call Darryl's Plumbing, please be aware of how he expects you to address him on the telephone.
